基于体征半定量指标评价的利血平致脾气虚大鼠模型的研究 被引量:9

目的基于体征半定量评价标准,构建适用于利血平致脾气虚大鼠模型生理病理及药理研究的评价方法。方法以外观体征(眼神、毛色、大便和形体神)作为脾气虚造模大鼠半定量评价指标并制订其评分标准形成外观体征评分(R);以利血平(0.6、0.8 mg... 目的基于体征半定量评价标准,构建适用于利血平致脾气虚大鼠模型生理病理及药理研究的评价方法。方法以外观体征(眼神、毛色、大便和形体神)作为脾气虚造模大鼠半定量评价指标并制订其评分标准形成外观体征评分(R);以利血平(0.6、0.8 mg·kg^(-1))皮下注射致脾气虚大鼠模型评价该方法的可行性:54只SD雄性大鼠随机分为正常对照组12只,利血平0.8 mg·kg^(-1)组22只,利血平0.6 mg·kg^(-1)组20只;测定大鼠每日外观体征评分(R)、体质量、摄食量及饮水量;测定大鼠造模前及造模5 d、9 d、25 d、32 d、39 d肛温;分别于利血平注射结束和自愈观察结束后,苏木精-伊红(HE)染色法观察各组大鼠腮腺组织学形态改变。通过观察利血平2个剂量组R≥8和R≤1时大鼠脾气虚模型相关指标(体质量、摄食量、饮水量、肛温、腮腺病理)的变化以反映脾气虚大鼠造模成功及自愈情况。结果利血平0.8 mg·kg^(-1)组注射9 d或利血平0.6 mg·kg^(-1)组注射11 d,造模大鼠可达到R≥8分,与脾气虚模型评判密切相关的宏观指标(体质量、摄食量、饮水量、肛温)明显下降,腮腺组织切片也可见明显病理改变;造模结束到大鼠自愈恢复使评分降至R≤1分时,利血平0.8 mg·kg^(-1)组需时33 d[总周期(9+33)d]、利血平0.6 mg·kg^(-1)组需时31 d[总周期(11+31)d],此时宏观指标及腮腺组织形态学改变接近正常对照组;Pearson相关分析显示,大鼠外观体征评分与利血平造模组体质量(0.8 mg·kg^(-1)组,r=-0.793,P <0.01;0.6 mg·kg^(-1)组,r=-0.823,P <0.01)、肛温(0.8 mg·kg^(-1)组,r=-0.324,P <0.05;0.6 mg·kg^(-1)组,r=-0.749,P <0.01)呈负相关。结论外观体征半定量评分标准能较准确、客观、半定量地评价利血平致脾气虚大鼠的造模结果及自身恢复情况,可根据需要选择合适的利血平造模剂量和时间,本实验结果为脾气虚大鼠模型的病理生理及药理研究提供了适宜的动物模型评价方法。 展开更多

目的:本综述旨在提供慢性腰痛和软组织综合征与神经病理性疼痛是否相关的证据,以及两者中神经病理性疼痛的患病率。方法:研究的816例患者中,11例慢性腰痛患者存在神经病理性疼痛诊断,5例软组织综合征患者存在神经病理性疼痛诊断。研究... 目的:本综述旨在提供慢性腰痛和软组织综合征与神经病理性疼痛是否相关的证据,以及两者中神经病理性疼痛的患病率。方法:研究的816例患者中,11例慢性腰痛患者存在神经病理性疼痛诊断,5例软组织综合征患者存在神经病理性疼痛诊断。研究分组依据神经病理性疼痛的诊断方法,如体格检查、神经病理性疼痛量表类型等。神经病理性疼痛的患病率为各组研究中所有患者的合计。慢性腰痛和软组织综合征中神经病理性疼痛的患病率为两者各自研究中所有患者的总和。两名评价者独立根据11项质量标准对每个研究做出质量评分,依据卫生保健政策和研究机构(AHCPR)指南评估各分组证据的强度和一致性。结果:各分组中所有研究报道均存在神经病理性疼痛。慢性腰痛中神经病理性疼痛的患病率是36.6%,软组织综合征中神经病理性疼痛的患病率是41.1%。不同的神经病理性疼痛诊断方法间患病率存在显著差异。结论:所有的方法一致证实,慢性腰痛和软组织综合征患者中存在神经病理性疼痛,且合并患病率显著。这对慢性腰痛和软组织综合征的治疗有重要意义。 展开更多

At 5:39 am on June 24, 2017, a landslide occurred in the village of Xinmo in Maoxian County, Aba Tibet and Qiang Autonomous Prefecture(Sichuan Province, Southwest China). On June 25, aerial images were acquired from an unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV), and a digital elevation model(DEM) was processed. Landslide geometrical features were then analyzed. These are the front and rear edge elevation, accumulation area and horizontal sliding distance. Then, the volume and the spatial distribution of the thickness of the deposit were calculated from the difference between the DEM available before the landslide, and the UAV-derived DEM collected after the landslide. Also, the disaster was assessed using high-resolution satellite images acquired before the landslide. These include Quick Bird, Pleiades-1 and GF-2 images with spatial resolutions of 0.65 m, 0.70 m, and 0.80 m, respectively, and the aerial images acquired from the UAV after the landslide with a spatial resolution of 0.1 m. According to the analysis, the area of the landslide was 1.62 km2, and the volume of the landslide was 7.70 ± 1.46 million m3. The average thickness of the landslide accumulation was approximately 8 m. The landslide destroyed a total of 103 buildings. The area of destroyed farmlands was 2.53 ha, and the orchard area was reduced by 28.67 ha. A 2-km section of Songpinggou River was blocked and a 2.1-km section of township road No. 104 was buried. Constrained by the terrain conditions, densely populated and more economically developed areas in the upper reaches of the Minjiang River basin are mainly located in the bottom of the valleys. This is a dangerous area regarding landslide, debris flow and flash flood events Therefore, in mountainous, high-risk disaster areas, it is important to carefully select residential sites to avoid a large number of casualties. 展开更多

In this paper,an HPLC-DAD-ELSD method was developed to determine main 20 components of Ginkgo biloba L.leaves from different ages and sources,including six flavonol glycosides,five terpene lactones and nine organic acids.Using statistics method and establishing relevant mathematics models,the measured data has proceeded correlation analysis,principal component analysis,and regression statistics and the results showed generality and specific characteristics.We defined p-hydroxybenzoic acid,catechinic,KRcG and ginkgolide A as characteristic indexes representing commonness and speciality of Ginkgo biloba L.leaf.The four characteristic indexes can reflect the quality of Ginkgo biloba L.leaf,and the intermal relations between them are significant.The contents of other compounds could define the quantity relation with characteristic markers.It simplified the approach of quality control,and provided a basis for quality control of Ginkgo biloba L. 展开更多
