目的研究急性脑出血血肿体积动态变化。方法对30例急性期脑出血患者分别于起病6h以内、1d、3d、7d、14d进行头颅CT扫描,采用体视学法对脑出血血肿及周围低密度水肿灶进行测量,计算二者比值,并根据出血量将患者分为少量及中等量出血组,比... 目的研究急性脑出血血肿体积动态变化。方法对30例急性期脑出血患者分别于起病6h以内、1d、3d、7d、14d进行头颅CT扫描,采用体视学法对脑出血血肿及周围低密度水肿灶进行测量,计算二者比值,并根据出血量将患者分为少量及中等量出血组,比较2组血肿、水肿体积及CSS评分。结果脑出血急性期血肿体积逐渐缩小,周围低密度水肿灶体积逐渐扩大,7~14d达高峰,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),血肿体积与周围低密度水肿灶体积有相关性(|r|=0.75),2组的血肿/水肿比值差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),2组的CSS评分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),但2组的水肿体积与CSS评分无相关性。结论急性脑出血后起病至3d血肿体积无明显变化,水肿体积小,3~7d后血肿开始逐渐缩小,而水肿明显扩大,14d达高峰。少量及中等量出血血肿及水肿体积变化规律相同,血肿量直接影响CSS评分,而与水肿量无明显相关性。 展开更多

An approach to addressing the stereo correspondence problem is presented using genetic algorithms (GAs) to obtain a dense disparity map. Different from previous methods, this approach casts the stereo matching as a multi-extrema optimization problem such that finding the fittest solution from a set of potential disparity maps. Among a wide variety of optimization techniques, GAs are proven to be potentially effective methods for the global optimization problems with large search space. With this idea, each disparity map is viewed as an individual and the disparity values are encoded as chromosomes, so each individual has lots of chromosomes in the approach. Then, several matching constraints are formulated into an objective function, and GAs are used to search the global optimal solution for the problem. Furthermore, the coarse-to-fine strategy has been embedded in the approach so as to reduce the matching ambiguity and the time consumption. Finally, experimental results on synthetic and real images show the performance of the work. 展开更多

The shape of an orebody is viv- idly displayed in real time and can be used to guide mining design as well. The MC algorithm has been improved in two aspects. By analyzing the principles of the MC algorithm, as well as the features of the specific application, improvements were developed to: eliminate ambiguities by using a unified isosurface constructing method in the voxels, and improve the operating efficiency of the MC algorithm by incorporating an octree structure. We propose a high-performance path planning algorithm for automatic target tracking in the applications of real-time simulation and visualization of large-scale terrain datasets, with a large number of moving objects (such as vehicles) tracking multiple moving targets. By using a modified Dijkstra's algorithm, an optimal path between each vehicle-target pair over a weighted grid-presented terrain is computed and updated to eliminate the problem of local minima and losing of tracking. Then, a dynamic path re-planning strategy using multi-resolution representation of a dynamic updating region is proposed to achieve high-performance by trading-off precision for efficiency, while guaranteeing accuracy. Primary experimental results showed that our algorithm successfully achieved l0 to 96 frames per second interactive path-replanning rates during a terrain simulation scenario with 10 to 100 vehicles and multiple moving targets. 展开更多

The linear multi-baseline stereo system introduced by the CMU-RI group has been proven to be a very effective and robust stereovision system. However, most traditional stereo rectification algorithms are all designed for binocular stereovision system, and so, cannot be applied to a linear multi-baseline system. This paper presents a simple and intuitional method that can simultaneously rectify all the cameras in a linear multi-baseline system. Instead of using the general 8-parameter homography transform, a two-step virtual rotation method is applied for rectification, which results in a more specific transform that has only 3 parameters, and more stability. Experimental results for real stereo images showed the presented method is efficient. 展开更多

Based on the optimal trade off of these two technologies, the Joint Source and Channel Coding algorithm can result in stronger error resilience. Error Estimating Code (EEC) is a new channel coding method to estimate the Bit Error Rate (BER) information of the transmitted sequence. However, the estimated BER is not precise enough if the practical value of BER is high. A weighted EEC estimation method is proposed to improve the accuracy performance of BER estimation by classifying the raw estimation results into intervals and multiplying them by different coefficients separately. The applications of weighted EEC in modulation selection scheme and distributed video coding are discussed. Simulation results show that the EEC-based modulation selection method can achieve better performance at a cost of little redundancy and computation, and the EEC-based rate estimation method in distributed video coding can save the decoding time. 展开更多

To see what lacks representation on stage is a fully creative act that the spectator performs thanks to his or her imagination, as (s)he is called to retrieve via memory what is objectively absent from the scene. The Renaissance audience accomplished such a creative act by making use of rhetoric and figurative arts. However, it is pre-eminently words that trigger and support the imagination, as Shakespeare's drama best exemplifies. Both in the Elizabethan drama and in the Italian Renaissance theatre, with its perspectival vision, the spectator's creative act takes place in an ideal space where the stage space turns into the locus of stereoscopic vision. Consequently, the creation and consumption of the vision originates first and foremost in drama (comedy and tragedy). The psychological, aesthetic, and anthropological mechanisms at the heart of vision, and the fruition of the images deriving from words, can be found as operating within the dramatic text, from the point of view of both the playwright and of the spectator/listener, in a direct relationship of cause and effect. Religious and especially Jesuitical drama, whose theatrical experience aims at discovering a correspondence between words and images, testifies to the visual power of the theatre. 展开更多

为研究月季花芽分化的进程及遮阴对其进程的影响,本实验以月季‘梅郎口红’(Rouge Meilland)为试验材料,采用体视显微镜观察法结合石蜡切片法,对正常光照和遮光(50%)下花芽分化过程进行形态学观察。本研究结果表明:月季花芽分化历时40 d... 为研究月季花芽分化的进程及遮阴对其进程的影响,本实验以月季‘梅郎口红’(Rouge Meilland)为试验材料,采用体视显微镜观察法结合石蜡切片法,对正常光照和遮光(50%)下花芽分化过程进行形态学观察。本研究结果表明:月季花芽分化历时40 d,整体进程可分为花芽分化起始期、萼片原基分化期、花瓣原基分化期、雄蕊原基分化期、雌蕊原基分化期。可观察到,由于花瓣原基多次分化,是形成重瓣花的原因。不同花器起源于该花器原基边缘的分生组织细胞。本研究初步认为,遮光延缓了月季花芽分化的进程约7 d,也造成了部分花朵花瓣重瓣、雄雌蕊减少,花朵畸形和花径变小。两种方法在观察过程中保持一致,体视显微镜法更方便、快捷,更能体现空间特性,石蜡切片法烦琐、复杂,但能体现细胞排列情况且清晰度高。 展开更多

This paper introduces the design and the implement of VolGraph system: a new, inexpensive, PC-based visualization tool for three-dimensional medical reconstructions, which fully integrates the latest popular visualization algorithms ranging from classical surface rendering algorithm to volume rendering algorithms, such as Ray Casting, Splatting, and Shear-Warp.The input of VolGraph can be medical ima- ges including CT, MRI, etc, and the output can be in common image, VRML/XML or animation formats.
