针对现有煤矿井下瓦斯传输管网泄漏污染风险评价等级划分较为粗糙、评估结果精准度较低的问题,提出煤矿井下瓦斯传输管网泄漏污染风险评价方法。先对矿井内土壤与空气进行采集分析,获取原始评价数据。然后增加生态评价指标以及人体健康... 针对现有煤矿井下瓦斯传输管网泄漏污染风险评价等级划分较为粗糙、评估结果精准度较低的问题,提出煤矿井下瓦斯传输管网泄漏污染风险评价方法。先对矿井内土壤与空气进行采集分析,获取原始评价数据。然后增加生态评价指标以及人体健康评价指标,构建瓦斯传输管网泄漏污染风险评价指标体系。最后使用矩形评估方法、层次分析法,构建管网泄漏污染风险评价模型。测试结果表明:此方法可确定管线泄漏点,获取可靠性较高的原始数据,细化风险评价等级,进一步提升评估结果精准度。 展开更多

A successful case of hydrocarbon dew point analysis during mixing of natural gases in transmission pipeline

The occurrence of liquid condensation in natural gas accounts for new challenges during the interoperability between transmission networks,where condensation would lead to higher pressure drops,lower line capacity and may cause safety problem.A successful case of hydrocarbon dew point(HCDP)analysis is demonstrated during the mixing of natural gases in the transmission pipeline.Methods used to predict the HCDP are combined with equations of state(EOS)and characterization of C6+heavy components.Predictions are compared with measured HCDP with different concentrations of mixed gases at a wide range of pressure and temperature scopes.Software named"PipeGasAnalysis"is developed and helps to systematic analyze the condensation problem,which will provide the guidance for the design and operation of the network. 展开更多

Batteries transfer management is one important aspect in electric vehicle(EV)network's intelligent operation management system.Batteries transfer is a special and much more complex VRP(Vehicle Routing Problem) which takes the multiple constraints such as dynamic multi-depots,time windows,simultaneous pickups and deliveries,distance minimization,etc.into account.We call it VRPEVB(VRP with EV Batteries).This paper,based on the intelligent management model of EV's battery power,puts forward a battery transfer algorithm for the EV network which considers the traffic congestion that changes dynamically and uses improved Ant Colony Optimization.By setting a reasonable tabv range,special update rules of the pheromone and path list memory functions,the algorithm can have a better convergence,and its feasibility is proved by the experiment in an EV's demonstration operation system. 展开更多

This paper describes the study analysis performed to evaluate the available and potential solutions to control the highly increasing short circuit (SC) levels in Kuwait power system. The real Kuwait High Voltage (HV) network was simulated to examine different measures at both 275 kV and 132 kV stations. The simulation results show that the short circuit currents exceed the permissible levels (40 kA in the 132 kV network and 63 kA in the 275 kV network) in some specific points. The examined measures include the a study on changing the neutral point policy, changing some lines from alternating current (AC) to direct current (DC), dividing specific bus bars in some generating stations and applying current limiters. The paper also presents a new plan for the transmission network in order to manage the expected increase in short circuit levels in the future. 展开更多
