针对现有基于树的防碰撞算法碰撞时隙多、识别效率低等问题,提出一种基于信息位分组的标签防碰撞算法。按照标签信息位中比特"1"的数目将标签分组,发生碰撞时若有多个标签满足标签预测识别条件,则可直接全部识别,否则根据碰... 针对现有基于树的防碰撞算法碰撞时隙多、识别效率低等问题,提出一种基于信息位分组的标签防碰撞算法。按照标签信息位中比特"1"的数目将标签分组,发生碰撞时若有多个标签满足标签预测识别条件,则可直接全部识别,否则根据碰撞位还原机制跳过无效碰撞时隙,确定新的搜索前缀。仿真结果表明,相对查询树、自调整混合树及改进的多比特识别算法,该算法能降低阅读器的搜索次数和系统的通信复杂度,有效提高系统识别效率,且随着标签数量增大其优势更明显。 展开更多

自从射频识别(RFID)技术越来越频繁地应用于各种场合,提高RFID标签的识别效率就成为了一个重要任务。文中在FSA的基础上,结合位隙分组分析,提出分段式位隙分组帧时隙Aloha算法。该算法将位隙分为两段,在标签发生碰撞时,由该时隙内发生... 自从射频识别(RFID)技术越来越频繁地应用于各种场合,提高RFID标签的识别效率就成为了一个重要任务。文中在FSA的基础上,结合位隙分组分析,提出分段式位隙分组帧时隙Aloha算法。该算法将位隙分为两段,在标签发生碰撞时,由该时隙内发生碰撞的标签先后发送前后两段位隙标志位进行再识别:若在前段位隙中成功识别该时隙内所有碰撞的标签,则进入下一个时隙的标签识别;若经过前段位隙再识别后仍存在碰撞标签,则继续发送后段位隙进行识别。理论分析表明,当位隙分为等长两部分时,系统吞吐率曲线在一定标签数量(文中取10 000)范围内可以保持平坦,在吞吐率达到65%以上的同时,系统通信量达到最低。 展开更多

传统有意义图像分存方案存在认证能力偏低、攻击后不具备修复能力或修复能力整体较弱以及嵌入掩体视觉质量不高等问题.针对以上问题,提出一种结合非等量备份和双认证自修复有限域图像分存方案,包含分存和恢复阶段.在分存阶段,首先对密图... 传统有意义图像分存方案存在认证能力偏低、攻击后不具备修复能力或修复能力整体较弱以及嵌入掩体视觉质量不高等问题.针对以上问题,提出一种结合非等量备份和双认证自修复有限域图像分存方案,包含分存和恢复阶段.在分存阶段,首先对密图做1级离散小波变换,取LL子带按密钥置乱,并对置乱后LL子带每个系数比特按比特位重要程度分组进行非等量备份来构造与密图等大备份图;然后对密图和备份图每个像素及其对应7K-13位认证信息在GF(2~7)有限域进行(K,N)分存,将产生的7位分存信息和使用密钥产生的1位认证信息使用优化LSB法嵌入到N个掩体2×2分块中;最后对密钥进行(K,N)分存,将子密钥对应的MD5值公开到第3方公信方并将子密钥和嵌入掩体分发给参与者.在恢复阶段,首先对参与者提供的子密钥真实性进行检验,利用检验通过子密钥对密钥进行恢复;其次对分发掩体2×2分块嵌入的分存信息和1位认证信息使用密钥进行第1重认证,利用第1重认证通过分存信息重建GF(2~7)有限域分存多项式,提取出密图和备份图每个像素及其对应的7K-13位认证信息并对其进行第2重检验和构造初步密图、备份图以及认证图;再次由备份图和认证图重构密图LL子带,然后对其做逆置乱和逆离散小波变换得到密图修复参考图;最后对认证图每一个认证不通过秘密像素,根据其周围像素认证情况选择多项式插值拟合或进行修复参考图像素替代修复.理论和实验结果表明,与现有方法相比,所提方法具备更好的认证能力,并能充分使用双认证和自然图像邻近像素相关性来提升其攻击后修复能力,且分发掩体具备较高视觉质量. 展开更多

The genus Oryza consists of two cultivated species (O. sativa L. and O. glaberrima Steud.) and approximately 20 wild relative species widely distributed in the pan-tropics. These species have been classified into four complexes following the Vaughan's taxonomic system([1]). The O. officinalis complex is the largest complex in the genus, which includes ten species, having BE, CC, on, and EE genomes in the diploids as well as BBCC and CCDD genomes in the tetraploids. The relationships among the BE, CC, and EE genomes still remain unclear, although previous studies have indicated certain affinities of these genomes([2-4]). Genomic in situ hybridization (GISH) is a powerful technique to detect the relationships among the related genomes at chromosome and DNA levels. In order to investigate more realistic group scheduling problems with position-dependent effects,the model of general position-dependent group scheduling is proposed,where the actual group setup times and actual processing times are described by general functions of the normal group setup time and position in the sequence.These general functions are not assumed to have specific function structures,and are not restricted to be monotone.By mathematical analysis and proof,each considered problem is decomposed into a group scheduling process and a job scheduling process,and each scheduling process is transferred into the classic assignment problem or the classic single-machine sequence problem,and then the computational complexity to solve the considered problem is analyzed.Analysis results show that,even with general position-dependent job processing times,both the single machine makespan minimization group scheduling problems and the parallel-machine total load minimization group scheduling problems remain polynomially solvable. 展开更多

The genomic composition of 1911289, a wheat ( Tritium aestivum L.) maintainer of K-CMS, was examined by several methods, such as genomic in situ hybridization (GISH), biochemical marking, and DNA molecular marking. The results got by GISH and PCR amplification of dispersed rye-specific repetitive DNA sequence suggested that the alien chromatin in T911289 derived from rye. Specifically PCR amplification of the rye-specific microsatellite primers (SCM9) and seed storage protein analysis indicated that the alien chromatin in T911289 had developed from the short arm of 1R chromosome of rye (1RS). PCR amplification by using microsatellite primers locating on 1BS and seed storage protein analysis also revealed that 1911289 had lost the arm of 1BS or a small distal segment of it. We conclude that T911289 is a heterogeneous population which displays two distinct different types of translocation, i.e. the Robertsonian translocation and small segment translocation. The Robertsonian translocation type observed in our study is different from the 1BL/1RS translocation which is widely used in wheat production; it may be a novel and complex translocation form. Though the linkage between the desirable agronomic traits and the deleterious genes expressed as sticky dough has not got broken in T911289, the recovery of small segment translocation will still benefit the genetic study of wheat and rye. 展开更多

All lines showed a chromosome number of 2n = 42, five of them carried both a pair of wheat-rye (Triticum aestivum-Secale cereal) 1BL/1RS translocation chromosomes and a pair of Agropyron intermedium (Ai) chromosomes, three carried a pair of Ai chromosomes only, three others carried a pair of 1BL/1RS chromosomes only, and one carried neither 1BL/1BS nor Ai chromosome. Further identification revealed that the identical Ai chromosome in these germplasm lines substituted the chromosome 2D of common wheat (T aestivum L.), designated as 2Ai. The genetic implication and further utilization of 2Ai in wheat improvement were also discussed. 展开更多

Linkers were assembled on a glass surface based on the hydrolysis and condensation of 3-glycidoxy ̄propyltrimethoxysilane (GPS). After the assembly of GPS, four approaches were tried to open the ending epoxide group of GPS or to further elongate the linkers. The effect of these approaches on DNA in situ synthesis and hybridization was investigated. For the spacing of the synthesis initiation sites, the wettability of the support and the length of the linking group that attaches the initiation site to the surface have direct influences on the yield of coupling reactions and the subsequent hybridization events. X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) and mean contact angles of deionized water of the above slides were measured to assess the linker's characteristics in each procedure. It was proved that the glass slides were successfully modified and became excellent supports for the oligonucleotides synthesis. In addition, it proved best for the in situ oligonucleotides synthesis that a glass slide was in turn treated with ethylenediamine, glutaradehyde, ethanolamine and sodium borohydride solution at ambient temperature after silanized with GPS. 展开更多

They divide through binary fission. Selection of the chloroplast division site is pivotal for the symmetric chloroplast division. In E. coli, positioning of the division site at the midpoint of the cell is regulated by dynamic oscillation of the Min system, which includes MinC, MinD and MinE. Homologs of MinD and MinE in plants are involved in chloroplast division. The homolog of MinC still has not been identified in higher plants. However, an FtsZ-like protein, ARC3, was found to be involved in chloroplast division site positioning. Here, we report that chloroplast division site positioning 1 (AtCDP1) is a novel chloroplast division protein involved in chloroplast division site placement in Arabidopsis. AtCDP1 was discovered by screening an Arabidopsis cDNA expression library in bacteria for colonies with a cell division phenotype. AtCDP1 is exclusively expressed in young green tissues in Arabidopsis. Elongated chloroplasts with multiple division sites were observed in the loss-of-function cdpl mutant. Overexpression of AtCDP1 caused a chloroplast division phenotype too. Protein interaction assays suggested that AtCDP1 may mediate the chloroplast division site positioning through the interaction with ARC3. Overall, our results indicate that AtCDP1 is a novel component of the chloroplast division site positioning system, and the working mechanism of this system is different from that of the traditional MinCDE system in prokaryotic cells. 展开更多

Oxygen evolution reaction(OER),as an important half‐reaction involved in water splitting,has been intensely studied since the last century.Transition metal phosphide and sulfide‐based compounds have attracted increasing attention as active OER catalysts due to their excellent physical and chemical characters,and massive efforts have been devoted to improving the phosphide and sulfide‐based materials with better activity and stability in recent years.In this review,the recent progress on phosphide and sulfide‐based OER electrocatalysts in terms of chemical properties,synthetic methodologies,catalytic performances evaluation and improvement strategy is reviewed.The most accepted reaction pathways as well as the thermodynamics and electrochemistry of the OER are firstly introduced in brief,followed by a summary of the recent research and optimization strategy of phosphide and sulfide‐based OER electrocatalysts.Finally,some mechanistic studies of the active phase of phosphide and sulfide‐based compounds are discussed to give insight into the nature of active catalytic sites.It is expected to indicate guidance for further improving the performances of phosphide and sulfide‐based OER electrocatalysts. 展开更多

The purpose of this study was to analyze and synthesize a concept of caring in nursing professionals. The Ethnographic Delphi Future Research (EDFR) contained two phases: Phase 1: The analysis and synthesis of the concept of caring theory in nursing professionals from the literature, research and interviews. The participants were an expert in education, two nurses, two patients and two members of the patients' families. The research instrument was a semi-structural questionnaire. The data were analyzed by content analysis and categorized; and Phase 2: The selection of the expressions of caring behavior and guidelines for promotion of caring behavior in new nurses. The participants were two experts in education, eight experts in nursing administration and eight experts in nursing practice. The research instruments were three questionnaires. The data from the first Delphi technique were analyzed by the experts' recommendations. The data from the second and third Delphi technique were analyzed by the median and interquartile range of each behavior and consensus. The findings showed the main contents of caring that contained six components as follows: kindness, understanding worth and showing respect, professional relationship, professional competency, professional ethics, and holistic care. The training was a method for promotion of caring behavior. Additionally, in the the first Delphi technique, the experts approved all of the components of caring behavior and the guidelines for promotion of caring behavior as identified in the researchers' concepts. However, the researchers' concepts were developed 54 caring behaviors while the experts' opinion were 50 caring behaviors. In the second and third Delphi technique, all items of caring behaviors get consensus shown by interquartile range not more than 1.5 and the median since 3.5. 展开更多

目的:优化RFID标签防碰撞算法从而提高纺织物资管理效率。方法:针对确定性防碰撞算法存在识别效率不高等问题,设计一种基于位隙分组的动态退避式二进制搜索(BGDRBS)算法。该算法先让标签随机选择各自的位隙,阅读器根据标签返回的位隙值... 目的:优化RFID标签防碰撞算法从而提高纺织物资管理效率。方法:针对确定性防碰撞算法存在识别效率不高等问题,设计一种基于位隙分组的动态退避式二进制搜索(BGDRBS)算法。该算法先让标签随机选择各自的位隙,阅读器根据标签返回的位隙值实现标签分组,在组内识别中,每次查询只发送和返回部分序列号,且无须从头开始。结果:仿真实验表明,与DBS算法和RBS算法相比,当标签数达到100时,BGDRBS算法的数据传输量分别降低了70. 55%、 53. 77%,吞吐率分别提高了239. 41%、 8. 14%。结论BGDRBS算法提高了系统识别效率,且简单易实现,在纺织物资管理中应用前景良好。 展开更多

Accompanying rapid developments in hepatic surgery,the number of surgeries and identifications of histological types of primary hepatic space-occupying lesions (PHSOLs) have increased dramatically.This has led to many changes in the surgicopathological spectrum of PHSOLs,and has contributed to a theoretical basis for modern hepatic surgery and oncological pathology.Between 1982 and 2009 at the Eastern Hepatobiliary Surgery Hospital (EHBH) in Shanghai,31 901 patients underwent surgery and were diagnosed as having a PHSOL.In this paper,we present an analysis of the PHSOL cases at the EHBH for this time period,along with results from a systematic literature review.We describe a surgicopathological spectrum comprising more than 100 types of PHSOLs that can be stratified into three types:tumor-like,benign,and malignant.We also stratified the PHSOLs into six subtypes derived from hepatocytes;cholangiocytes;vascular,lymphoid and hemopoietic tissues;muscular,fibrous and adipose tissues;neural and neuroendocrine tissues;and miscellaneous tissues.The present study provides a new classification system that can be used as a current reference for clinicians and pathologists to make correct diagnoses and differential diagnoses among various PHSOLs. 展开更多
