针对传统的香蕉吸芽形态参数手工测量方法效率低下、人为主观性强等问题,提出了基于三维点云的田间香蕉吸芽形态参数信息提取方法,并针对吸芽茎秆直径小,普通测量算法误差大的问题,使用曲面平滑和圆柱拟合算法提高了茎粗测量精度和准确... 针对传统的香蕉吸芽形态参数手工测量方法效率低下、人为主观性强等问题,提出了基于三维点云的田间香蕉吸芽形态参数信息提取方法,并针对吸芽茎秆直径小,普通测量算法误差大的问题,使用曲面平滑和圆柱拟合算法提高了茎粗测量精度和准确性。使用Kinect V2、PMD CamBoard pico flexx、ZED双目视觉相机和Velodyne 16线激光雷达4种深度传感器采集不同尺寸的香蕉吸芽点云,对比了不同深度传感器对于香蕉吸芽点云采集的效果和提取表型参数的精度。基于点云库开发了香蕉点云处理和表型参数提取算法,对从两侧获取的香蕉点云进行配准,提取了香蕉吸芽的株高、茎粗和叶面积参数。Kinect V2取得了最优的点云重建效果和表型参数获取精度,与人工测量值相比,测得株高、茎粗和叶面积的平均绝对百分比误差分别为4.79%、9.20%、16.59%,均方根误差分别为5.46 cm、4.44 mm、197.8 cm2,决定系数分别为0.96、0.87、0.92。研究表明,Kinect V2和该文的形态参数提取方法适用于香蕉吸芽的形态参数获取,可以为果园管理提供一种快速、准确的香蕉吸芽株高、茎粗和叶面积形态参数测量方案。 展开更多

A field study was conducted at CRIN Uhonmora Substation, Edo State in Derived Guinea Savanna Zone of Nigeria between 2007 and 2008. The experiment determined influence of intercropping cocoa with rice and plantain at early stage of field establishment. Four treatments considered were cocoa (sole), cocoa/rice, cocoa/plantain and cocoa/rice/plantain. Spacing of 3.1 m apart was used for cocoa and plantain while rice was 30 cm. Plot laid out was randomized complete block design replicated three times. Data on cocoa morphological parameters comprising plant height, girth and leaf area as well as weed biomass were measured monthly. Cocoa survival count was also determined. Data collected were subjected to ANOVA, and LSD was used to separate the means. Survival count showed over 95% survival in all treatments without any significance differences. On plant height and leaf area vegetative growth were significantly higher (P 〈 0.05) in the intercrops than the sole cocoa but not significantly different in all the months. Plant vigour was significantly higher in cocoa/plantain intercrop. Cocoa/rice/plantain produced the least weed biomass while cocoa sole gave the highest. Therefore, cocoa/rice and cocoa/plantain intercrops could be recommended to cocoa farmers in Nigeria instead of sole planting at early age of field establishment. 展开更多

Salt stress is one of the most serious limiting factors for crop growth and production. This study was carried out to evaluate the effects of salt stress in four Mentha piperita L. varieties, in greenhouse conditions. The seedlings were irrigated with 1/2 Hoagland nutrition solutions. Following 10 d of growth in the pots, the seedlings were subjected to salt stress with different concentrations of NaCl (0, 50 and 100 mM, respectively). Responses of the mint varieties to salt stress were evaluated using some plant growth and physiological parameters, such as plant height, root length, shoot and root fresh and dry weight, and ion concentrations in leaves, such as Na, K, Ca and Cl. Salt stress caused reduction in physiological parameters. However, this reduction was significant at 100 mM NaCl compared to 50 mM NaCl. These two concentrations of NaCl increased Na and Cl contents in leaves. However, K and Ca contents were decreased with salinity. The results showed that Mentha piperita cv. Sewiss and Granada were found more tolerant to salt stress than cv. Marokko and Citaro. 展开更多
