为了提高三江平原的农田生产力,该文基于EOS/MODIS卫星2000~2005年的MOD17A3数据集,采用空间分析方法,结合数字高程模型(DEM)、道路、河流、居民点等空间数据,对三江平原低产农田的空间分布和影响因素进行了分析。结果表明,阴坡农田低... 为了提高三江平原的农田生产力,该文基于EOS/MODIS卫星2000~2005年的MOD17A3数据集,采用空间分析方法,结合数字高程模型(DEM)、道路、河流、居民点等空间数据,对三江平原低产农田的空间分布和影响因素进行了分析。结果表明,阴坡农田低产率(32.16%) 高于阳坡(25.49%),说明阳坡更有利于农田植被生长。随着海拔的升高,旱田低产率呈现低—高—低的变化趋势,在100~200 m高程带,旱田低产率最高,为39.62%。旱田和水田低产率与距居民点的距离(≤5 km)、距道路的距离(≤3 km)、距河流的距离(≤12 km)呈反比,对应的相关系数分别为-0.979(p<0.01)、-0.999(p<0.05)、-0.935(p<0.05)和-0.980(p<0.01)、-0.998(p<0.05)、-0.923(p<0.05)。研究结果为确保区域农业生产、土地资源合理利用和区域可持续发展提供科学依据。 展开更多

Increasing Production Efficiency through Casting Quality Improving by Electromagnetic Field Applying

The increased production efficiency of heat treatable A1 alloys, as the result of applied electromagnetic field during continuous casting process was investigated. The applied frequency of the electromagnetic field (EMF) during the AI alloys continuous casting was changing from 30 Hz to 50 Hz, while some castings were obtained without the EMF influence. The mechanical characterization of continuous casted AI alloys EN AW 2007 and En AW 2024 was done on testing machine Zwick/Roell Z 100. The microstructure of as-cast samples was examined, as well. When the frequency decreases (from 50 Hz to 30 Hz), the grain size decreases as well, what is noticeable through the finer microstructure and its uniformity throughout the cross-section. These results have shown that low frequency electromagnetic field significantly influenced the microstructure and therefore the mechanical properties of as cast ingots. Thus, through improved castings quality, operation time and energy savings, the production efficiency was increased. 展开更多

The study was carried out in Bida area, Niger State, where the sawah rice production was disseminated by Watershed Initiative in Nigeria (WIN). And in Ajase Ipo of Kwara State, some of the parameters assessed during the study included average speed of operation, average wheel slip/travel reduction, average draught of implement, and fuel consumption. The cost of operation and yield over five years of usage at Niger State and two years in Kwara State was determined and it was therefore concluded that the power tiller is the most appropriate field machinery for tillage operations such as puddling, leveling on lowland rice production in Nigeria. 展开更多

Effect of Long-Term Potassium Fertilization on Crop Yield and Potassium Efficiency and Balance Under Wheat-Maize Rotation in China 被引量:25

Sustainable potassium (K) management at different soil sites requires understanding the relationships between crop productivity and long-term K fertilizations on a regional or national scale. We analyzed responses of grain yield of wheat (Triticum aestivurn L.) and maize (Zea mays L.), K efficiency, and partial balance (difference between K input through fertilizer and K output in the aboveground biomass) during 15- (1990-2005) or 18-year (1990-2008) K fertilizations at five distinctive agroecologicai zones across China. Compared to the inorganic nitrogen (N) and phosphorus (P) fertilization, the inorganic NPK fertilization significantly increased grain yields of wheat (21%) and maize (16% 72%) at Qiyang and Changping, where soils have low exchangeable and non-exchangeable K contents, but not at Uriimqi, Yangling and Zhengzhou, where soils have a high exchangeable and non-exchangeable K and/or low N/K ratio in crop plants. Compared to the inorganic NPK fertilization, the inorganic NPK (30% N) and organic manure (70~~ N) fertilization (NPKM) increased grain yields of wheat (14%-40%) and maize (9%-6170) at four sites, but not at Zhengzhou. For a productivity of wheat at 2-5 t ha-1 or maize at 3-6 t ha 1, 13-26 or 9-17 kg K ha 1 were required to produce 1.0 t wheat or maize. The NP fertilization resulted in the lowest negative partial K balance and accumulated 52 kg K ha-1 year-1 less than the NPK fertilization, which accumulated 28 kg ha 1 year-1 less K than the NPKM fertilization. A re-evaluation of the site-specific fertilization effects on N/K ratio in crop plants and soil K accumulation under current NPK and NPKM t'ertilization is urgently needed to increase both crop yield and K use efficiency at different agroecologicai zones across China. 展开更多

In this paper, the heat transfer performance evaluation of one-stream heat exchangers and one-stream heat exchanger networks is analyzed with the concepts of entropy generation rate, entropy generation number, revised entropy generation number, entropy resistance, entransy dissipation rate, entransy dissipation number and generalized thermal resistance. For the analyzed one-stream heat exchangers, our numerical results show that the extremum value of the entransy dissipation rate and the minimum values of the entropy resistance and the generalized thermal resistance always lead to the largest heat transfer rate or the lowest temperature of the cooled object,while the minimum values of the other parameters do not always. For the analyzed one-stream heat exchanger networks, the minimizations of entransy dissipation rate, entransy dissipation number and generalized thermal resistance always correspond to the lowest average temperature of the cooled objects, while the minimizations of the other parameters do not. Therefore, only the extremum entransy dissipation principle and the minimum generalized thermal resistance principle are always applicable for the heat transfer performance evaluation of the systems in this paper, while the applicability of the other parameters is conditional. 展开更多

By optimizing the diffusion temperature and time,four groups of samples with different sheet resistances are achieved.The front screen printing pattern and firing temperature are fine-tuned according to the needs.The performance of the low-and-plateau-temperature doping recipe(as recipe A)is better than that of the low-and-multiple-temperature doping recipe(as recipe B).And the 19.24%efficiency of volume production of monocrystalline solar cells with 238.95 mm2 and 80?/sq sheet resistance is obtained in the traditional process line.0.48%more efficiency is achieved than 60?/sq due to the reduction of the phosphorus surface doping and shallow junction by the low-and-plateau-temperature diffusion recipe.The module test shows that by using two drive-in zones,not only do we have a higher efficiency,but also have a stabler and lower power loss in encapsulation manufacture.It is showed that power of a large improvement will be gotten by statistical analysis and PC1D simulation. 展开更多
