装备制造业承担国民经济和国防建设的重任,其持续高速发展离不开科学的创新模式,现有研究多从产学研协同创新视角提出对策,但往往忽视数字化工具对协同创新的促进作用。本文借助数字化手段,尝试以产学研数字化协同创新研发模式为研究对... 装备制造业承担国民经济和国防建设的重任,其持续高速发展离不开科学的创新模式,现有研究多从产学研协同创新视角提出对策,但往往忽视数字化工具对协同创新的促进作用。本文借助数字化手段,尝试以产学研数字化协同创新研发模式为研究对象,建立装备制造业产学研数字化协同创新的演化博弈模式,并对模型结果进行模拟和仿真,分析有限理性下各参数变化以及在结果中的作用。研究结果表明:数字化水平能力、政府支持力度以及装备制造业转型程度等因素通过提升企业利润的方式对产学研数字化协同创新具有提高创新效能的作用。最后根据研究结果从促进数字化产学研融合发展角度提出增强我国装备制造业自主创新能力的对策建议。 展开更多

A large number of high-voltage power transmission towers have recently been constructed in mining areas prone to subsidence. In order to ensure the safety of the transmission towers and the safe operation of transmission systems, it is imperative to carry out research on the anti-deformation performance of transmission towers. In our study, we performed experiments on the anti-deformation performance of a transmission tower in a subsidence area on a scale model with a geometric scale ratio of 1:5 and analyzed the failure mechanism of the tower members. The results show that, when the axial distance between two supports changes, destabilization failure most likely occurs in the members of the bottom transverse layer because some parts of the main diagonal member bars yield under the action of compression. The failure mechanism of the tower members basically coincides with the lever principle. 展开更多

The low\|cost and easy\|to\|use GIS\|Based model developed by self\|programming can meet current requirements of most local authorities, especially in developing countries. In this model, two cases, non\|source flood and source flood, are distinguished and the Seed\|spread algorithm suitable for source\|flood is discussed; The flood damage is assessed by overlaying the flood area range with thematic maps and other related social and economic data. and all thematic maps are converted to raster format before overlay analysis. Two measures are taken to improve the operation efficiency of speed seed\|spread algorithm. The accuracy of the model mainly depends on the resolution and precision of the DEM data, and the accuracy of registering all raster layers and the quality of attribute data. 展开更多

Accomodation of power system constraints with the market mechanism is encountered as a major challenge along the way toward implementation of different electricity market designs. Allocation of fixe or flow-dependent inter-zone trading capacities by the PX (power exchange) can not be accepted unreservedly. The paper is meant to show that a nodal electricity market design that is based on bids for local energy and a regulated transmission access including allocation of "entry-exit" transmission capacity would be the desired solution. The market players could easily optimize their portfolio while the TSOs (transmission system operators) are requested to mobilize the network's in-built flexibility to increase the cross zonal capacity. In the proposed market design, the PX's allocation of trading capacity is clearly separate from the TSO's management of the power system operational constraint5. Clear operator roles would enlarge access to electricity market as well as market integration of variable RESs (renewable energy sources) that are critically dependent on short notice access to regionat markets, 展开更多

A wearable body area sensor network(WBASN) was designed and implemented to monitor movement information of stroke patients in real time. The sensor system was combined with a previously developed distributed functional electrical stimulation(d FES) system, which is a promising technology for motor rehabilitation of stroke patients. Movement information could be useful in outcome assessment of rehabilitation, or for closed-loop adaptive stimulation during rehabilitation. In addition,a short-latency, low-power communication protocol was developed to meet the clinical requirements of energy efficiency and high rate of data feed-through. The prototype of the WBASN was tested in preliminary human experiments. Experimental results demonstrate the feasibility of the proposed wearable body area sensor network in monitoring arm movements on healthy subjects. 展开更多
