疫情防控常态化背景下护生岗位体能内涵建设的探索与研究

新冠疫情的发生以及疫情防控的常态化,不仅对护士岗位的职业体能提出了新的要求,也对医学类职业院校学生的体能内涵建设提出了新的标准。通过了解护士的职业体能需求,梳理分析医学类职业院校体育教学的现状,提出了加强护生岗位体能内涵建设的对策,旨在提高在校护生的体能素质,促进在校护生体能与今后职业体能的有效对接。

第3届全军训练医学学术会议于1997—11—12～13在西安召开。出席会议的代表59名。会议论文集以人民军医增刊形式登载142篇论文，大会交流58篇。现将主要内容简介如下。

Research on the Interactive Interpreting Teaching Mode under the Multimedia and Traditional Microteaching Environment

In this paper, we conduct research on the interactive interpreting teaching mode under the multimedia and primary traditional microteaching environment. English interpretation course system construction request from the student reality, on the basis of the actual situation, improving students＇ comprehensive ability in English interpretation as communicative teaching method in the very great degree to overall effective guide students to practice real interpreting scene comprehensively improve students＇ intercultural business negotiation, reception and comprehensive ability of the exhibition, and is advantageous to the interpretation of curriculum system construction and the improvement of the students＇ comprehensive quality. Our research integrates the general principles of the multimedia and primary traditional microteaching environment to form the better paradigm for the education that will enhance the contemporary teaching condition.

The research on the standard and measure of the efficiency of the generalization performance of privatization of public utilities

The transformation of the development China＇s privatization of city public utilities？ vigorously promote the government function, however, the relative monopoly administrative operation system, functions decentralized system of government regulation and legal system construction is lagging behind, can making the privatization process easily lead to the emergence of efficient generalization, must be identified and avoided. This paper presents efficient generalization of privatization of public utility of our country city in measure, and analyzes the performance efficiency of the three resulting generalization.

Research on regional capability constructive models of clean development mechanism

Global climate change has been identified as the first of the top ten environmental problems in the world. As climate change will have serious effects on the social and economic development and everyday, living of people in the world, many of the countries and governments are taking untiring efforts to combat climate change. As one of the important mechanisms of reducing greenhouse gas （GHG） emissions in the Kyoto Protocol, Clean Development Mechanism （CDM） has not only provided chance for developed countries to fulfill greenhouse emission reduction obligations, but also provided an opportunity for developing countries to combat climate change under the sustainable development frame. The dual objectives of developed countries＇ GHG emissions＇ reduction obligation achievement and developing cotmtries＇sustainable development will be achieved under the CDM. As a country with responsibility; China has been positively developing CDM projects and promoting energy saving and emissions reduction during the three yeors after the Kyoto Protocol came into force, and CDM projects development has always been in the front tank in the world. However; as the vast clime within China, notable differences occur in different regions. In order to promote the CDM development in China, it is necessa^T to have regional CDM capability construction in accordance with the practicality in different regions. Based on the Slat Analysis of developed CDM projects and current CDM development status in China, problems in the CDM development of China, including the inefficiency in small and medium-sized CDM Projects＇ development, over centralization of CDM development scope and especially the differentiated provincial CDM projects developing capability are pointed out in the paper： What＇s more, reasons for the problems are analyzed from fire leading.factors, including policy orient, information asymmetry and weak CDM capability, In order to promote CDM projects development in China, a new CDM capability, construction model is put forward in the paper.

Study on International Development of Financial Asset Securitization:An Example of Mining Rights

Mining right asset securitization is a market financing pattern for mineral resources, and it is a creative application of financial asset securitization. Nowadays, because of world energy price decline, the world energy market is facing weak investment and financing sharply under pressure. Under this background, this paper aims at briefly commenting on the content, processes and impact of mining right asset securitization, understanding the international mining right asset securitization specific practices, and then combining the situation of China(Shanghai) Pilot Free Trade Zone so as to give advice for the development of mining right asset securitization in China. For instance, mineral mining rights and expenses system design are not clear, so the mineral values do not reflect their true costs and the need to speed up market credit system construction.
