In this paper,a monolithic thermal vacuum sensor based on a micro-hotplate (MHP) and operating under constant bias voltage conditions was designed. A new monolithic integrating mode was proposed,in which the dielectric and passiva- tion layers in standard CMOS processes were used as sensor structure layers, gate polysilicon as the sacrificial layer, and the second polysilicon layer as the sensor heating resistor. Then, the fabricating processes were designed and the monolithic thermal vacuum sensor was fabricated with a 0. 6μm mixed signal CMOS process followed by sacrificial layer etching technology. The measurement results show that the fabricated monolithic vacuum sensor can measure the pressure range of 2- 10^5 Pa and the output voltage is adjustable.展开更多

The influence of electro-magnetic environment of transmission project being closely related with human health and construction cost has to be seriously considered before advancing transmission voltage. This paper analyzes and discusses overseas and domestic research achievements on radio interference, audible noise, power frequency electric field, power frequency magnetic fields, DC resultant field intensity and ion stream involved in power transmission at ultra-high-voltage (UHV)AC and ± 800 kV DC or even higher voltage levels. Suggestions on limiting electro-magnetic effects and their ceiling value as well as measures to improve electro-magnetic environment are put forward.展开更多

FlexPDE uses the finite element method for the solution of boundary and initial value problems. A flexible input of the governing DE's and of material properties functions allows the simulation of non-linear variable behavior quickly and inexpensively. A modeling of temperature distribution in one-dimensional problem, a cross section of an electric wire was simulated. Comparison of those results obtained by FlexPDE with analytical and numerical solutions are done. The results compared well with those obtained from the analytical and numerical methods. The adaptability of the FlexPDE software for solving a variety of problem types was clearly demonstrated.展开更多
