本文运用历史方法进行梳理,得出中国武术体育化两段论,即武术自身的民族体育化进程和中西融合的体育化进程,并揭示了武术独有的民族体育特质和超体育价值。

中国武术体育化进程的文化反思

abstract： According to the new situation and problems in the aging process, we will try to analyze the current situation and features of the aging process from the point of sociology by investigation and document literature. By analyzing the severe aging problems, we will know about the leisure sporting activities of the old people. Sports is a very useful way to slow down the pace of getting old.
