Their genetic diversity was analyzed by using REP-PCR (repetitive extragenic palindromic sequence PCR), and pathogenicity was determined with artificial inoculation method. The results showed that U. virens in rice-growing regions of Anhui Province had a rich genetic diversity. At the similarity level of 0.76, the 92 U. virens strains could be classified into 7 groups. Significant differences were found in pathogenicity among the 24 U. virens strains belonging to different groups, which showed no association with territorial source of U. virens strain or cluster method adopted by this study. Strain pathogenicity and rice varieties showed significant specificity.展开更多
A novel molecularly imprinted polymer (MIP) based on upconversion nanoparticles (UCNPs) was successfully synthesized for determination of Ochratoxin A (OTA). The MIP was developed on the silica-coated UCNPs using N-(1...A novel molecularly imprinted polymer (MIP) based on upconversion nanoparticles (UCNPs) was successfully synthesized for determination of Ochratoxin A (OTA). The MIP was developed on the silica-coated UCNPs using N-(1-hydroxy-2-naphthoyl amido)-(L)-phenylalanine (HNA-Phe) as the alternative template. The final composite combined the advantages of the high selectivity of MIP with the high fluorescence intensity of UCNPs which was selective and sensitive to OTA. Under the optimal condition, the fluorescence intensity of UCNPs@SiO2@MIP decreases linearly when the concentration of OTA increases from 0.05 to 1.0 mg/L. The detection limit of OTA with the method was 0.031 mg/L. At three spiked concentration levels (50, 100 and 200 μg/kg), the recovery ranges of OTA in corn, rice and feed are 88.0%–91.6%, 80.2%–91.6% and 89.2%–90.4%, respectively.展开更多

Radius of curvature of the spiral coiled tube was gradually increased as total rotating angle reached 12n. As the varying radius of curvature became a dominant flow parameter, three-dimensional flow analysis was performed to this flow together with different Reynolds numbers while constant wall heat flux condition was set in thermal field. From the analysis, centrifugal force due to curvature effect is found to have significant role in behavior of pressure drop and heat transfer. The centrifugal force enhances pressure drop and heat transfer to have generally higher values in the spiral coiled tube than those in the straight tube. Even then, friction factor and Nusselt number are found to follow the proportionality with square root of the Dean number. Individual effect of flow parameters of Reynolds number and curvature ratio was investigated and effect of Reynolds number is found to be stronger than that of curvature effect.展开更多

A two-dimensional ring model was used to represent the pipeline a...In order to study buckling propagation mechanism in deep sea pipelines, the contact between pipeline's inner walls in buckling process was studied. A two-dimensional ring model was used to represent the pipeline and a nonlinear spring model was adopted to simulate the contact between inner walls. Based on the elastoplastic constitutive relationship and the principle of virtual work theory, the coupling effect of pipeline's nonlinear large deformation and wall contact was included in the theoretical analysis with the aid of MATLAB, and the application scope of the theoretical model was also discussed. The calculated results show that during the loading process, the change in external pressure is closely related to the distribution of section stress, and once the walls are contacting each other, the external pressure increases and then remains stable after it reaches a specific value. Without fracture, the pipeline section will stop showing deformation. The results of theoretical calculations agree well with those of numerical simulations. Finally, in order to ensure reliability and accuracy of the theoretical results, the collapse pressure and propagation pressure were both verified by numerical simulations and experiments. Therefore, the theoretical model can be used to analyze pipeline's buckling deformation and contact between pipeline's inner walls, which forms the basis for further research on three-dimensional buckling propagation.展开更多

The loaded roll gap crown mathematic model and the strip crown mathematic model of the r...The hydraulic roll-bending device was studied, which was widely used in modem cold rolling mills to regulate the strip flatness. The loaded roll gap crown mathematic model and the strip crown mathematic model of the reversing cold rolling process were established, and the deformation model of roll stack system of the 6-high 1 250 mm high crown (HC) reversing cold rolling mill was built by slit beam method. The simulation results show that, the quadratic component of strip crown decreases nearly linearly with the increase of the work roll bending force, when the shifting value of intermediate roll is determined by the rolling process. From the first pass to the fifth pass of reversing rolling process, the crown controllability of bending force is gradually weakened. Base on analyzing the relationship among the main factors associated with roll-bending force in reversing multi-pass rolling, such as strip width and rolling force, a preset mathematic model of bending force is developed by genetic algorithm. The simulation data demonstrate that the relative deviation of flatness criterions in each rolling pass is improved significantly and the mean relative deviation of all five passes is decreased from 25.1% to 1.7%. The model can keep good shape in multi-pass reversing cold rolling process with the high prediction accuracy and can be used to guide the production process.展开更多

[Method] A moderate susceptible TGMS line 33S as the female parent, was crossed with 30 susceptible restorer lines and 23 resistant restorer lines. Then false smut resistance of the hybrid F1 and parents were identified. [Result] All F1 of 33S crossed with 30 susceptible re- storer lines were susceptible to rice false smut. The F1 of 33S crossed with 23 re- sistant restorer lines showed dominant, incompletely dominant or recessive inheri- tance. Dominant and incompletely dominant inheritance accounted for 87.0%. The diseased panicle rate, disease index, average diseased grains per panicle, and the highest diseased grains per panicle of F1 shared highly significant positive correla- tions with corresponding indicators of restorer lines. [Conclusion] This study provides references for genetic improvement of two-line hybrid rice.展开更多

The transfor...In a two-dimensional and linear framework, a transformation was developed to derive eigensolutions of internal waves over a subcritical hyperbolic slope and to approximate the continental slope and shelf. The transformation converts a hyperbolic slope in physical space into a flat bottom in transform space while the governing equations of internal waves remain hyperbolic. The eigensolutions are further used to study the evolution of linear internal waves as it propagates to subcritical continental slope and shelf. The stream function, velocity, and vertical shear of velocity induced by internal wave at the hyperbolic slope are analytically expressed by superposition of the obtained eigensolutions. The velocity and velocity shear increase as the internal wave propagates to a hyperbolic slope. They become very large especially when the slope of internal wave rays approaches the topographic slope, which is consistent with the previous studies.展开更多

To solve the problem, we developed a simple, practical, and effective method to measure and calculate the photosynthetic parameters (such as PN, gs, E) based on unit fresh mass, instead of leaf area. The light/COftemperature response curves of the plants can also be measured by this method. This new method is more effective, stable, and reliable than conventional methods for plants with non-flat leaves. In addition, the relative notes on measurements and calculation of photosynthetic parameters were discussed in this paper. This method solves technical difficulties in photosynthetic parameter determination of the two seawater-tolerant vegetables and similar plants.展开更多
In the present study,hydraulic and thermal behavior of an automatic transmission nano-fluid(ATNF) inside a tube with a twisted tape has been investigated.The heat transfer improvement and pressure drop of transmission...In the present study,hydraulic and thermal behavior of an automatic transmission nano-fluid(ATNF) inside a tube with a twisted tape has been investigated.The heat transfer improvement and pressure drop of transmission oil for each of case of using twisted tape and nano-particles were also examined separately and compared with each other.The Cu O nano-particles were used to prepare the ATNF.The effects of different Reynolds numbers and different mass fractions of nano-particle were investigated.The results showed that applying nano-particles and twisted tape simultaneously increases both the pressure drop and Nusselt number,on average by about 53% and 76%,respectively.By using a parameter,namely thermal performance index η,the effect of increasing heat transfer and pressure drop was studied simultaneously.The heat transfer improvement predominates the pressure drop increment in all cases.It was observed that the highest thermal performance of 1.9 was obtained at Re=634 and Φ=2%.Furthermore,regarding the increment of the Nu number,it was shown that the use of twisted tapes individually could increase the average Nu number by 41%,while the max increment arising from individual use of 2% nano-particles is 13%,so using twisted tape is a more effective-technique for this case study.展开更多

The results show that temperature difference and thermal resistance increase while the heat transfer capacity of the heat pipe decreases,with the increase of the bending angles and the bending position closer to the vapor section. According to the expression, the non-Fourier heat conduction behavior that will appear in the hollow sphere is studied and some qualitative conditions that will result in distinct non-Fourier behavior in the medium is ultimately attained. (2) A novel experiment to observe non-Fourier heat conduction behavior in porous material (mainly ordinary duplicating paper) heated by a microsecond laser pulse is presented. The conditions for observing distinct non-Fourier heat conduction behavior in the experimental sample agree well with the theoretical results qualitatively.展开更多

Several technologies are used to deal with the process data before modeling.First,a set of preliminary input variables is selected according to prior knowledge and experience. Secondly,a method based on the maximum correlation coefficient is proposed to detect the dead time between the process variables and response variables. Finally, the fuzzy curve method is used to reduce the unimportant input variables.The simulation results based on industrial data show that the relative error range of the FNN model is narrower than that of the American Oil Company (AMOCO) model. Furthermore, the FNN model can predict the trend of the 4-CBA concentration more accurately.展开更多

There were significant differences between the two groups(P<0.01).Conclusion:Laser therapy for varicose of great saphenous vein is better than the conventional therapy.It deserves to be widely used in clinical treatment.展开更多

According to the expression, the non-Fourier heat conduction behavior that will appear in the hollow sphere is studied and some qualitative conditions that will result in distinct non-Fourier behavior in the medium is ultimately attained. (2) A novel experiment to observe non-Fourier heat conduction behavior in porous material (mainly ordinary duplicating paper) heated by a microsecond laser pulse is presented. The conditions for observing distinct non-Fourier heat conduction behavior in the experimental sample agree well with the theoretical results qualitatively.

文摘A fuzzy neural network (FNN) model is developed to predict the 4-CBA concentration of the oxidation unit in purified terephthalic acid process. Several technologies are used to deal with the process data before modeling.First,a set of preliminary input variables is selected according to prior knowledge and experience. Secondly,a method based on the maximum correlation coefficient is proposed to detect the dead time between the process variables and response variables. Finally, the fuzzy curve method is used to reduce the unimportant input variables.The simulation results based on industrial data show that the relative error range of the FNN model is narrower than that of the American Oil Company (AMOCO) model. Furthermore, the FNN model can predict the trend of the 4-CBA concentration more accurately.

文摘A modified G′/G-expansion method is presented to derive traveling wave solutions for a class of nonlinear partial differential equations called Whitham -Broer- Kaup-Like equations. As a result, the hyperbolic function solutions, trigonometric function solutions, and rational solutions with parameters to the equations are obtained. When the parameters are taken as special values the solitary wave solutions can be obtained.
文摘Objective:To evaluate the effectiveness of endovenous laser therapy and conventional thera- py on the varicose of great saphenous vein.Methods:Thirty-two patients received endovenous laser thera- py and 32 patients were operated by conventional therapy(high ligation and stripping).The observation results of great saphenous vein(GSV)were recorded by clinical evaluation and duplex ultrasound examina- tion.And the operating time,intraoperative blood loss,time to become moveable,duration of hospitaliza- tion and degree of feeling pain were compared between the two groups.Results:Compared with conven- tional therapy,laser therapy had good curative effect with less complications and no scars and no pains. There were significant differences between the two groups(P<0.01).Conclusion:Laser therapy for varicose of great saphenous vein is better than the conventional therapy.It deserves to be widely used in clinical treatment.

The research especially deals with the key techniques of fiber bragg grating (FBG) large curvature sensor and sensor net, integrates the techniques of mechatronics and computer graphics, and develops real time FBG shape sensing system and incremental shape sensing system for colonoscopies.
文摘The optical conductivity of impurity-doped parabolic quantum wells in anapplied electric field is investigated with the memory-function approach, and the analyticexpression for the optical conductivity is derived. With characteristic parameters pertaining toGaAs/Ga_(1-x)Al_xAs parabolic quantum wells, the numerical results are presented. It is shown that,the smaller the well width, the larger the peak intensity of the optical conductivity, and the moreasymmetric the shape of the optical conductivity; the optical conductivity is more sensitive to theelectric field, the electric Geld enhances the optical conductivity; when the dimension of thequantum well increases, the optical conductivity increases until it reaches a maximum value, andthen decreases.
