新型内镜检测取样器与传统取样对软式内镜微生物检出率的差异比较

目的 比较新型内镜检测取样器与传统取样检出软式内镜微生物的情况,以助于加强对软式内镜消毒的管理和监控,预防医院感染。方法 分别采用传统内镜检测取样(对照组)培养及内镜检测取样器取样(实验组)培养对内镜中心经再处理后的软式内镜... 目的 比较新型内镜检测取样器与传统取样检出软式内镜微生物的情况,以助于加强对软式内镜消毒的管理和监控,预防医院感染。方法 分别采用传统内镜检测取样(对照组)培养及内镜检测取样器取样(实验组)培养对内镜中心经再处理后的软式内镜进行取样检测,比较两种取样方法的微生物检出率及检出细菌的种类、数量。结果 实验组软式内镜微生物检出阳性率(6.54%)高于对照组(1.83%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=10.568,P=0.001)。实验组检出微生物的种类和数量均多于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 与传统取样方式相比,新型内镜检测取样器可提高软式内镜微生物洗脱率,细菌检出率及检出细菌种类、数量。 展开更多

土方工程现场压实度检测有多种方式,如:核子密度仪检测、无核密度仪检测、灌水法检测、灌砂法检测、取环刀法检测等,目前核子密度仪检测和取环刀法检测由于操作简单、速度快等优点被施工现场广泛应用。土方工程中压实度检测工作量非常大... 土方工程现场压实度检测有多种方式,如:核子密度仪检测、无核密度仪检测、灌水法检测、灌砂法检测、取环刀法检测等,目前核子密度仪检测和取环刀法检测由于操作简单、速度快等优点被施工现场广泛应用。土方工程中压实度检测工作量非常大,压实度检测自检频率为每100~150m3一个,一个大型土方工程检测点数几十万到几百万个,检测数据准确与否直接关系到整个工程的可靠程度。本文讨论的是环刀法检测,由于试验工作专业性强,环刀取样规范与否很大部分取决于试验人员自己,其他非专业人员包括监理员难于判断,故取环刀试验数据准确与否几乎全部取决于试验人员一人的技术水平和工作素质,人为因素较大,存在缺陷,本文主要介绍笔者的专利技术和方法,土方施工中取检测用土样的取土器,具体涉及一种用于土方工程中压实度质量控制用的试验环刀取样工具和方法。 展开更多

This letter explores the distributed multisensor dynamic system, which has uniform sampling velocity and asynchronous sampling data for different sensors, and puts forward a new gradation fusion algorithm of multisensor dynamic system. As the total forecasted increment value between the two adjacent moments is the forecasted estimate value of the corresponding state increment in the fusion center, the new algorithm models the state and the forecasted estimate value of every moment. Kalman filter and all measurements arriving sequentially in the fusion period are employed to update the evaluation of target state step by step, on the condition that the system has obtained the target state evaluation that is based on the overall information in the previous fusion period. Accordingly, in the present period, the fusion evaluation of the target state at each sampling point on the basis of the overall information can be obtained. This letter elaborates the form of this new algorithm. Computer simulation demonstrates that this new algorithm owns greater precision in estimating target state than the present asynchronous fusion algorithm calibrated in time does. 展开更多

Transmission performance of electroabsorption modulator in 10 Gb/s transmission systems has been simulated and analyzed under the condition of taking into account the chirp,extinction ratio, transmissivity and rise/fall time.Results show that short transmission distance without EDFA after EAM can be used in future metropolitan area network,but the transmissivity must be carefully considered. The Determination of Plant Nutrients Taken from Soil of Black Cumin (Nigella sativa L.) as Traditional Spice

This study was carried out under Cumra-Konya conditions, in 2007, for the determination of consumption of the plant nutrients from soil by black cumin plants. The soil samples were taken before sowing and after harvest from the field that was sown black cumin and determined the rate of major and minor plant nutrients. For this reason, soil samples were taken from the depth of 30 cm as 2-3 kg and analyzed. The harvested black cumin yielded approximately 1,350 kg/ha seed. The analyses made in soil samples were pH, salinity, organic matter and lime, P, K, Ca, Mg, Na, Cu, Fe, Zn and Mn. According to the results, the parcel soil has not salt problem, and is little alkaline, more limy and little humic, good for phosphorus and very rich with respect potassium before sowing. At the same time, the parcel soil samples after harvest were little saline, little alkaline, more limy, poor humic, good for phosphorus and very rich with respect potassium. 展开更多
