关于医学伦理学发展中若干问题的思考——写在中国医学伦理学研究30周年

中国医学伦理学研究经过30年的发展,学科日渐成熟。然而,中国医学伦理学的学科、学科理论和体用价值依然是需要求解的问题。从立论依据、理论基础、产生发展载体和基本研究视角等方面阐述了中国医学伦理学首先是学科,其次才是学科课程。考虑中国文化传统、经济社会发展特色、医学科学技术发展和医疗卫生体制改革等因素,拟构建的支撑医学伦理学学科的学科理论体系由四层级结构组成。源自于医学及其实践活动诉求之"体"的医学伦理思想,始终以审视者的目光,担负着为医学及其实践活动导航之"用"。
