新课程背景下的高中化学教学方式的转变途径分析

化学是一门十分复杂、概念较多而且符号也比较多，计算量又极大的一门学科。传统的教学方式枯燥无味，降低了学生学习化学的兴趣，使学生不能有效完成学校所安排的课程内容，所以，在新课程改革的大背景之下，化学教学方式得到了良好的改变，提高了学生的积极性，引起了学生学习化学的兴趣。

基于DGT技术的土壤铅生物有效性评价研究

采集我国15个省份的耕作土壤进行盆栽试验,通过外源添加不同浓度梯度的Pb并种植小白菜,比较梯度薄膜扩散技术(Diffusive gradients in thin-films,DGT)与传统化学方法(土壤溶液法、EDTA法、HAc法、CaCl_2法和全量法)评价土壤中Pb生物有效性。简单回归分析表明,各评价方法测定的土壤Pb含量与小白菜Pb含量都呈显著相关关系,但DGT技术相关性(R^2=0.97)最高。通过逐步多元线性回归分析,融合土壤pH值、有机碳(OC)含量、阳离子交换量(CEC)、粘粒含量等土壤基本理化性质,建立多元回归模型,结果表明:各传统评价方法融合了pH值、OC含量等土壤性质,R^2较对应的简单回归分析有所提高,都能用于评价土壤Pb的生物有效性,但通过DGT技术所构建的模型方程(R^2=0.97,p<0.01)几乎不受土壤性质的影响,且较传统化学方法相关性更高,因此,DGT技术是一种可以用于评价土壤中Pb生物性的较优方法。

Comparison between the Chinese time view and the western view

The difference between the Chinese time view and the western time view originates from agricultural civilization＇s inertia and industrial civilization＇s feeling way. This time coordinate controls people＇s behavior, awareness of concepts, industrial relationship, interpersonal relationship and value orientation. Different cultures bred different time conceptions and time behaviors. This paper mainly talks about the aspects of their differences. When different time views are reflected in cross-cultural communication, conflicts and obstacles of interpersonal communication may arise. With the development of social economy and cultural communication, the time views of Chinese culture and western culture have impacts on each other and are gradually integrated with each other.

The novel Sons and lovers, written by D. H. Lawrence, describes the state that the relationship between husband and wife loses balance. That is to say, power of the wife in the family is so strong that the wife, Mrs. Morel controls the whole family but not Mr. Morel. It also informs readers the process of how she comes to change her pure maternity to the passion between man and woman after she can＇t reform her husband and can＇t find the ideal lover image in her husband. This thesis tries to analyze the formation of imbalanced relationship between husband and wife, its expression, its influence on the children and significance on family education. Meanwhile, it also warns us of the importance of family atmosphere and family education to the healthy growth of children.

Seemingly ethnopetalism and hidden ethnofugalism in intercultural communication

The film The treatment is supposed to express the idea that understanding and appreciation of each other＇s culture is very important in intercultural communication. But behind this veil, ethnofugalism can be found by way of analyzing their conversations and behaviors. This paper tries to see their attitude towards their mother tongue and their own cultural tradition. It holds that no culture is inferior to others, which is the base on which intercultural communication is built.

Kluckhohn and Strodbeck＇s value model in Chinese and American culture

Culture is the holistic interrelationship of a group＇s identity, beliefs, values, activities, rules, customs, communication patterns, and institutions （Dodd, 1998）. Values are important components of a given culture accepted by individuals sharing that culture. They are deep and hidden elements of the cultural iceberg that are seldom questioned or defended but can reflect different characteristics of different cultures. Kluckhohn and Strodbeck＇s value model is used here to analyze distinct Chinese and American culture.
