非保温保压采集深海天然气水合物原位样品的外观与保存状况研究 被引量:1

因为取样时未使用保温保压工具,所以通常情况下采集到的天然气水合物样品在被放入液氮罐冷藏之前,必定已经发生了部分分解;具有代表性意义的ODP 204航次取得的样品85%分解了,且转变成六方晶体冰。因此,分析描述天然气水合物分解的状况... 因为取样时未使用保温保压工具,所以通常情况下采集到的天然气水合物样品在被放入液氮罐冷藏之前,必定已经发生了部分分解;具有代表性意义的ODP 204航次取得的样品85%分解了,且转变成六方晶体冰。因此,分析描述天然气水合物分解的状况、外观和特征十分必要。综述了利用可确定天然气水合物中冰、水合物和其他矿物相对数量以阐明其保存程度的同步加速X光衍射(XRD)技术和可在低至几十纳米分辨率条件下对样品进行详细观测的低温扫描电镜技术进行非保真采取水合物样品外观和保存状况研究的概况,包括Ⅰ型结构水合物及孔隙横截面均为六边形和亚微米级孔隙区域到密集孔隙区域特征等成果,指出取心时水合物分解耗热,是吸热反应并导致分解释放水同步冻结;同时气体膨胀和气体脱溶也形成冰;这类样品中天然气水合物周围小区域内温度很低并在局部成冰,水合物实现自我保存,这一特性允许天然气水合物在稳定正常的温压条件以外存在一段时间,对于天然气水合物商业储运具有重要意义,但是,多数情况下水合物还是分解了。在"水合物海脊",样品含天然气水合物量仅少数超过15%,极少数达到70%,只有在原位状态为大块状的天然气水合物中,才可以用肉眼观察到高含量的天然气水合物组分。 展开更多

The effects of low temperature thermo-mechanical treatment (LTTMT) on microstructures and mechanical properties of Ti-6Al-4V (TC4) alloy were studied by optical microscopy (OM), tensile test, scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM). The experimental results confirm that the strength of TC4 alloy can be improved obviously by LTTMT processing, which combines strain strengthening with aging strengthening. The effect of LTTMT on the alloy depends on the microstructure of the refined and dispersed a+fl phase on the basis of high dislocation density by pre-deformation below recrystallization temperature. The tensile strength decreases with the increase of pre-deformation reduction. The optimal processing parameters of LTTMT for TC4 alloy are as follows: solution treatment at 900 ℃ for 15 min, pre-deformation in the range of 600-700 ℃ with a reduction of 35%, finally aging at 540 ℃ for 4 h followed by air-cooling. 展开更多

The influences of BaCu(B2O5) (BCB) addition on sintering, microstructure and microwave dielectric properties of Li2MgTi308 ceramics were investigated using X-ray diffractometry, scanning electron microscopy and microwave dielectric measurements. The experimental results show that a small amount of BaCu(B2O5) addition can effectively reduce the sintering temperature to 900℃, and induce only a limited degradation of the microwave dielectric properties. Typically, the best microwave dielectric properties of er24.5, Q×f =24 622 GHz, rf=4.2×10-6℃ -1 are obtained for 1.0% BCB-doped Li2MgTi3O8 ceramics sintered at 900℃ for 3 h. The BCB-doped Li2MgTi3O8 ceramics can be compatible with Ag electrode, which may be a strong candidate for low temperature co-fired ceramics applications. 展开更多

Al-doped ZnO (ZAO) films were successfully deposited on the surface of common glasses by using low-temperature hydrothermal approach. In the reaction solution, the molar ratio of Al3+ to Zn2+ was 1∶100, the annealing temperature and time were 200 ℃ and 2-6 h, respectively. The structure of the thin films was identified by X-ray diffraction (XRD), the surface morphology and thickness of the thin films were observed by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), and the electrical performance of the thin films was measured by four-point probes. It was shown that the films with an average particle size of 27.53 nm had a preferential orientation along (002), Al3+ had replaced the position of Zn2+ in the lattice without forming the Al2O3 phase and its thickness was 20-25 μm. With the increased annealing time, the intensity of diffraction peaks was decreased, the film exhibited irregular surface morphology gradually, and the resistivity of ZAO films was increased. The lowest resistivity obtained in this study was 3.45×10-5Ω·cm. 展开更多

In order to investigate the effects of strain rate and temperature on the microstructure and texture evolution during warm deformation of wrought Mg alloy,AZ31 extruded rods were cut into cylinder samples with the dimension of d8 mm×12 mm.The samples were compressed using a Gleeble 1500D thermo-mechanical simulation machine at various strain rates(0.001,0.01,0.1,1 and 5 s- 1)and various temperatures(300,350,400 and 450℃).The microstructure and texture of the compressed samples at the same strain under different deformation conditions were studied and compared by electron backscatter diffraction(EBSD)in scanning electron microscope(SEM).The results show that the size of recrystallized grains in the deformed samples generally increases with the decrease of strain rate and the increase of temperature.After 50%reduction,most basal planes are aligned perpendicular to the compression direction at relatively high strain rate(>0.01 s- 1)or low temperature(<350℃).The optimized strain rate is 0.1 s- 1for uniaxial compression at 300℃,which produces about 80%of small grains(<5μm). 展开更多

Photocatalytic activity of doped polyaniline nanopowders with different molar ratio of An/O (aniline^oxidizer) has been studied in the process of photocatalytic decolorization of aqueous solutions of methylene blue. By means of scanning electron microscopy and low-temperature N2 adsorption method, it was found that doped PANI (polyaniline) nanopowders have the particles size of 30-50 nm with the specific surface area of 20-35 m2.g"~. It was found that PANI photocatalytic activity essentially depends on molar ratio of An/O and adsorption interactions between the dye molecules and catalytic active centers on PANI surface and these interactions are greatly affected by pH of the solution 9.2. An optimum of the synergetic effect is found for an initial molar ratio of aniline to oxidizer equal to 0.8. 展开更多

The BiOCI thin film with flower-like sphere structure was prepared at a low temperature by the alcoholysis-coating method using BiC13 as precursor. The obtained thin film was characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), electronic energy spectrum (EDS) and ultraviolet-visible diffuse reflectance spectroscopy (UV-vis DRS). And the re- suits showed that the obtained BiOC1 film without calcination was composed of flower-like sphere structure with tetragonal phase and had a good absorption for ultraviolet. The photocatalytic activity of BiOC1 thin film was also evaluated by the deg- radation of methyl orange in water under UV light irradiation. The degradation experimental results confirmed that the film prepared at low temperature possessed a high photocatalytic activity and could achieve 97% degradation to 10 mg/L methyl orange solution after 150 min UV light irradiation. The stability of the obtained BLOC1 thin film was also good and its photo- catalytic activity still remained an above 94% removal of methyl orange after being used four times. In addition, a possible formation mechanism of BiOCI thin film was also inferred and the results suggested that the ethylene glycol solvent may con- tribute to the forming flower-like sphere structure. 展开更多
