结合传统传感器实验特点,基于LabVIEW仿真软件设计了传感器虚拟实验系统,系统具有登录、管理、虚拟实验、数据存储、远程发布功能.利用LabVIEW模拟电阻应变片称重实验电路进行仿真实验,并利用波形图表显示仿真出来的拟合曲线.利用该系统... 结合传统传感器实验特点,基于LabVIEW仿真软件设计了传感器虚拟实验系统,系统具有登录、管理、虚拟实验、数据存储、远程发布功能.利用LabVIEW模拟电阻应变片称重实验电路进行仿真实验,并利用波形图表显示仿真出来的拟合曲线.利用该系统,学生可以进行传感器实验的模拟操作,并直观观测实验数据.不但实现了传感器实验教学内容的仿真和展示,而且传感器理论课上,教师也可以实时登录该系统,并对传感器原理进行演示,加强了学生对传感器原理和测量电路的理解及应用.系统具有较强的开放性、直观性,提高了学生学习兴趣以及教学效果. 展开更多

A magneto-optical sensor, using a dual quadrature polarimetfic processing scheme, was evaluated for current metering and protection applications in high voltage lines. Sensor calibration and resolution were obtained in different operational conditions using illumination in the 1550-nm band. Results obtained indicated the feasibility of interrogating such sensor via the optical ground wire (OPGW) link installed in standard high power grids. The polarimetric bulk optical current sensor also was theoretically studied, and the effects of different sources of error considering practical deployment were evaluated. In particular, the interference from external magnetic fields in a tree-phase system was analyzed. 展开更多

The realization of integrated optical fiber devices requires that several structures and materials at nano- and micro-scale are constructed, embedded and connected all together to provide the necessary physical connections and light-matter interactions. Design and Implementation of a Wearable Body Area Sensor Network for Distributed FES System

A wearable body area sensor network(WBASN) was designed and implemented to monitor movement information of stroke patients in real time. The sensor system was combined with a previously developed distributed functional electrical stimulation(d FES) system, which is a promising technology for motor rehabilitation of stroke patients. Movement information could be useful in outcome assessment of rehabilitation, or for closed-loop adaptive stimulation during rehabilitation. In addition,a short-latency, low-power communication protocol was developed to meet the clinical requirements of energy efficiency and high rate of data feed-through. The prototype of the WBASN was tested in preliminary human experiments. Experimental results demonstrate the feasibility of the proposed wearable body area sensor network in monitoring arm movements on healthy subjects. 展开更多
