近些年来,随着社会经济的快速发展,人们生活水平得到大大提高。食品作为维持人们生命、生活需求的重要元素,食品安全问题越来越受到人们的关注和重视。但在市场经济快速发展背景下,一些食品生产商为了谋取利润最大化,在食品生产中未严... 近些年来,随着社会经济的快速发展,人们生活水平得到大大提高。食品作为维持人们生命、生活需求的重要元素,食品安全问题越来越受到人们的关注和重视。但在市场经济快速发展背景下,一些食品生产商为了谋取利润最大化,在食品生产中未严格按照食品安全规范规定要求生产,食品添加剂的严重超标、食品中掺合过多危害人体健康的物质,依次充好。所以为了使人们的生命健康得到保证,必须要加强对食品安全的检测和监督工作。对当前几种常用的食品安全快速检测法的应用进行了分析和介绍,以期能够对食品安全检测部门在开展食品安全检查工作提供理论参考。 展开更多

In this paper, an indoor environmental monitoring solution is proposed for the transformer sub- station system by using the ZigBee technology. It mainly analyzes the principle of sulfur hexafluoride sensor based on the acoustic method and puts forward a difference data processing method of single- channel and temperature compensation point at power consumption issues for sensor detection. The method not only reduces the sensor power consumption, but also ensures the accuracy and extends the lifetime of wireless sensor nodes effectively. This paper also analyzes the design of the base sta- tion mode, and demonstrates the running processes of routers and sensors. The feasibility of the pro- posed approach has been testified and proved. 展开更多

Collaboration in wireless sensor systems must be fault-tolerant due to the harsh environmental conditions at which such systems can be deployed. This paper focuses on finding the signal processing algorithms for collaborative target detection based on the generalized approach to signal processing (GASP) in the presence of noise. The signal processing algorithms are efficient in terms of communication cost, precision, accuracy, and number of faulty sensors tolerable in the wireless sensor systems. Two types of generalized signal processing algorithms, namely, value fusion and decision fusion constructed according to GASP in the presence of noise, are identified first. When comparing their performance and communication overhead, the decision fusion algorithm is found to become superior to the value fusion algorithm as the ratio of faulty sensors to fault free sensors increases. The use of GASP under designing the value and decision fusion algorithms in wireless sensor systems allows us to obtain the same performance, but at low values of signal energy, as well as under employment of the universally adopted signal processing algorithms widely used in practice. 展开更多

The development of sensors for selective detection of cyanide ion(CN^-) is an important mission to accomplish because of the versatility and toxicity of CN^-. In the present work, an "ensemble"-based colorimetric and fluorescent sensor(L2-Zn^(2+)) for CN^-ion has been developed. The addition of cyanide ions removed Zn^(2+) from the ensemble(L2-Zn^(2+)) in aqueous medium, resulting in a color change of the solution from red to buff and a "turn-on" fluorescent response. Also, the sensitivity of both the fluorescenceand colorimetric-based assay is below the maximum allowable level of cyanide ions in drinking water set by the World Health Organization. In addition, test strips, which served as convenient and efficient CN^- test kits, were fabricated based on the sensor.Notably, the selective detection of cyanide with L2-Zn^(2+) for practical application was also performed in sprouting potatoes. 展开更多

Glutathione(GSH)plays a critical role in maintaining oxidation-reduction homeostasis in biological systems.Considering the detection of GSH by fluorescence sensors is limited by either the short wavelength emission or the poor photostability,a highly stable colorimetric and ratiometric NIR fluorescent sensor(DCM-S)for GSH detection has been constructed on the basis of dicyanomethylene-4H-pyran(DCM)chromophore.The specific disulfide bond is incorporated via a carbamate linker as the GSH responsive group,which simultaneously blue-shifts and quenches the fluorescence.Upon addition of GSH,DCM-S exhibits outstanding colorimetric(from yellow to red)and ratiometric fluorescent response with the 6-fold enhancement of NIR fluorescence at 665 nm in quantum yield.More importantly,the GSH-treated DCM-S(DCM-NH_2 actually)possesses 20-fold longer fluorescence half-life period as well as much better photostability than the FDA-approved ICG.Finally,the ratiometric detection of GSH is also successfully operated in the living cell imaging,exhibiting NIR fluorescence and large Stokes shift(215 nm)with nearly no background fluorescence interference.As a consequence,DCM-S can be utilized as colorimetric and ratiometric NIR fluorescent sensor for GSH,with a great potential in the development of GSH-induced drug delivery system. 展开更多
