伴MELF浸润模式子宫内膜样癌临床病理特征分析

目的 探讨伴微囊性、伸长及碎片状(MELF)浸润模式的子宫内膜样癌(EEC)的临床病理特征。方法 回顾性收集2020年1月至2024年3月绍兴市妇幼保健院收治的90例EEC患者临床资料,根据浸润模式分为MELF组(13例)和非MELF组(77例)。观察伴MELF浸... 目的 探讨伴微囊性、伸长及碎片状(MELF)浸润模式的子宫内膜样癌(EEC)的临床病理特征。方法 回顾性收集2020年1月至2024年3月绍兴市妇幼保健院收治的90例EEC患者临床资料,根据浸润模式分为MELF组(13例)和非MELF组(77例)。观察伴MELF浸润模式EEC患者临床病理特征和免疫表型,比较两组患者临床病理特征,采用多因素logistic回归分析影响患者出现MELF浸润模式的因素。结果 MELF组患者中国际妇产科联盟(FIGO)分期为Ⅱ/Ⅲ期、组织学类型为非侵袭性组,盆腔淋巴结转移灶为微转移和孤立性肿瘤细胞占比较高,FIGOⅡ期较2009 FIGO分期提高了15.4%(2/13)。免疫组化染色显示,肿瘤标志物在EEC组织和MELF中存在不同表达状态。MELF组中病灶最大径≥2.0 cm、FIGOⅡ/Ⅲ期、子宫肌层浸润≥1/2层、淋巴血管间隙侵犯(LVSI)及盆腔淋巴结转移患者比例显著高于非MELF组;多因素logistic回归分析显示广泛性LVSI是EEC患者出现MELF浸润模式的独立危险因素(P<0.05)。结论 伴MELF浸润模式EEC患者更易出现病灶最大径≥2.0 cm、FIGOⅡ/Ⅲ期、子宫肌层浸润≥1/2层、LVSI及盆腔淋巴结转移,广泛性LVSI是EEC患者出现MELF浸润模式的独立危险因素。病理医师应重点关注2023 FIGO分期中的形态学指标和淋巴结转移的评估。 展开更多

The initial copper with large grain sizes of 60-100 μm was processed by six passes asymmetrical accumulative rolling-bond (AARB) and annealing, the ultra-fine-grained (UFG) copper with grain size of 200 nm was obtained, and the microstructures and properties were studied. The results show that there are large sub-structures and also texture component C for the UFG copper obtained by six passes AARB, possessing high strength and microhardness in company with poor elongation and conductivity. Thereafter, the UFG copper was annealed at 220 °C for 35 min, in which the sub-structures disappear, the grain boundaries are composed of big angle grain boundaries, and the textures are composed of a variety of texture components and parts of twins. Compared with the UFG copper obtained by six passes AARB, the tensile strength and yield strength for the UFG copper obtained by six passes AARB and annealing at 220 °C for 35 min are decreased slightly, the elongation and conductivity are improved obviously. 展开更多

This research adopted four methods to toughen epoxy adhesives. They were liquid hydroxyl group terminated polybutadiene (HTPB) rubber modification, silicon rubber modification, polyacrylate multiplicity elastomer particulates emulsion modification and chemical grafting modification. After modification, the shearing strength and the rupture elongation were tested. The interface and the chemical reaction between the modifiers and the epoxy were analyzed by scanning electron microscope (SEM) and infrared optical spectrum. The results show that the elastomer particulates modification and the chemical grafting modification can reach the better toughening effects. 展开更多

A Preliminary Study on Pollination Biology of an Endangered Orchid, Changnienia amoena, in Shennongjia 被引量:9

Changnienia amoena Chien is a monotypic species and endemic to China, and was listed on the Chinese Red Book in 1992. The species was once abundant but has become rare and endangered in recent years because of the habitat fragmentation and unduly commercial collections. Previous observation showed that this species has very low and even no fruit set, and the pollinators are not observed before this report. The present observation was conducted at the Shennongjia, Hubei Province during the spring of 2002. The results showed that Bombus (Diversobombus) trifasciatus Smith, B. imitator Pittion and one species of Apis visited the flowers of the orchid, but only B. tritasciatus could carry pollinaria on its body and was the legitimate pollinators of C amoena. During 113 h of observation, only nine visitations were recorded. The bumblebees mainly appeared during 12:00-15:00 during the day. Bumblebees stayed in a flower only a few seconds and never more than ten seconds. The flowers would persist in fresh for about three weeks when they were not pollinated, but 3 or 4 d after pollinated, the pollinated flowers underwent a series of color and morphological changes including stalk elongation and ovary swelling. Therefore, stalk elongation can be considered an index of fruits set. Artificial pollination indicated that C amoena is a highly self-compatible and outcrossing species, but dependent on pollinators for fruit set. Based on the field observations, we concluded that pollination system of C amoena is deceptive. The fruit set in nature is not very low (26.98% on average) compared to other deceptive orchids, which may be related to small population sizes. The number of pollinia removal is much higher than that of fruit set, indicating that there are some degrees of pollinia wasting in C amoena. 展开更多

目的:探讨病理分级1-2级子宫内膜样腺癌预后影响因素及与微囊性/伸长/碎片状(microcystic,elongated,and fragmented,MELF)浸润的关系,为临床治疗方案制定及预后评估提供更多证据。方法:回顾性纳入2010年01月至2017年06月于我院诊治病... 目的:探讨病理分级1-2级子宫内膜样腺癌预后影响因素及与微囊性/伸长/碎片状(microcystic,elongated,and fragmented,MELF)浸润的关系,为临床治疗方案制定及预后评估提供更多证据。方法:回顾性纳入2010年01月至2017年06月于我院诊治病理分级1-2级子宫内膜样腺癌患者共266例,由高年资病理医生重新阅片,根据是否存在MELF浸润分为MELF组(40例)和非MELF组(226例),比较两组临床病理特征资料及随访生存资料,采用多因素法评估盆腔淋巴结转移风险和5年无进展生存独立影响因素,并进一步评估MELF浸润对患者临床预后的影响及预测价值。结果:MELF组CA125水平、子宫颈间质侵犯比例、子宫肌层侵犯达1/2以上比例、盆腔淋巴结转移比例及脉管癌栓比例均显著高于非MELF组(P<0.05)。整体人群MELF组5年无进展生存率显著低于非MELF组(P<0.05);FIGOⅠ期和FIGOⅡ期患者中非MELF组5年无进展生存率高于MELF组(P<0.05);FIGOⅢ期患者中MELF组和非MELF组5年无进展生存率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。Logistic回归模型多因素分析结果显示,MELF浸润是盆腔淋巴结转移独立危险因素(P<0.05);Cox比例风险回归模型多因素分析结果显示,MELF浸润与脉管癌栓均是无进展生存独立危险因素(P<0.05);ROC曲线分析结果显示,MELF浸润用于盆腔淋巴结转移及疾病进展风险预测具有良好效能,AUC分别为0.82(95%CI:0.70~0.90)、0.84(95%CI:0.74~0.96)。结论:MELF浸润与CA125水平、子宫颈间质侵犯、子宫肌层侵犯程度、盆腔淋巴结转移及脉管癌栓有一定相关性;MELF浸润的子宫内膜样腺癌患者存在更高盆腔淋巴结转移及疾病进展风险。 展开更多

目的探讨低级别子宫内膜样腺癌微囊性、伸长及碎片状(MELF)浸润模式与临床病理特征的关系及预后。方法收集2010—2017年于中国医学科学院肿瘤医院确诊为子宫体原发低级别子宫内膜样腺癌的512例患者的临床病理资料,复阅病理切片评估是否... 目的探讨低级别子宫内膜样腺癌微囊性、伸长及碎片状(MELF)浸润模式与临床病理特征的关系及预后。方法收集2010—2017年于中国医学科学院肿瘤医院确诊为子宫体原发低级别子宫内膜样腺癌的512例患者的临床病理资料,复阅病理切片评估是否伴MELF浸润模式,分析MELF浸润模式与临床病理特征的关系。采用Kaplan-Meier法绘制生存曲线,并行Log rank检验,多因素分析采用Cox比例风险回归模型和logistics回归分析。结果MELF浸润模式在低级别子宫内膜样腺癌中的比例为12.9%(66/512)。MELF浸润模式与子宫间质侵犯、子宫肌层侵犯深度≥1/2、淋巴结转移和脉管瘤栓均有关(均P<0.05),MELF浸润模式为患者淋巴结转移的独立危险因素(P<0.05),伴和不伴MELF浸润模式患者的5年无进展生存率分别为95.0%和96.0%(P>0.05)。结论子宫间质侵犯、子宫肌壁侵犯深度、淋巴结转移和脉管瘤栓与MELF浸润模式有关,MELF浸润模式为淋巴结转移的独立危险因素,是否伴MELF浸润并不影响子宫内膜样腺癌患者的预后。 展开更多

A novel porous metal fiber sintered sheet (PMFSS) with a three-dimensional reticulated structure was fabricated by multi-tooth cutting and high-temperature solid-phase sintering process with copper fibers. A uniaxial tensile test was conducted to investigate the effect of fiber length and natural aging factor on the tensile properties of the PMFSS. Results indicated that, under given stress, the increase of fiber length helped reinforce the tensile strength. The elongation of the PMFSS with medium length fiber of 15 mm exhibited the optimal performance, reaching about 13.5%. After natural aging treatment for a month, the tensile strength of PMFSS significantly decreased, but the change of elongation was negligible except for the one with the shortest fiber length of 5 mm, whose elongation was effectively improved. The morphological fracture features of PMFSSs were also characterized. 展开更多

Seafloor elongated depressions are indicators of gas seepage or slope instability. Here we report a sequence of slopeparallel elongated depressions that link to headwalls of sediment slides on upper slope. The depressions of about 250 m in width and several kilometers in length are areas of focused gas discharge indicated by bubble-release into the water column and methane enriched pore waters. Sparker seismic profiles running perpendicular and parallel to the coast, show gas migration pathways and trapped gas underneath these depressions with bright spots and seismic blanking. The data indicate that upward gas migration is the initial reason for fracturing sedimentary layers. In the top sediment where two young stages of landslides can be detected, the slopeparallel sediment weakening lengthens and deepens the surficial fractures, creating the elongated depressions in the seafloor supported by sediment erosion due to slope-parallel water currents. 展开更多

Forward extrusion experiments of as-cast AZ31 magnesium alloy were conducted at different temperatures and different extrusion ratios using the as-cast billets with and without homogenizing treatment.The mechanical properties of pre-and post-extrusion of the two kinds of billets were investigated.Experimental results show that the mechanical properties of post-extrusion of the two kinds of billets all are obviously improved compared with those of pre-extrusion.The elongation of post-extrusion using the billet with homogenizing is higher than that without homogenizing,but the tensile strength is lower than that without homogenizing.When the extrusion ratio increases,the elongation and tensile strength of post-extrusion of two kinds of billets all will increase obviously.When the extrusion temperature of billet without homogenizing increases,the tensile strength of post-extrusion will decrease obviously and the elongation of post-extrusion will change to a small extent.For the billet with homogenizing,the tensile strength of post-extrusion will decrease in some sort when extrusion temperature increases. 展开更多

It was found that the first three resistance characteristics decrease with the growth of the purity of the material chosen to the detriment of two ductility characteristics that rise to the three states considered: crude of casting noted: F, Annealed noted: O, hardened noted : H1/4. Furthermore, it is important to note that the hardened and the annealed lead respectively to a considerable hardening and a considerable softening. This hardening and this softening of the material in question can be respectively associated with the increase in dislocation density and immigration impurity elements of dislocations. 展开更多
