[Method] With the livelihood improvement program f...[Objective] This study aimed to provide references for the application of participatory monitoring and evaluation in the development of animal husbandry tech- nology. [Method] With the livelihood improvement program for agricultural and pas- toral area in northern Yunnan as the example, the development process of partici- patory animal husbandry was overviewed. And the monitoring and evaluation pro- cesses of participatory animal husbandry were introduced and analyzed. [Result] The monitoring and evaluation indicator system of participatory animal husbandry technol- ogy included 4 layers, namely technology, institutional system, personnel ability con- struction and effectiveness, and 11 third-level indicators, namely, technical characteristics, superiority-inferiority comparison, community and farmers, technical personnel, project personnel, economic indicators and social indicators. [Conclusion] This study provided the references for the application of participatory monitoring and evaluation in the development of animal husbandry technology.展开更多
With the establishment of labor market of China, market is playing a more and mare important role in allocation of human resources. However, with the transition of economy in China and industrial upgrading in recent y...With the establishment of labor market of China, market is playing a more and mare important role in allocation of human resources. However, with the transition of economy in China and industrial upgrading in recent years, many labor problems have occurred which do harm to the sustainable development of local economy. The paper researches on the labor market issues of China from the perspective of local labor market regulation. Firstly, it reviews the theories of local labor market regulation. And then the main components of local labor market regulation of China are identified and the evaluation index system is established. The results of analysis of the calculated output show that （1） the local labor market regulation of China has an obvious character of gradient distribution geographically and decreases gradually from east to west; （2） of all the regulations, the regulation of the development of human capital has the most significant impact on local economy currently which is followed by the regulation of labor relation and the regulation of market participation. As to the regulation of social security, it has no Significant impact on the development of local economy.展开更多

For the characteristic that the software enterprise gives priority to software development, the paper uses the knowledge in the process of software development as the core （it is limited to time and energy and doesn＇ t involve the knowledge of the other departments）, and develops the research on the construction of knowledge system of software enterprise. In this context, the descript...A mathematical model is presented in order to describe the dynamics of polygamous populations, bearing in mind single individuals of both sexes and the development of reproductive groups. In this context, the description leads us to consider positive homogeneous dynamical systems, establishing conditions for the stationary state existence and its local stability. A fourth pre-reproductive stage was considered, i.e. males and females spend part of their lives before being in condition to reproduce, as a first step to consider more general models. Finally, we parametrized the proposed model using southern elephant seal data, to analyze the direct applicability to a real population.展开更多
