本研究采用微分变换法和Akbari-Ganji法,研究了施加均匀磁场对纳米流体在两个无限平行板间流动的自然对流传热的影响。在得到控制方程并在特定边界条件下求解问题后,研究了Prandtl数、挤压次数、Schmidt数、Hartmann数、Eckert数、布朗... 本研究采用微分变换法和Akbari-Ganji法,研究了施加均匀磁场对纳米流体在两个无限平行板间流动的自然对流传热的影响。在得到控制方程并在特定边界条件下求解问题后,研究了Prandtl数、挤压次数、Schmidt数、Hartmann数、Eckert数、布朗运动参数和热电泳参数等主要参数的影响。将相似变换用于求解常微分方程组,并与Rung-Kutta四阶数值法进行对比。研究结果表明,增加挤压次数会导致速度减慢,增加Hartman数也有类似的影响。此外,温度随着Hartman数、Eckert数和热电泳参数的增大而升高,且与Prandtl数成正比。我们对比研究了Akbari-Ganji法和微分变换法求解非线性微分方程,结果表明,前者需要的计算步骤更少和计算时间更短,是一种更有效的方法。使用建议的方法获得的解与文献中的解一致。这些结果有助于研究人员更快、更容易地进行分析,并为纳米流体在电磁场存在下流动的复杂行为提供重要见解。 展开更多

The advent of the 5G era has stimulated the rapid development of high power electronics with dense integration.Three-dimensional(3D)thermally conductive networks,possessing high thermal and electrical conductivities and many different structures,are regarded as key materials to improve the performance of electronic devices.We provide a critical overview of carbonbased 3D thermally conductive networks,emphasizing their preparation-structure-property relationships and their applications in different scenarios.A detailed discussion of the microscopic principles of thermal conductivity is provided,which is crucial for increasing it.This is followed by an in-depth account of the construction of 3D networks using different carbon materials,such as graphene,carbon foam,and carbon nanotubes.Techniques for the assembly of two-dimensional graphene into 3D networks and their effects on thermal conductivity are emphasized.Finally,the existing challenges and future prospects for 3D carbon-based thermally conductive networks are discussed. 展开更多

A new low power quasi adiabatic logic,complementary pass transistor adiabatic logic (CPAL),is presented.The CPAL circuit is driven by a new three phase power clock,and its non adiabatic loss on output loads can be effectively reduced by using complementary pass transistor logic and transmission gates.Furthermore,the minimization of the energy consumption can be obtained by choosing the optimal size of bootstrapped nMOS transistors,thus it has more efficient energy transfer and recovery.A three phase power supply generator with a small control logic circuit and a single inductor is proposed.An 8 bit adder based on CPAL is designed and verified.With MOSIS 0 25μm CMOS technology,the CPAL adder consumes only 35% of the dissipated energy of a 2N 2N2P adder and is about 50% of the dissipated energy of a PFAL adder for clock rates ranging from 50 to 200MHz. 展开更多

The phase change characteristic of the power source of an underwater glider propelled by the ocean's thermal energy is the key factor in glider attitude control. A numerical model has been established based on the enthalpy method to analyze the phase change heat transfer process under convective boundary conditions. Phase change is not an isothermal process, but one that occurs at a range of temperature. The total melting time of the material is very sensitive to the surrounding temperature. When the temperature of the surroundings decreases 8 degrees, the total melting time increases 1.8 times. But variations in surrounding temperature have little effect on the initial temperature of phase change, and the slope of the temperature time history curve remains the same. However, the temperature at which phase change is completed decreases significantly. Our research shows that the phase change process is also affected by container size, boundary conditions, and the power source's cross sectional area. Materials stored in 3 cylindrical containers with a diameter of 38ram needed the shortest phase change time. Our conclusions should be helpful in effective design of underwater glider power systems. 展开更多

Then the design of the new adiabatic logic circuit adopting the two-phase sinusoidal power clocks--Clocked Transmission Gate Adiabatic Logic (CTGAL) circuit is presented. This circuit makes use of the clocked transmission gates to sample the input signals, then the output loads are charged and discharged in a fully adiabatic manner by using bootstrapped N-Channel Metal Oxide Semiconductor (NMOS) and Complementary Metal Oxide Semiconductor (CMOS) latch structure. Finally, with the parameters of Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company (TSMC) 0.25um CMOS device, the transient energy consumption of CTGAL, Bootstrap Charge-Recovery Logic (BCRL) and Pass-transistor Adiabatic Logic (PAL) including their clock generators is simulated. The diameter of an adsorbent can affect the heat and mass transfer of an adsorber. The effect of particle diameter on effective thermal conductivity was investigated. The heat transfer coefficient of the refrigerant and the void rate of the adsorbent layer can also affect the effective thermal conductivity of adsorbents. The performance of mass transfer in the adsorber is better when pressure drop decreases. Pressure drop decreases with increasing permeability. The permeability of the adsorbent layer can be improved with increasing adsorbent diameter. The effect of adsorbent diameter on refrigeration output power was experimentally studied. Output power initially increases and then decreases with increasing diameter under different cycle time conditions. Output power increases with decreasing cycle time under similar diameters. 展开更多

In order to study the temperature distribution of deep field,mathematical mod- els of temperature field in field and surrounding rock were built based on heat transfer and seepage theory.Combined test data with mathematical model,the temperature distribution under heat-transfer and underground-water coupling was studied by using Golden Soft- ware Surfer and Matlab.The results show that distribution law of most isothermal lines is very similar in deep field,and temperature gradient is equal in general.At the same time, temperature distribution is influenced by underground-water and fault.In surrounding rock, seepage changes symmetrical distribution of temperature field and vector,and the tem- perature field may divide into inward-diffusion area and outward-diffusion area.Peripheral temperature of working will approach to the temperature of airflow.In inward diffusion area the distribution of temperature and temperature vector is symmetric,and the direction of temperature vector point to the center of working.The action of airflow is stronger than seepage in inward diffusion area,however,the case opposite is true in outward diffusion area. 展开更多

Based on the Cluster Renewal Model of the particle motion in a CFB riser, a revised heat transfer model is developed, which introduces the latest research results of the hydrodynamics of the suspension flow in CFB. This model divides the heat transfer into two parts, which are due to the transient heat conduction by the covered clusters and the convection between the uncovered wall and the dispersed phase. Radiation at high temperature is regarded as being additive. The fraction of the covered wall by clusters is revised by a new formula, which is a function of the operating condition and the particle properties. The radiation between the dispersed phase and the uncovered wall includes not only the direct radiation to the uncovered wall, but also the radiation to the clusters and then reflected to the uncovered wall. Calculation was carried out for the CFB heat transfer model. The results were compared with the published typical experimental data of other researchers and showed a good agreement between them. 展开更多

The intention of this investigation is to study the effects of heat transfer and inclined magnetic field on the peristaltic flow of Williamson fluid in an asymmetric channel through porous medium. The governing two-dimensional equations are simplified under the assumption of long wavelength approximation. The simplified equations are solved for the stream function, temperature, and axial pressure gradient by using a regular perturbation method. The expression for pressure rise is computed numerically. The profiles of velocity, pressure gradient, temperature, heat transfer coefficient and stream function are sketched and interpreted for various embedded parameters and also the behavior of stream function for various wave forms is discussed through graphs. It is observed that the peristaltic velocity increases from porous medium to non-porous medium, the magnetic effects have increasing effect on the temperature, and the size of the trapped bolus decreases with the increasing of magnetic effects while the trend is reversed with the increasing of Darcy number. Moreover, limiting solutions of our problem are in close agreement with the corresponding results of the Newtonian fluid model. 展开更多

A new facility was presented which can expediently and cheaply measure the transient moisture content profile in multi-layer porous building envelope.Then,a common multi-layer porous building envelope was provided,which was constructed by cement mortar-red brick-cement plaster.With this kind of building envelope installed in the south wall,a well-controlled air-conditioning room was set up in Changsha,which is one of typical zones of hot and humid climate in China.And experiments were carried out to investigate the temperature and moisture distribution in multi-layer building envelope in summer,both in sunny day and rainy day.The results show that,the temperature and humidity at the interface between the brick and cement mortar are seriously affected by the changes of outdoor temperature and humidity,and the relative humidity at this interface keeps more than 80% for a long-term,which can easily trigger the growth of mould.The temperature and humidity at the interface between the brick and cement plaster change a little,and they are affected by the changes of indoor temperature and humidity.The temperature and humidity at the interface of the wall whose interior surface is affixed with a foam plastic wallpaper are generally higher than those of the wall without wallpaper.The heat transfer and moisture transfer in the envelope are coupled strongly. 展开更多
