对体检者实施规范化心电图操作干预模式管理后的效果、心电图漏诊率、心电图误诊率、体检者心电图体检满意率进行探讨。方法:收集体检者204例开展本次研究,时间2019年7月~2020年7月。204例体检者,遵循随机、平均原则进行分组,组别分别... 对体检者实施规范化心电图操作干预模式管理后的效果、心电图漏诊率、心电图误诊率、体检者心电图体检满意率进行探讨。方法:收集体检者204例开展本次研究,时间2019年7月~2020年7月。204例体检者,遵循随机、平均原则进行分组,组别分别是普通体检组、规范化体检组。普通体检组(102例)体检方案:未规范化训练医务人员采集体检网络心电图;规范化体检组(102例)管理方案:规范化训练医务人员采集体检网络心电图。探寻2组心电图漏诊率、心电图误诊率、体检者心电图体检满意率。结果:规范化体检组心电图漏诊率0.98%、心电图误诊率0.98%,相对普通体检组9.8%、7.84%而言更低(P<0.05);规范化体检组体检者心电图体检满意率98.04%,相对普通体检组89.22%而言更高(P<0.05)。结论:体检者实施规范化心电图操作干预模式管理后的效果更好,心电图漏诊率、心电图误诊率更低,体检者心电图体检满意率更高。 展开更多

To deal with a lack of semantic interoperability of traditional knowledge retrieval approaches, a semantic-based networked manufacturing (NM) knowledge retrieval architecture is proposed, which offers a series of tools for supporting the sharing of knowledge and promoting NM collaboration. A 5-tuple based semantic information retrieval model is proposed, which includes the interoperation on the semantic layer, and a test process is given for this model. The recall ratio and the precision ratio of manufacturing knowledge retrieval are proved to be greatly improved by evaluation. Thus, a practical and reliable approach based on the semantic web is provided for solving the correlated concrete problems in regional networked manufacturing. 展开更多

Face anti-spoofing is a relatively important part of the face recognition system,which has great significance for financial payment and access control systems.Aiming at the problems of unstable face alignment,complex lighting,and complex structure of face anti-spoofing detection network,a novel method is presented using a combination of convolutional neural network and brightness equalization.Firstly,multi-task convolutional neural network(MTCNN)based on the cascade of three convolutional neural networks(CNNs),P-net,R-net,and O-net are used to achieve accurate positioning of the face,and the detected face bounding box is cropped by a specified multiple,then brightness equalization is adopted to perform brightness compensation on different brightness areas of the face image.Finally,data features are extracted and classification is given by utilizing a 12-layer convolution neural network.Experiments of the proposed algorithm were carried out on CASIA-FASD.The results show that the classification accuracy is relatively high,and the half total error rate(HTER)reaches 1.02%. 展开更多

Objective To establish correlation models between various physical examination indexes and traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)constitutions,and explore their relationships based on the radial basis function(RBF)neural network.Methods The raw data of physical examination indexes and TMC constitutions of 650 subjects who underwent a physical examination were cleaned,classified and sorted,on the basis of which valid data were retrieved and categorized into a training dataset and a test dataset.Subsequently,the RBF neural network was applied to the valid samples in the training set to establish correlation models between various physical examination indexes and TCM constitutions.The accuracy and the error margin of the correlation model were then verified using the valid samples in the test set.Results Of all selected samples,the highest accuracy rates were 80% for the blood lipid index-TCM constitution model;100% for the renal function index-TCM constitution model;100% for the blood routine(male)index-TCM constitution model;88.8% for the blood routine(female)index-TCM constitution model;84.1%for the urine routine index-TCM constitution model;and 100% for the blood transfusion index-TCM constitution model.Conclusions The samples selected in this study suggested that there is a strong correlation between physical examination indexes and TCM constitutions,making it feasible to apply the established correlation models to TCM constitution identification. 展开更多

Prehospital care for multiple trauma patients in Germany 被引量:6

For the German speaking countries, Tscherne's definition of "polytrauma" which represents an injury of at least two body regions with one or a combination being life-threatening is still valid. The timely and adequate management including quick referral of the trauma patient into a designated trauma center may limit secondary injury and may thus improve outcomes already during the prehospital phase of care. The professional treatment of multiple injured trauma patients begins at the scene in the context of a well structured prehospital emergency medical system. The "Primary Survey" is performed by the emergency physician at the scene according to the Prehospital Trauma Life Support (PHTLS)-concept. The overall aim is to rapidly assess and treat life-threatening conditions even in the absence of patient history and diagnosis ("treat-first-what-kills-first"). If no immediate treatment is necessary, a "Secondary Sur- vey" follows with careful and structured body examination and detailed assessment of the trauma mechanism. Massive and life-threatening states of hemorrhage should be addressed immediately even disregarding the ABCDE-scheme. Critical trauma patients should be referred without any delay ("work and go") to TR-DGU certified trauma centers of the local trauma networks. Due to the difficult prehospital environment the number of quality studies in the field is low and, as consequence, the level of evidence for most recommendations is also low. Much information has been obtained from different care systems and the interchangeability of results is limited. The present article provides a synopsis of recommendations for early prehospital care for the severely injured based upon the 2011 updated multidisciplinary S3-Guideline "Polytrauma/Schwerstverletzten Behandlung", the most recently updated European Trauma guideline and the current PHTLS-algorithms including grades of recommendation whenever possible. 展开更多
