对比传统时间序列分析模型(线性回归、二次滑动平均、一次平滑、二次指数平滑和三次指数平滑等)与ARIMA模型在山东省粮食总产量中的拟合精度,并应用ARIMA(2,1,12)模型预测了未来3年内山东省粮食总产量。结果表明,在山东省粮食总产量拟合... 对比传统时间序列分析模型(线性回归、二次滑动平均、一次平滑、二次指数平滑和三次指数平滑等)与ARIMA模型在山东省粮食总产量中的拟合精度,并应用ARIMA(2,1,12)模型预测了未来3年内山东省粮食总产量。结果表明,在山东省粮食总产量拟合中,ARIMA(2,1,12)模型得到的粮食总产量拟合值与观测值的相对误差处于±10%和±5%范围内的分别为73.333%和53.333%,回归方程的决定系数为0.959,优于传统时间序列分析模型;利用ARIMA(2,1,12)模型预测未来3年内山东省粮食总产量,粮食总产量有逐年上升的趋势,且增长率逐年上升。 展开更多

Although Pampus minor has been classified as a new species, it still remains controversial. Was used a DNA barcoding technique based on homologous sequence analysis of the16S and CO1 genes to clarify the confusion over the identification of this species. Among 12 individuals whose genetic distance was 0.002, two haplotypes were found. According to the 16S sequences, the genetic distances ranged from 0.121 to 0.133 between P. minor and other Pampus species. Although the same the genetic distance between the two P minor haplotypes was generated using CO1 sequences, the haplotype of Pm22-23, Pm28, and Pm32-33 was the same as that of Pci EF607462 and EF607466, while the haplotype of Pm24-27 and Pm29-31 was the same as that of Pci EF607461 and EF607463-65. In addition, the genetic distance ranged only from 0.002 to 0.005 between P minor and Pa EF607460 and EF607458. Apart from this, the interspecies genetic distances varied from 0.135 to 0.143 between P minor and other t'ampus species according to the C01 sequences. Phylogenetic trees, using combined 16S and CO1 data, strongly support the viewpoint that all the P. minor individuals form one clade that is in a sister position to Pampus sp. individuals (EU357803, FJ434342-FJ434343, and FJ652423-FJ652427). 展开更多

A new type of despreader for direct sequence spread spectrum signal is proposed. Compared with traditional despreaders, the new despreader does not contain hard decision ware or handle binary sequence any more, and the locally stored spread spectrum signals are pre-modulated baseband signals (such as Gaussian minimum shift keying (GMSK) signals), which are much more similar to the received spread spectrum signals. Moreover, the missed detection probability of the despreader is about one order of magnitude lower than that of traditional ones. Based on the maximum likelihood criterion and phase probability density function of demodulated signal, a new method of ana- lyzing the despreaders’ performance is put forward, which is proved to be more accurate than traditional methods according to the numerical results. Finally, an adaptive despreader under different signal-to-noise ratios is given. 展开更多

Cloning of ACC Oxidase (ACO) Gene from Dendrobium officinale

Many studies suggest that ethylene plays an important role in regulating metabolite synthesis. Dendrobium plants are traditional Chinese medicine and nowadays its medicinal components are known to be secondary metabolites. In present study, a homolog of ACC oxidase (ACO) gene was isolated from flowers of Dendrobium officinale Kimura et Migo by PCR-method. The obtained cDNA of DoACO is 970 bp long and contains an open reading frame (ORP) encoding a protein with 314 amino acid residues. The DoACO shows high identity to its homologues from other plant species, that has 94.8% closest amino acid sequence of related protein with the ACO from Dendrobium hybrid cultivar. The putative ORP of the obtained sequence could encode a proper protein in respect of molecular weight under T -Lac promoter in E. coli. 展开更多

As the core values of the enlightenment function of social ethics, traditional architecture externalizes symbol of "state" sensual ethical echo. So metaphorical rules in architecture can combine with the normal life. Traditional architectural form as famous communication home Marshall McLuhan's "human extension", leads the order and the rules in the form of elevation. The spread of universal ethics, traditional architectural symmetry axis ceremony, and the adornment of the mythical thinking component, are traditional Chinese ethics of society to describe the core of creation through three points sequence structure constraint. The wisdom of metaphor in these ideas is the life gene of Chinese culture. In the construction of the contemporary social upheaval spreading vision, recognition of traditional architecture ethics through righteousness obviously has been recasting social ethics of "treatment". 展开更多
