结合TG/GW 115—2012《高速铁路无砟轨道线路维修规则(试行)》和工程实践经验,对无砟道床伤损等级判定指标进行了优化。建议《高速铁路线路维修规则》(报批稿)中高速铁路无砟道床伤损分类沿用现行维修规则中的分类方法,并增加CRTSⅢ型... 结合TG/GW 115—2012《高速铁路无砟轨道线路维修规则(试行)》和工程实践经验,对无砟道床伤损等级判定指标进行了优化。建议《高速铁路线路维修规则》(报批稿)中高速铁路无砟道床伤损分类沿用现行维修规则中的分类方法,并增加CRTSⅢ型板式无砟道床伤损形式。无砟道床伤损等级划分由三级调整为两级,对Ⅰ级伤损应做好观测、记录、分析,对Ⅱ级伤损列入维修计划并适时修补;将CRTSⅠ型板式无砟道床砂浆层离缝判定指标中的对角线长度替换为离缝长度,并给出了其等级判定标准;将CRTSⅡ型板式无砟道床砂浆层伤损等级判定指标中的“离缝深度、离缝对角线长度”修改为“离缝面积比”,并给出了其等级判定标准;将无砟道床伸缩缝嵌缝材料的离缝、开裂、缺损统一判定为失效。 展开更多

Three treatments including mechanical damage, Lymantria dispar attacking and daubing oral secretions of the in-sects on mechanically damaged cut were conducted on Populus simonii譖opulus pyramibalis c.v. in order to find the genuine reason leading to effective resistance response of tree to insects attacking. The release situation of the induced volatiles of the plant was analyzed by TCT-GC/MS at 24 hours after damages. The results indicated that some of the volatiles such as (Z)-3-hexenyl acetate, decanal, 3-hexenyl isovalerate, nonanal, ocimene, and 2-cyanobutane can be induced by both insects attack-ing and mechanical damage, while 2,6-dimethyl-1,3,5,7-octatetraene, 2-methyl-6-methylene-1,7-octadien-3-one, caryophyllene, Isovaleronitrile, diethyl-methyl-benzamide, and dicapryl phthalate were only induced by insects attacking. Such difference in volatiles was attributed to that there existed active components in oral sections of the larvae of Lymantria dispar 展开更多

路桥过渡段范围的结构受力特征较为复杂,是轨道结构的薄弱环节。随着运营时间的增长,部分线路端刺锚固结构不可避免地出现较大水平位移,影响上部轨道结构稳定性。针对运营期纵连式无砟轨道端刺区结构稳定特征开展了现场调研和监测,结果... 路桥过渡段范围的结构受力特征较为复杂,是轨道结构的薄弱环节。随着运营时间的增长,部分线路端刺锚固结构不可避免地出现较大水平位移,影响上部轨道结构稳定性。针对运营期纵连式无砟轨道端刺区结构稳定特征开展了现场调研和监测,结果表明:锚固结构变形特征表现为过渡板与路基支承层之间的水平位移,且呈现出随季节性温度而周期性变化的规律;受端刺锚固结构水平位移的影响,路桥过渡段结构伤损区域分布特征明显,集中在过渡板末端靠近路基范围,主要表现为轨道结构关键连接部位离缝、轨道板端上拱、宽窄接缝挤压破碎等。建议针对运营期台后锚固限位结构服役状态进行系统性监测,并进一步跟踪分析结构伤损发展规律,为科学合理地制定专项养护维修技术提供支撑。 展开更多

Rheological properties of surrounding rock in deep hard rock tunnels and its reasonable support form

In this work, we used la... Second lining stability, which is the last protection in tunnel engineering, is critically important. The theological properties of the surrounding rock heavily affect second lining stability. In this work, we used laboratory triaxial compressive rheological limestone tests to study nonlinear creep damage characteristics of surrounding rock mass in construction projects. We established a nonlinear creep damage constitutive model for the rock mass, as well as a constitutive model numerical implementation made by programming. Second, we introduced a new foam concrete with higher compression performance and good ductility and studied its mechanical properties through uniaxial and triaxial tests. This concrete was used as the filling material for the reserved deformation layer between the primary support and second lining. Finally, we proposed a high efficiency and accuracy staged optimization method. The minimum reserved deformation layer thickness was established as the optimization goal, and the presence of plastic strain in the second lining after 100 years of surrounding rock creep was used as an evaluation index. Reserved deformation layer thickness optimization analysis reveals no plastic strain in the second lining when the reserved deformation minimum thickness layer is 28.50 cm. The results show that the new foam concrete used as a reserved deformation layer filling material can absorb creep deformation of surrounding rock mass, reduce second lining deformation that leads to plastic strain, and ensure long-term second lining stability. 展开更多
