目的:分析基于中医温病学"防传变"理论在患儿疾病防治管理中的应用效果。方法:选取医院2020年4月~2021年4月收治的102例患儿为研究对象,随机均分为对照组与观察组各51例,对照组患儿进行常规患儿疾病防治管理,观察组患儿则基... 目的:分析基于中医温病学"防传变"理论在患儿疾病防治管理中的应用效果。方法:选取医院2020年4月~2021年4月收治的102例患儿为研究对象,随机均分为对照组与观察组各51例,对照组患儿进行常规患儿疾病防治管理,观察组患儿则基于中医温病学"防传变"理论进行患儿疾病防治管理,比较两组患儿家属管理前后对疾病防治管理质量评分,观察两组的患儿治疗效果。结果:管理前两组患儿家属对疾病宣教、疾病治疗、疾病预防、疾病康复等方面的评分比较差异不显著(P>0.05),管理后对照组患儿家属对疾病宣教、疾病治疗、疾病预防、疾病康复等方面的评分均显著低于观察组(P<0.05)。观察组患儿的治疗总有效率,显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在患儿疾病防治管理中,中医温病学"防传变"理论具有良好应用价值,可以进一步帮助临床提高患儿疾病防治管理质量及治疗效果。 展开更多

针对串补给线路距离保护带来的超越误动问题,提出了一种基于异构边界的串补输电线路单端量全线速动保护原理。该原理将安装于线路一侧的串补装置作为线路保护范围的异构边界,利用单端测量信息构建R-L微分方程求解故障距离,并采用最小二... 针对串补给线路距离保护带来的超越误动问题,提出了一种基于异构边界的串补输电线路单端量全线速动保护原理。该原理将安装于线路一侧的串补装置作为线路保护范围的异构边界,利用单端测量信息构建R-L微分方程求解故障距离,并采用最小二乘算法对故障距离进行拟合估计,根据测距结果的拟合误差可以判断故障点与串补电容之间的相对位置关系,从而实现串补线路的全线速动保护。所提方法应用等传变理论克服了电容式电压互感器暂态传变误差以及线路分布电容对故障测距精度的干扰,仿真表明能够在40 ms内快速切除串补线路的内部故障。 展开更多

There is expounded the theory of"gravitational" wave propagation from the volcano crater (magma) under changing density of magma mass inside the volcano. It was revealed that while the abruptly accelerated magma movement during starting period began eruption, the registered "gravitational" waves were being emitted and were propagating with the velocity greater than that of sound and seismic waves velocity. Alteration of "gravitational" waves velocity under the magma movement can be additional feature in prognosis of the start time of volcano eruption. The considered method might be effective when making up prognoses of underwater volcano eruption. 展开更多

The theoretical design method of enhanced sensitivity fiber grating (FBG) strain sensors was given, and moreover high qualified strain sensors were developed and fabricated, whose sensing properties were good for practical applications. The strain sensor with cylindrical shell encapsulation contained three tubular structures, due to the uneven surface structure, in the area of the strain concentration, improving the sensitivity. It could achieve the embedment strain measurement and surface measurement and had the advantages of the easy installation. The good agreement was obtained between the measurements and theoretical simulation results. After each calibration test, twenty-four FBG strain sensors and six FBG temperature compensation sensors have been installed on the undersurface of the box girder of Diaoshuiyan bridge in Yongtaiwen highway. Finally, we built up a long-term structure health system for the highway bridge. 展开更多

The indentation test is a localized testing technique;therefore,the role of the material size-effect and local non-uniformity is of much importance.The influence of the heterogeneity in size-independent materials has been studied previously.The present work detailedly investigated the influence of the material size-effect and heterogeneity(inclusions near the indenter tip)on the indentation hardness using a size-dependent strain gradient plastic theory.And it was found that when considering the material size-ffect,shallow hard inclusions in the heterogeneous materials more significantly enhance the material indentation hardness compared with the size-independent materials which are based on the conventional plastic theory.This hardening effect is be-lieved to be related to the elevation of the load and local constraints of large deformation.The effect of material inhomogeneity mainly comes from the non-uniformity of the structure rather than the inclusion modulus itself especially when the size-effect is involved,and the transition range of the inclusion modulus'influence is pretty narrow.The effect of non-uniformity becomes negligible after the initial inclusion depth is larger than its diameter.The horizontal offset of the indenter from the inclusion is also of much sensitivity to the influence of the heterogeneous indentation.This paper focuses on the scaling relationships in micro-and nanoindentation,the influence of non-uniformity in microscopic materials is studied and supplemented as well. 展开更多
