Wearable devices have great application potential in the next generation of smart portable electronics,especially in the fields of medical monitoring,soft robotics,artificial intelligence,and human-machine interfaces.Piezoelectric flexible strain sensors are key components of wearable devices.However,existing piezoelectric flexible strain sensors have certain limitations in weak signal monitoring due to their large modulus and low sensitivity.To solve this problem,the concept of Kirigami(paper-cutting)was introduced in this study to design the sensor structure.By comparing the Kirigami structures of different basic structures,the serpentine structure was determined as the basic configuration of the sensor.The serpentine structure not only provides excellent tensile properties,but also significantly improves the sensitivity of the sensor,which performs well in monitoring weak signals.On this basis,the adhesion properties of the flexible sensor were analyzed and tested,and the optimal ratio of the substrate was selected for preparation.In addition,a low-cost and rapid prototyping process for stretchable patches was established in this study.Using this technology,we prepared the sensor device and tested its performance.Finally,we successfully developed a flexible sensor with a sensitivity of 0.128 mV/μɛand verified its feasibility for wrist joint motion monitoring applications.This result opens up new avenues for the recovery care of tenosynovitis patients after surgery. 展开更多

This paper presents a high precision CMOS opamp suitable for ISFET readout. The opamp is tailored to provide a constant bias condition for ISFET as part of the readout circuits and,hence,is compatible for single chip integration with the sensor. A continuous time auto-zero stabilization technique is studied and employed, with the aim of suppressing the low frequency noises, including the offset voltage, 1/f noise, and temperature drift. The design is based on a 0.35μm CMOS process. With a 3.3V power supply,it maintains a DC open loop gain of more than 100dB and an offset voltage of around 11μV,while the overall power dissipation is only 1.48mW. With this opamp, a pH microsensor is constructed, of which the functionality is verified by experimental tests. 展开更多

During the process of magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), the patient motion causes phase errors in collected signals and induces motion artifacts in the reconstructed image. Severe artifacts interfere with the focus location. Because the genetic algorithm (GA) has characteristics of parallel, random and adaptive stochastic searching, a correction method of motion artifacts is presented based on the algorithm. The method can correct the phase error in K-space signals step by step. Experiments show that the motion artifacts in MRI can be effectively suppressed by using the method. 展开更多

Results Simulation results are presented to demonstrate the performance of the approach. Conclusion The Kalman filter algorithm am detect registration errors and use this information to converge tracks from independent sensors. As the huge computation and easily trapped local optimum in remanufacturing closed-loop supply chain network (RCSCN) design considered, a genetic particle swarm optimization algorithm was proposed. The total cost of closed-loop supply chain was selected as fitness function, and a unique and tidy coding mode was adopted in the proposed algorithm. Then, some mutation and crossover operators were introduced to achieve discrete optimization of RCSCN structure. The simulation results show that the proposed algorithm can gain global optimal solution with good convergent performance and rapidity. The computing speed is only 22.16 s, which is shorter than those of the other optimization algorithms. 展开更多

A new non-linear transverse-torsional coupled model was proposed for 2K-H planetary gear train, and gear's geometric eccentricity error, comprehensive transmission error, time-varying meshing stiffness, sun-planet and planet-ring gear pair's backlashes and sun gear's bearing clearance were taken into consideration. The solution of differential governing equation of motion was solved by applying variable step-size Runge-Kutta numerical integration method. The system motion state was investigated systematically and qualitatively, and exhibited diverse characteristics of bifurcation and chaos as well as non-linear behavior under different bifurcation parameters including meshing frequency, sun-planet backlash, planet-ring backlash and sun gear's bearing clearance. Analysis results show that the increasing damping could suppress the region of chaotic motion and improve the system's stability significantly. The route of crisis to chaotic motion was observed under the bifurcation parameter of meshing frequency. However, the routes of period doubling and crisis to chaos were identified under the bifurcation parameter of sun-planet backlash; besides, several different types of routes to chaos were observed and coexisted under the bifurcation parameter of planet-ring backlash including period doubling, Hopf bifurcation, 3T-periodic channel and crisis. Additionally, planet-ring backlash generated a strong coupling effect to system's non-linear behavior while the sun gear's bearing clearance produced weak coupling effect. Finally, quasi-periodic motion could be found under all above–mentioned bifurcation parameters and closely associated with the 3T-periodic motion. 展开更多
