体质学说在中医儿科临床的运用探究

研究体质理论在中医儿科临床治疗中的应用意义。研究方案:选取在我院中医儿科2012年2月~2012年4月接受诊治的84例外感风寒感冒的患儿,并依据患儿亲属的自觉原理,将患儿分为观看组和对照组,每组42例。由观看组患儿采用玉屏风预防感冒,以7... 研究体质理论在中医儿科临床治疗中的应用意义。研究方案:选取在我院中医儿科2012年2月~2012年4月接受诊治的84例外感风寒感冒的患儿,并依据患儿亲属的自觉原理,将患儿分为观看组和对照组,每组42例。由观看组患儿采用玉屏风预防感冒,以7d为一星期,每一个星期完成后通过观察二组患儿的高热、咳嗽、痰鸣以及意识差等症状体征的改变,对临床治疗结果作出了统计学处理分析。研究结论:观测组分别和研究组的临床效果整体有效率,分别为92.87%(39/42)、80.95%(34/42),两组比较差异显著(P<0.05);观测组中的儿童高热、咳嗽、痰鸣等,临床表现与其他儿童相比均改善显著(P<0.05)。 展开更多

A structural model of cultivation theory is tested by using a national data set from 1957, before television became a dominant medium in the United States. Support is found for the basic tenet of cultivation theory, namely, that media use shapes people's perceptions and beliefs. Print media use predicts one's worldview, both of which predict attitudes toward science. By examining attitudes toward science before television became a dominant medium, this study extends the theory beyond the field's primary research focus on the relationship between television and violence. 展开更多

Objective: To study the antitumor effect of matrine liposome in mice. Methods: The mice were selected as the research object, and SPSS (statistic package for social science), matrine and matrine liposome were used for grouping. The antitumor effects of EAC, S 180 and H22 were evaluated by tumor weight, thymus weight and spleen weight. Results: The inhibitory effect of matrine liposome on EAC, S180 and H22 in mice was significantly higher than matrine, P 〈 0.05, which had statistical significance. Conclusion: Matrine liposome can effectively enhance the anti-tumor effect and improve the immunity of animals, which is worthy of clinical promotion. 展开更多

"Solar storm" has been commonly accepted by academic community and the public as a very popular scientific term. "Solar storm" has been commonly accepted by academic community and the public as a very popular scientific term. It is avivid description of violent ejections of a huge amount of magnetized plasma from the Sun as strong flare/CMEs, which sweepover into interplanetary space, develop, and affect our space environment. The solar storm could bring us disastrous spaceweather, destroy crucial technology, and cause a large-scale blackout. It is one of the natural disasters faced by modern humanbeings. Here we first briefly summarize the observational features of solar storms and introduce some key issues, and then wefocus on major advances in observational studies. We mainly introduce the efforts made by the Chinese scientists and comment on the challenges and opportunities that they are facing. In this era when scientific breakthroughs in solar storm studiescrucially depend on space-borne devices and large-aperture ground-based telescopes, the Chinese solar research communityneeds to develop its own major observational facilities and improve space weather forecasting abilities. 展开更多
