急性低频区感音神经性听力损失的临床特征分析

目的:探讨急性低频区感音神经性听力损失的临床特征。方法:回顾性分析天津市静海区医院2019年1月~2020年10月收治的200例(210耳)急性低频区感音神经性听力损失患者的临床资料,进行纯音测听(PTT)、听性脑干反应测试、声导抗测试,分析急... 目的:探讨急性低频区感音神经性听力损失的临床特征。方法:回顾性分析天津市静海区医院2019年1月~2020年10月收治的200例(210耳)急性低频区感音神经性听力损失患者的临床资料,进行纯音测听(PTT)、听性脑干反应测试、声导抗测试,分析急性低频区感音神经性听力损失患者的临床特征。结果:发病患者中20~45岁患者占77.50%(155/200);男性患者占40.00%(80/200),女性患者占60.00%(120/200);患者主诉以听力下降、闷胀感及耳部堵塞为主,三者出现的频率分别为90.00%(180/200)、72.50%(145/200)、80.00%(160/200),190例(192耳)患耳PTT图呈低频听阈升高为特征的上坡型图,10例(18耳)合并高频陈旧性听力损伤,患耳PTT图呈非典型上坡型图。患者患耳三个低频频率均高于健耳相应频率,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),患耳三个高频的纯音听阈值与健耳相应频率,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),不同就诊时间患者的痊愈率和有效率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),发病21 d后患者的治愈率和有效率显著降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。患耳治疗后的三个低频纯音听阈值均低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗前后高频区纯音听阈值,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:急性低频区感音神经性听力损失患者多见于中青年,女性发病率较高,主要表现为听力下降、闷胀感及耳部堵塞,发病3 w内就诊者疗效较好,该疾病有自愈倾向,但有复发可能,应加强追踪随访。 展开更多

Few seismic exploration work was carried out in Tibetan Plateau due to the characteristics of alpine hypoxia and harsh environmental protection needs.Complex near surface geological conditions,especially the signal shielding and static correction of permafrost make the quality of seismic data is not ideal,the signal to noise ratio(SNR)is low,and deep target horizon imaging is difficult.These data cannot provide high quality information for oil and gas geological survey and structural sedimentary research in the area.To solve the issue of seismic exploration in Tibetan Plateau,this test used low frequency vibroseis wide-line and high-density acquisition scheme.In view of the actual situation of the study area,the terrain,the source and the diff erent observation system were simulated,and the processing technique was adopted to improve the quality of seismic data.Low-frequency components with a minimum of 1.5Hz of vibroseis ensure the deep geological target imaging quality in the area,the seismic profi le wave group is clear,and the SNR is relatively high,which can meet the needs of oil and gas exploration.Seismic data can provide the support for the development of oil and gas survey in the Tibet plateau. 展开更多

With NCEP/NCAR reanalysis daily data and SST for 1998, the paper investigates the features of summer monsoon low-frequency oscillation (LFO) over the South China Sea (SCS). Results show that SCS summer monsoon onset is enhanced because of its LFO. Low-frequency (LF) low-level convergence (divergence) region of SCS is in the LF positive (negative) rainfall area. LFO of the SCS region migrates from south to north in the meridian and from west to east in zonal direction. LF divergence of SCS is vertically compensating to each other between high and low level. 展开更多

Using NCEP/NCAR R2 reanalysis daily data and daily meteorologicalobservational data of southwest China in 2010, this paper studied the submonthlytimescale oscillation characteristics of the East Asian winter monsoon (EAWM) and itseffect on the temperature of southwest China in 2010 by bandpass filtering, wavelettransformation, composite analysis and correlation analysis. The main conclusions areas follows: The EAWM in 2010 was dominated by low-frequency oscillations of about 7-,12-, and 30-day periods. There existed obviously negative correlation between theEAWM and the winter temperature in southwest China on submonthly, quasi-weeklyand quasi-biweekly timescales, and negative correlation was more obvious on thequasi-biweekly than the quasi-weekly timescale. There was significant difference in thedistribution of high, middle and low layer of the troposphere when the EAWM was onthe submonthly, quasi-one-week and quasi-two-week timescales in the positive andnegative phase. In the positive EAWM phase, the upper-level subtropical westerly jet isstronger and the East Asia trough is deeper, thus it is favorable for the dominance ofmore powerful north wind and lower temperature in southwest China. On the contrary,in the negative EAWM phase, the upper-level subtropical westerly jet is weaker and theEast Asia trough is shallower, thus unfavorable for the north wind and lowertemperature in southwest China. 展开更多

When we carry out lower hybrid wave heating and current driving plasma experiment at tokamak, we need mega-watt order of microwave power. The microwave signal at frequency of 2450 MHz is generated by a microwave exciter. According to the experiment's demands, the microwave exciter must provide output power of 1.5~ 2. 5 W with stabilized frequency and amplitude tobe used as the klystron input. Being amplified by the klystron, the microwave signal is transmitted through the transmitting system to the antenna and is emitted into the HL-2A tokamak. So we can see that the microwave exciter's function is very important to the lower hybrid wave heating and current driving plasma experiment. 展开更多
