目的:分析护理干预对2型糖尿病患者的可行性。方法:选取顺德区龙江社区病程在1年以上的依从性不佳的老年糖尿病患者150例,按照双盲随机数字表法将150例患者随机分为两组,分为对照组和管理组。其中对照组患者实施常规管理。管理组患者实... 目的:分析护理干预对2型糖尿病患者的可行性。方法:选取顺德区龙江社区病程在1年以上的依从性不佳的老年糖尿病患者150例,按照双盲随机数字表法将150例患者随机分为两组,分为对照组和管理组。其中对照组患者实施常规管理。管理组患者实施医院—社区健康服务中心—家庭一体化管理模式。两组均进行为期1年的干预。观察2年后两组患者:生命质量的变化、空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后2 h血糖(2 h PBG)和糖化血红蛋白(Hb A1c)的变化、发病次数、住院次数、住院天数、医疗费用、生活饮食习惯、自我血糖监测、遵医嘱用药行为、运动行为依从性。结果:管理组患者发病次数、住院次数、住院天数、医疗费用明显少于对照组,组间经t检验有显著的统计学差异(P<0.05)。管理组干预后生命质量、FBG、2 h PBG和Hb A1c明显优于对照组,组间经t检验有显著的统计学差异(P<0.05)。管理组生活饮食习惯、自我血糖监测、遵医嘱用药行为、运动行为依从性明显高于对照组,组间经x2检验有显著的统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:医院—社区—家庭一体化管理模式对糖尿病患者的应用价值高,可有效提升患者遵医行为,有助于控制患者发病率,减少住院率,减轻医疗负担,还有助于改善患者血糖水平,提升其生命质量,值得推广。 展开更多

目的探讨无缝衔接一体化急救护理新模式在严重创伤患者救治中的应用价值.方法:将符合标准的162 例严重创伤患者随机分成观察组(93 例)和对照组(69 例),对照组实施传统急救护理模式进行救治,观察组实施一体化创伤急救模式.比较2 组... 目的探讨无缝衔接一体化急救护理新模式在严重创伤患者救治中的应用价值.方法:将符合标准的162 例严重创伤患者随机分成观察组(93 例)和对照组(69 例),对照组实施传统急救护理模式进行救治,观察组实施一体化创伤急救模式.比较2 组抢救成功率、有效抢救时间以及并发症发生率.结果:观察组患者有效救治时间为42.9±21.1min,显著短于对照组的74.3±19.8min(P〈0.05);各分项指标比较,观察组急诊抢救时间、辅助检查时间、多科会诊时间以及急诊到手术室时间亦均显著短于对照组(P〈0.05);观察组患者抢救成功率为93.55%,显著高于对照组的78.26%,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);观察组ARDS、MODS 以及SUB 发生率均显著低于对照组(P〈0.05),而护理质量的满意度显著高于对照组(P〈0.05).结论:一体化创伤急救模式应用于外科严重创伤患者中能促进抢救工作顺利进行,提高抢救成功率,值得在临床上大力推广使用. 展开更多

目的探讨一体化护理模式对卵巢癌患者的生活质量以及心理状态的影响。方法选取收治的卵巢癌患者180例,随机分为对照组和研究组,每组90例。对照组患者给予常规护理;研究组患者在常规护理的基础上实施一体化护理模式,包括早期干预护... 目的探讨一体化护理模式对卵巢癌患者的生活质量以及心理状态的影响。方法选取收治的卵巢癌患者180例,随机分为对照组和研究组,每组90例。对照组患者给予常规护理;研究组患者在常规护理的基础上实施一体化护理模式,包括早期干预护理、常规护理、心理护理、用药安全护理、宣传教育护理、院外护理。应用世界卫生组织制定的患者生存质量中文简表对护理前后患者生存质量进行评定,应用SAS焦虑量表评价护理前后患者的心理状况。结果护理于预后研究组的生存质量各项指标显著高于对照组(P〈0.05);患者焦虑评分显著低于对照组(P〈0.05),且显著低于干预前(P〈0.05)。结论以安全护理、心理护理为核心的院内、院外一体化护理模式对于卵巢癌患者的治疗后康复情况有显著的正面效果,有利于卵巢癌患者生存质量的提高,有助于患者在治疗后心理状态的快速调整。 展开更多

We presented an integrated model of these two methods to increase the ... Axiomatic design (AD) and theory of inventive problem solving (TRIZ) are widely used in conceptual design. Both of them have limitations, however. We presented an integrated model of these two methods to increase the efficiency and quality of the problem solving process for conceptual design. AD is used for systematically defining and structuring a problem into a hierarchy. Sometimes, the design matrix is coupled in AD which indicates the functional requirements are coupled. TRIZ separation principles can be used to separate non-independent design parameters, which provide innovative solutions at each hierarchical level. We applied the integrated model to the heating and drying equipment of bitumen reproduction device. The result verifies that the integrated model can work very well in conceptual design. 展开更多

Although the annual global sea-air CO2 flux has been estimated extensively with various wind-dependent-k parameterizations,uncertainty still exists in the estimates. The sea-state-dependent-k parameterization is expected to improve the uncertainty existing in these estimates. In the present study,the annual global sea-air CO2 flux is estimated with the sea-state-dependent-k parameterization proposed by Woolf(2005) ,using NOAA/NCEP reanalysis wind speed and hindcast wave data from 1998 to 2006,and a new estimate,-2.18 Gt C year-1,is obtained,which is comparable with previous estimates with biochemical methods. It is interesting to note that the averaged value of previous estimates with various wind-dependent-k parameterizations is almost identical to that of previous estimates with biochemical methods by various authors,and that the new estimate is quite consistent with these averaged estimates. 展开更多

It is based onHigbie's penetration theory and Kolmogoroff's theory of isotropic turbulence withwhere ε1 is local rate of energy dissipation, Af is the local microscale, η1 is the local Kolmogoroff scale and D is the diffusion coefficient. The capability of the proposed model is discussed in the light of experimental data obtained from 12 L gas-liquid-solid three-phase flow airlift loop reactor using Newtonian and non-Newtonian fluids. Good agreement with the experimental data was obtained over a wide range of conditions suggesting a general applicability of the proposed model. 展开更多

Evaporating bubble column reactor (EBCR) is a kind of aerated reactor in which the reaction heat is removed by the evaporation of volatile reaction mixture. In this paper, a mathematical model that accounts for the gas-liquid exothermic reaction and axial dispersions of both gas and liquid phase is employed to study the performance of EBCR for the process of p-xylene(PX) oxidation. The computational results show that there are remarkable concentration and temperature gradients in EBCR for high ratio of height to diameter (H/DT). The temperature is lower at the bottom of column and higher at the top, due to rapid evaporation induced by the feed gas near the bottom. The concentration profiles in the gas phase are more nonuniform than those (except PX) in the liquid phase, which causes more solvent burning consumption at high H/DT ratio. For p-xylene oxidation, theo ptimal H/DT is around 5. 展开更多

Our theoretical predictions for various quantities characterized the QCD vacuum are in agreement with those predicted by many other phenomenologieal QCD inspired models. The successful predictions clearly indicate the extensive validity of our parameterized quark propagator used here. A detailed discussion on the arbitrariness in determining the integration cut-off parameter ofμ in calculating QCD vacuum condensates and a good method, which avoided the dependence of calculating results on the cut-off parameter is also strongly recommended to readers. 展开更多

Comprising of mainly servo-controller and servo-amplifiers, this EISC is capable of controlling a wide range of servomotors to perform complieated tasks. Hence, integration of this EISC with a servomotor forms an intelligent modular actuator (IMA) that is essential to modern manufacturing industries. The development of such an EISC involves two major tasks: first, designing the hardware of a compact-sized and highly compatible EISC, and second, developing the software functions to facilitate its functionalities and capahilities. The developed EISC hence forms an integrated-servo-eontrol module, which determines the capability, functionality, flexibility and responsiveness of these IMAs. 展开更多

The influence of the picosecond(ps) pulsed burst with a nanosecond scale of temporal separation(50 ns) on filamentary traces in sapphire substrate is investigated. The spatiotemporal evolution of the filamentary plasma string induced by sub-pulses of the burst-mode is revealed according to the analysis of the instantaneous photoluminescence images. Due to the presence of residual plasma, the energy loss of sub-pulse during the balancing of self-focusing effect is reduced, and thus refreshes the plasma via refocusing. The refreshed plasma peak generated by the subsequent subpulse appears at relatively low density positions in the formed filamentary plasma string, which results in more uniform densities and less spatial overlap among the plasma peaks. The continuity and uniformity of the filamentary trace in sapphire are enhanced by the burst-mode. Besides, the burst filamentary propagation can also remain effective when the sub-pulse energy is below the self-focusing threshold. Based on this uniform and precise energy propagation mode, the feasibility of its use for the laser lift-off(LLO) process is verified. 展开更多

The interfacial evaporative heat transfer was included in the semi-empirical study of the heat transfer for the falling liquid film flow. The investigations showed that, the inclusion of the interfacial eveiporative heat transfer in the turbulent model would lower the predicted convective heat transfer coefficient. Predictions of the new model resulted in a prominent deviation from that predictions of the normal model in the case of large mass flow rate and low wall heat flux. This deviation will be decreased with increasing wall heat flux, such that it will be asymptotic zero at very high wall heat flux. Predictions of the new model agreed well with the current experimental measurements. This study has verified that the Reynolds number is not the sole crucial parameter for heat transfer of falling liquid film flow, and wall heat flux will be another important independent parameter. This result is consistent with our previous studies. 展开更多
