不同假体设计与安装参数对全髋术后关节活动度的影响

目的研究全髋关节假体安装参数、不同头颈直径比和颈干角对假体撞击和髋关节活动范围的影响,分析髋臼杯位相安全范围及杯颈前倾角优化组合。方法建立人工全髋关节三维可视化计算机模型,将同时满足髋关节屈曲≥110°、屈曲90°... 目的研究全髋关节假体安装参数、不同头颈直径比和颈干角对假体撞击和髋关节活动范围的影响,分析髋臼杯位相安全范围及杯颈前倾角优化组合。方法建立人工全髋关节三维可视化计算机模型,将同时满足髋关节屈曲≥110°、屈曲90°内旋≥30°、后伸≥30°、外旋≥40°定义为日常生活活动范围普通标准,而将屈曲≥120°、屈曲90°内旋≥45°、后伸≥30°、外旋≥40°定义为严格标准,头颈比变化范围为2.00~2.92,股骨假体前倾角变化范围为0°~30°,髋臼假体外展角变化范围为10°~60°,髋臼前倾角变化范围为0°~70°,颈干角设定为130°和135°;计算满足上述两种活动范围,臼杯外展角每变化5°,相应的髋臼假体前倾角安装参数,并对数据进行分析。结果头颈比>2.37时,安全范围面积增大明显;严格标准条件下的安全范围比普通标准的小。颈干角130°,普通标准和严格标准活动度下,髋臼杯前倾角(Y)与股骨假体前倾角(X)的关系分别为Y1=-0.8164X1+41.914,Y2=-0.8028X2+47.094;允许的最小髋臼外展角(IAmin)和头颈比(HNR)的关系分别为IAmin'1=168.13HNR1-2.504,IAmin'2=213.79HNR2-2.272;当颈干角从135°移向130°,杯安全范围移向杯前倾角较小的区域,面积也有所减小。结论髋臼杯位相安全范围随着头颈比增大而增大;头颈比>2.37是比较合适的。髋关节活动范围要求越高,臼杯位相安全范围就越小,但可以通过增大头颈比来纠正。允许的最小髋臼外展角随着头颈比增大而变小;杯前倾角与股骨前倾角呈负相关。颈前倾角的增大和颈干角的变小均使得杯安全范围移向杯前倾角较小的区域,杯外展角随着颈干角增大而变小。 展开更多

在筒体粪污发酵装置发酵过程中筒体是容纳粪污在其内部发酵的零部件,筒体的性能影响着粪污发酵结果的好坏。本文所设计的筒体用于卧式筒体发酵装置,卧式筒体发酵装置中筒体如果设计的不合理的话会导致筒体因其内部粪污所产生的压力作用... 在筒体粪污发酵装置发酵过程中筒体是容纳粪污在其内部发酵的零部件,筒体的性能影响着粪污发酵结果的好坏。本文所设计的筒体用于卧式筒体发酵装置,卧式筒体发酵装置中筒体如果设计的不合理的话会导致筒体因其内部粪污所产生的压力作用下发生变形现象,进而导致发酵过程不能正常进行,严重影响发酵效率,影响发酵质量。为解决该问题,采用Solidworks2016软件设计筒体结构并运用该软件的Simulation模块对所设计筒体在其内部装有静止粪污的状态下的力学性能进行分析。分析筒体内部在装有静止粪污的状态下各处的应力情况和变形位移情况。结果表明本文所设计的筒体在内部装有静止粪污的状态下的应力和变形位移均符合要求。 展开更多

目前膏体定义不够清晰,影响到膏体充填技术的发展,有必要控讨简单实用的膏体新定义。借鉴土力学中饱和度以及流态化混凝土中泌水率这两个概念,提出了以集料饱和率与泌水率为主要指标的膏体定义体系。通过理论分析计算,浆体饱和率在101.5... 目前膏体定义不够清晰,影响到膏体充填技术的发展,有必要控讨简单实用的膏体新定义。借鉴土力学中饱和度以及流态化混凝土中泌水率这两个概念,提出了以集料饱和率与泌水率为主要指标的膏体定义体系。通过理论分析计算,浆体饱和率在101.5%~105.3%之间,泌水率在1.5%~5%之间,即构成合格的膏体。对会泽膏体物料进行实测分析,当膏体质量分数范围在80.5%~81.4%时,饱和率计算值为101.5%~105.3%,现场泌水率监测值为3.1%~4.2%。膏体新定义能够完全定量化,简化了膏体检验方法,具有较高的可靠性。 展开更多

Objective: To inhibit specifically survivin expression and block its function in leukemia cells, an antisense RNA expression plasmid for survivin was constructed and transfected into a leukemia cell line.Methods: A cDNA fragment of survivin obtained by RT-PCR was inserted into a plasmid vector named pcDNA3 in the reverse direction. Antisense RNA of survivin was confirmed by restriction enzyme digestion and DNA sequencing. The recombinant plasmid was transfected into the cell line HL-60 by electroporation. The effect of survivin antisense RNA on survivin mRNA expression in transfected cells was examined by RT-PCR.Results: The correct construction of the recombinant plasmid has been shown by restriction enzyme digestion and DNA sequencing. As compared to controls, the level of survivin mRNA expression in transfected cells decreased significantly.Conclusion: An antisense RNA vector for survivin has been successfully constructed and may be useful as a specific inhibitor in leukemia cells. Thus, antisense therapy on the basis of survivin can be further explored in leukemia. In this article, author evaluated past/present perspectives about philosophy and branches of philosophy due to historical period, religious perspective, and due to their organized categories/branches or areas. Some types of interactions between some disciplines are given as an example. The purpose of this article is, to solve problems related with philosophy and past branches of philosophy, to define new philosophy perspective in the new system, to define new questions and questioning about philosophy or branches of philosophy, to define new or re-constructed branches of philosophy, to define the relations between the philosophy branches, to define good and/or correct structure of philosophy and branches of philosophy, to extend the definition/limits of philosophy, others. Author considered R-Synthesis as a method for the evaluation of the philosophy and related past branches of philosophy. This R-Synthesis includes general/specific perspective with eight categories, 21-dimensions, and twelve general subjects (with related scope and contents) for the past 12,000 years. It is a kind of synthesis of supernaturalism and naturalism, physics and metaphysics, others. In this article, author expressed 27 possible definitive/certain result cases of the new synthesis and defined the possible formation stages to express new theories, new disciplines, theory of interaction, theory of relation, hybrid theory, and others as constructional and/or complementary theories. These theories are considered for 21 major effective disciplines which are defined for a country and for the world. New philosophy perspective, branches of philosophy, and aims/purposes of R-Philosophy are defined to organize many inquiries about the name, number, and relation between special subject "X" and "philosophy of X" in some manner. This new perspective includes necessary and sufficient number of philosophy branches, and so it limits the number of "philosophy of X" in the philosophical system. New Era Philosophy is defined with its sub branches, its constructional philosophies, and with its 8D hybrid philosophy perspective. Ideal Philosophical System is defined with general/specific figure. Some of the new and/or re-constructed branches of philosophy explained with the new defined set of questions, new sub branches and constructional philosophies. Integration of the past/present branches of philosophy into the ideal philosophical system is explained generally. Creation of the universe was a leap from absolute entropy to substance and the vital world. According to our hypothesis, the goal of creating the universe and humans was to create enjoyment and pleasure by depressing the level of entropy. Current definitions do not adequately express the nature and origin of happiness or suffering, nor do they suggest how to treat, relieve, and prevent the torment of a healthy or sick individual. Our team developed and proposed the entropy theory as a new definition for human happiness and suffering. Entropy is a lack of order or a state of chaos. Human happiness may be defined as the complex of positive sensations, perceptions, emotions, or thoughts. These arise due to the depressed level of entropy of the individual's organism, empathy for others, or germane surroundings in the past, present, or in the future. Human suffering is the complex of negative sensations, perceptions, emotions, or thoughts that arise due to an increased level of entropy of a person's organism, empathy for others, or germane surroundings in the past, present, or future. A source of happiness and pleasure denotes depression of entropy in humans. Therefore, in order to treat suffering, one should ensure that the entropy level is reduced by complementing it with that which is missing. 展开更多

Also, the need for diversified services and flexible extensions of network security asks for more considerations and contribu?tions from the perspective of software engineering in the process of designing and constructing security systems. Based on the essence of the virtualization technique and the idea of software-defined networks, we in this paper propose a novel software-defi ned security architecture for systems. By abstracting the traditional security facilities and techniques, the proposed security architecture provides a new, simple, effective, and programmable framework in which security operations and security controls can be decoupled, and thereby reduces the software module sizes, decreases the intensity of software deve?lopments, and improves the security extensibility of systems. 展开更多

These both invariant forms had important roles in the development of theoretical and practical applications of hydro-aerodynamics and related industries. The third invariant form of hydrodynamic equations is one for the dimensions of spaces. For this goal, the hyper quantities (space and physics) are introduced. Then these are created we can easily cover all problems in arbitrary dimensions (3D, 2D, 1D, separate space for liquids or constituent matters). In particularly, when they are applied to water hammer problem, which is an especially problem, we can receive immediately celerity and pressure of the event. 展开更多
