为了减少原图像特征空间中高维数据的冗余,解决细粒度数据分布在特征空间中无法线性可分的问题,提出一种结合视觉特征低维嵌入和非线性映射的细粒度图像分类算法.首先将视觉特征嵌入到低维空间来减少冗余数据对分类造成的干扰,提高分类... 为了减少原图像特征空间中高维数据的冗余,解决细粒度数据分布在特征空间中无法线性可分的问题,提出一种结合视觉特征低维嵌入和非线性映射的细粒度图像分类算法.首先将视觉特征嵌入到低维空间来减少冗余数据对分类造成的干扰,提高分类模型对测试数据的泛化能力;然后通过基于排序的目标函数来训练多个线性分类器,建立类别和低维视觉嵌入之间的非线性关系,有效地区分不同类别的细粒度样本之间的细微差异.实验结果表明,该算法有效地改进了现有的细粒度图像分类方法,显著提高对未知测试样本的分类精度. 展开更多

目的:汉化并修订极低视力视觉功能观察评估量表(FLORA)。方法:分两步对FLORA进行汉化。第一步将FLORA翻译成中文,再回译成英文,通过对比原文和译文的一致性,修订和讨论译文的合理性,形成FLORA—C1;第二步组织低视力康复领域专... 目的:汉化并修订极低视力视觉功能观察评估量表(FLORA)。方法:分两步对FLORA进行汉化。第一步将FLORA翻译成中文,再回译成英文,通过对比原文和译文的一致性,修订和讨论译文的合理性,形成FLORA—C1;第二步组织低视力康复领域专家根据中国国情,对FLORA—C1进行多次讨论修订,形成FLORA.C2。结果:专家对低视力康复领域熟悉,权威系数为0.86,并熟悉人工视网膜领域的相关研究进展。经过翻译.修订后,形成的FLORA.C2由患者基本信息、填表说明、评估量表主体3个模块构成。评估量表主体又分为患者的自我评估、康复医师的观察评估及汇总报告3部分。自我评估部分由12个开放式问题组成;观察评估部分包括定向、行走、日常生活、人际交往4方面的能力,共43个评估条目;汇总报告为康复专家针对前两部分的结果进行总结。结论:FLORA—C2可用于评估人工视网膜系统在不同状态下对中国患者视觉功能及生活质量的影响,并为其他极低视力治疗的方法提供评估参考。 展开更多

The switching arc that occurs in contact gap when contact of low voltage apparatus closes or breaks in electric circuit is harmful to the contacts, insulation, and reliability of electrical gear because of its very high temperature. As arcing time is very short in switching gear, it is very difficult to observe arc phenomena directly for researchers. Therefore, visualization of switching arc is important for understanding arc phenomena, to analyze the arc features, and to improve the design and reliability of switching gear. Based on analyzing the visualization methods proposed by researchers, a new switching arc capturing approach is introduced in this paper. Arc image acquisition, and image processing techniques were studied. A switching arc image acquisition and visual simulation software based on high speed CCD camera hard ware system was designed and implemented to yield en- hanced arc image with good visual effect. 展开更多

An image fusion method combining complex contourlet transform(CCT) with nonnegative matrix factorization(NMF) is proposed in this paper.After two images are decomposed by CCT,NMF is applied to their highand low-frequency components,respectively,and finally an image is synthesized.Subjective-visual-quality of the image fusion result is compared with those of the image fusion methods based on NMF and the combination of wavelet /contourlet /nonsubsampled contourlet with NMF.The experimental results are evaluated quantitatively,and the running time is also contrasted.It is shown that the proposed image fusion method can gain larger information entropy,standard deviation and mean gradient,which means that it can better integrate featured information from all source images,avoid background noise and promote space clearness in the fusion image effectively. 展开更多

We present a method for detecting oil spills in a complex scene of SAR imagery,including segmenting oil spills,and avoiding false alarms.Segmentation is carried out using a multi-time and multi-hierarchical method by dividing the complex sea surface into bright sea and dark sea.Gray-based and edge-based segmentations are done to extract oil spills from bright and dark sea,respectively.The proposed method can extract complete oil spills,obtain better visual results,and increase detection probability more accurately than the traditional method.Based on the surrounding features and the oil spills’features,dark land spots and low contrast dark spots are removed efficiently,thus reducing false alarms.The experimental results demonstrate that the proposed algorithm has fast computation speed,high detection accuracy,and is very useful and effective for detecting oil spills in SAR imagery. 展开更多
