美国红鱼游泳体能分配模型及其在海区选址中的应用 被引量:4

以深水网箱养殖的美国红鱼为研究对象,通过研究其游泳时主要能量物质和代谢产物的变化规律,构建美国红鱼的游泳体能分配模型,最后结合特定的潮流规律,建立养殖海区最大潮流选择的理论方法。结果显示,美国红鱼游泳过程中,血糖浓度会显著... 以深水网箱养殖的美国红鱼为研究对象,通过研究其游泳时主要能量物质和代谢产物的变化规律,构建美国红鱼的游泳体能分配模型,最后结合特定的潮流规律,建立养殖海区最大潮流选择的理论方法。结果显示,美国红鱼游泳过程中,血糖浓度会显著提高,肌糖原有少量减少,肝糖原会显著降低,鱼类游泳接近疲劳时,肝糖原浓度亦接近耗尽;美国红鱼以较高速度游泳过程中,血乳酸和肌乳酸浓度会有较明显的增加,表明美国红鱼游泳过程伴随着无氧呼吸和有氧呼吸两种能量物质代谢过程。本实验提出以肝糖原浓度作为判定鱼类持续游泳能力的重要指标,并建立了基于肝糖原储能消耗的美国红鱼游泳体能分配模型。最后基于美国红鱼体能分配模型,结合养殖海区潮流规律,提出了美国红鱼养殖海区最大潮流流速选择的计算方法。研究表明,本实验提出的鱼类游泳体能分配模型构建方法以及鱼类养殖海区潮流选择论证方法,可为相关研究提供新的途径,为深水网箱、浅海围网等海洋养殖模式的海区潮流选址提供科学的参考依据。 展开更多

针对基本人工鱼群算法(AFSA)在函数优化问题中存在的后期收敛速度慢、求解精度低和易陷入局部最优等缺点,提出了一种新的改进人工鱼群算法(IAFSA)。首先,使用混沌变换来初始化鱼群个体的位置,使鱼群更加均匀地分布在有限的区域内,保证... 针对基本人工鱼群算法(AFSA)在函数优化问题中存在的后期收敛速度慢、求解精度低和易陷入局部最优等缺点,提出了一种新的改进人工鱼群算法(IAFSA)。首先,使用混沌变换来初始化鱼群个体的位置,使鱼群更加均匀地分布在有限的区域内,保证种群具有多样性,利于全局收敛;其次,对觅食行为中具有不同函数值的人工鱼个体采取不同的视野策略,不仅提高了算法的寻优速度,而且有效地降低了鱼群陷入局部最优的可能性;最后,根据运动和体能之间的关系构建体能变换模型,在鱼群觅食的后期,体能开始变弱,这时适时地减小鱼群觅食、聚群和追尾行为中移动的步长可有效提高算法收敛的速度和寻优的精度。通过标准测试函数和14个城市的TSP对算法进行验证,仿真实验结果表明,相比基本人工鱼群算法,改进后的算法具有更快的后期收敛速度和更高的求解精度。 展开更多

The extraction kinetics of Ce(Ⅳ) and Ce(Ⅳ)-F^- mixture systems from sulfuric solutions to n-heptane solution containing Bif-ILE[A336][P204]([trialkylmethylammonium][di-2-ethylhewanxylphosphinate]) with a constant interfacial area cell with laminar flow were studied,just to elucidate the extraction mechanism and the mass transfer models.The data were analyzed in terms of pseudo-first-order constants.The effects of stirring speed,specific interfacial area and temperature on the extraction rate in both systems were discussed,suggesting that the extractions were mixed bulk phases-interfacial control process.Supported by the experimental data,the corresponding rate equations for Ce(Ⅳ) extraction system and Ce(Ⅳ)-F^- mixture extraction system were obtained.The experimental results indicated the rate-controlling step.The kinetics model was deduced from the rate-controlling step and consistent with the rate equation. 展开更多

In this study, three-phase satellite images were used to define rules for the allocation of time and space in construction land resources based on a complex adaptive system and game theory. The decision behavior and rules of government agent, enterprise agent and resident agent in construction land growth were explored. A distinctive and dynamic simulation model of construction land growth was built, which integrated multi-agent, GIS technology and RS data and described the interaction among influencing agents, Taking Fuyang City in the Changjiang River Delta as an example, an assessment process for the remote sensing data in construction land and scenario planning was constructed. Repast and ArcGIS were used as simulation platforms. A simulation of the spatial pattern in land-use planning and the setting of scenario planning were conducted by using the incomplete active game, which was based on different natural, social and economic levels. Through this model, a simulation of urban planning space and decision-making for Fuyang City was created. Relevant non-structured problems arising from urban planning management could be identified, and the process and logic of urban planning spatial decision-making could thus be improved. Cell-by-cell comparison showed that the simulation accuracy was over 72%. This model has great potential for use by government and town planners in decision support and technique support in the policy-making process. 展开更多

For this motivation, the total drag of the ship is performed for several values of asymmetric outrigger configuration and hull separation, altering the Froude number in the range 0.3–0.9. Our results indicate that remarkable changes in resistance require notable changes in transverse distance values (hull separation) when wave interference may occur. In addition, there is no single configuration that consistently outperforms the other configurations across the entire speed range and the optimum interference factor -0.2 appears at a Froude number of 0.45 in S/L=0.33 with the outrigger outer position: asymmetric outboard for A3 configuration. 展开更多

The effect of electron itineracy on the magnetism of S=1/2 ferromagnetic Ising model is investigated by introducing a hopping term. The electron Green's function method is used to deal with this Hamiltonian. Here emphasis is made on that the magnetization is caused by the difference between the filling of spin-up and spin-down electrons.This concept is in accordance with that of band structure theory. In the zero band width limit, our results are the same as obtained by spin Green's function method. However, our method achieves more detailed physical information. The spontaneous magnetization, Curie temperature, total energy, and specific heat are calculated and investigated in detail by the densities of states. Hopping term depresses the Curie temperature but remains the order-disorder transformation still to be second order transition. Above the transition point, the energy band is the same as that of tight binding system because exchange interaction has no effect anymore. While under the transition point, the energy band splits into two subbands due to exchange interaction. 展开更多

The system evolves into a critical state after a transient period. A detailed analysis of the probability distribution of the avalanche size and duration is numerically investigated. Interestingly,contrary to the deterministic one-dimensional sand-pile model, where multifractal analysis works well, the analysis based on simple finite-size scaling is suited to fitting the data on the distribution of the avalanche size and duration. The exponents characterizing these probability distributions are measured. Scaling relations of these scaling exponents and their universality class are discussed. 展开更多

The main focus was structural design and hydrodynamic modelling. Based on this novel floating foundation, the hydrodynamic performance was investigated in the frequency domain and time domain by using the wave analysis software Hydro D and Deep C from Det Norske Veritas. The frequency domain analysis was conducted to investigate the effects of the incident wave angle and water depth. The time-domain analysis was carried out to evaluate the response of the floating foundation under a selected operational condition. The hydrodynamic performances of this floating foundation with respect to time series and response spectra were also investigated in this study. 展开更多

Prediction of roadheader performance plays a significant role in the plan of tunnel construction, which is influenced by different key parameters, including rock strength, discontinuity in rock mass, type and specifications of roadheader machine, and brittleness. The main aim of this study is to build a robust empirical equation based on rock mass properties for the roadheader performance prediction. For achieving the aim, a dataset composed of roadheader performance rate and rock properties is established using the dataset compiled from an underground coal mine located in a remote rugged desert environment some 85 km south of Tabas City in mid east Iran. By using gathered data, the statistical analyses are conducted between rock mass properties and roadheader performance to find whether there is a significant relationship between input variables and roadheader performance. The results show that rock mass properties have a considerable impact on the rate of the roadheader performance. It is demonstrated that the proposed model can accurately predict the roadheader performance as a function of rock mass properties. 展开更多

To scientifically evaluate the equipment system of systems(SoS)contribution rate,a contribution rate calculation method based on a structural equation model(SEM)is proposed in this paper.The connotation and evaluation process of the equipment SoS contribution rate were redefined and standardized.To solve the existing problems in the application of the original contribution rate formula,a modified contribution rate calculation formula is proposed.Finally,the contribution rate evaluation index was divided into latent and explicit variables.The measurement and structural equations in the SEM were used to calculate and analyze the latent variables.The simulation results show that the number of defense lines of air defense weapon equipment has a greater impact on the linear configuration than the group configuration.When the number of K-type air defense weapons is sufficient,the two-layer linear configuration should be adopted with 20 air defense weapon systems.When the number of K-type air defense weapons is insufficient,the single-layer group configuration should be adopted with 12 air defense weapon systems. 展开更多

The logarithmic response complementary metal oxide semiconductor (CMOS) image sensor provides a wide dynamic range, but its drawback is the lack of simple fixed pattern noise(FPN) cancellation scheme. Designed is a novel logarithmic active pixel sensor(APS) with high dynamic range and high output swing. Firstly, the operation principle of mixed-model APS is introduced. The pixel can work in three operation modes by choosing the proper control signals. Then, FPN sources of logarithmic APS are analyzed, and double-sampled technique is implemented to reduce FPN. Finally, according to the simulation results, layout is designed and has passed design rule check(DRC), electronic rule eheck(ERC) and layout versus schematic(LVS) verifications, and the post-simulation results are basically in agreement with the simulation results. Dynamic range of the new logarithmic APS can reach about 140 dB; and the output swing is about 750 inV. Results show that by using double sampled technique, most FPN is eliminated and the dynamic range is enhanced. 展开更多

Protoplasts from Candida tropicalis and Candida lipolytica were fused under an optimized electrofusion (electrical pulse strength 6 kV/cm, pulse duration time 40μs and pulse times 5) and then regenerated on YEPD media for achieving new genotypes with higher chromium loading capacity. A target fusant RHJ-004 was screened out by its chromium resistance and chromium-sorbing capacity tests for further research. The comparative study of applicability shows that the fusant has better performance than its parent strains in respect of solution pH, biomass concentration and chromium loading capacity. Especially for treating low concentration Cr(VI) (〈20 mg/L), above 80% chromium is sequestered from the aqueous phase at pH 1-9. Atomic force microscopy (AFM) visualizes the distribution of chromium on the binding sites of the cells, suggesting that the altered surface structure and intracellular constitutes of the fusant associate with its increased biosorption capacity.
