“县市报最佳发行量”探析

县市报的发行同其他报纸一样,是关系到自身社会效益和经济效益的大问题。本文对其“最佳发行量”试做探析。所谓“最佳”,就是在客观条件允许下,主观上做好工作后达到的最大量。 县市报的“极限发行量”是多高? 全国县市报尽管所处地域... 县市报的发行同其他报纸一样,是关系到自身社会效益和经济效益的大问题。本文对其“最佳发行量”试做探析。所谓“最佳”,就是在客观条件允许下,主观上做好工作后达到的最大量。 县市报的“极限发行量”是多高? 全国县市报尽管所处地域、经济环境、发行范围、读者素质均有差异,但“基层”和“党报”这两个属性却是相同的。这种相同的属性就界定了相同的读者范围:需要接受党报指导、引导、帮助、服务的基层干部和群众骨干——这就是读者对象的基本定性。那么,县市内的“基层干部”和“群众中的骨干”指的是哪些人,这些人又有多大的数量呢?显然,各类县市的情况又十分复杂,不能泛泛而论。这里,不妨以“能办得起报纸”(经济条件相对优越于没办报的县市)、“人口为100万”(属全国范围内的中等人口规模县)、“报纸周一刊”(这是最基本的刊期)的县市做研究“标的”——这就对读者对象的确立有了基本定位。有了“基本定性”和“基本定位”,我们就可对读者对象做如下基本定量:(1)农村村组干部。100万人口县市行政村有600个左右,每村按8个村民小组计,有4800个组。村干部一般为7人,组干部一般为2人。按人均订报一份计,则订数为13800份;(2)农民骨干。按每个村有5个“科技示范户”或“无职党员”计。 展开更多

[Method] The effect of cell culture time,conversion time,conversion pH value,conversion initial sugar concentration,speed and inoculation rate were determined respectively.[Result] Optimum fermentation conditions were obtained as follows:cell culture 16 h,conversion time 10 h,conversion pH value 5.5,conversion initial sugar concentration 20 g/L,conversion shaking speed 150 r/min,inoculation rate 10% (volume ratio). The multi-body dynamics model of the X6170ZC diesel is established to analyze vibration and acoustic noise. The high quality finite element and simulation models are developed, and nonlinear springs are used to imitate the joints of engine components. The acoustic behavior of the structure is evaluated by the velocity of surface vibration. The noise level is reduced by improving the structure of the engine. The result shows that the surface vibration velocity level is decreased about 3.7 dB (A) at 1 600 Hz after the optimization. Based on the contrast between the two structures, it is concluded that through structure design the combined noise can be reduced, and the virtual design mode of diesel engines is feasible. 展开更多

Chinese rice wine making is a typical simultaneous saccharification and fermentation (SSF) process. During the fermentation process, temperature is one of the key parameters which decide the quality of Chinese rice wine. To optimize the SSF process for Chinese rice wine brewing, the effects of temperature on the kinetic parameters of yeast growth and ethanol production at various temperatures were determined in batch cultures using a mathematical model. The kinetic parameters as a function of temperature were evaluated using the software Origin8.0. Combing these functions with the mathematical model, an appropriate form of the model equations for the SSF considering the effects of temperature were developed. The kinetic parameters were found to fit the experimental data satisfactorily with the developed temperature-dependent model. The temperature profile for maximizing the ethanol production for rice wine fermentation was determined by genetic algorithm. The optimum temperature profile began at a low temperature of 26℃ up to 30 h. The operating temperature increased rapidly to 31.9 ℃, and then decreased slowly to 18℃ at 65 h. Thereafter, the temperature was maintained at 18 ℃ until the end of fermentation. A maximum ethanol production of 89.3 g.L 1 was attained. Conceivably, our model would facilitate the improvement of Chinese rice wine production at the industrial scale. 展开更多

Thus, a research on the modification of the physical conditions of the solid state culture system, specifically different initial moisture content, fermentation temperature, inoculums size and different percentage of carbon and nitrogen sources were conducted to compare the usage of two different lignocellulosic materials which were oil palm frond and banana petiole respectively. After using a conventional method (one factor at a time), the optimum fermentation conditions would be a combination of 70% initial moisture content (v/w), at 28 ~C fermentation temperature with supplementation of 1% sucrose (w/w) and 1% peptone using 1 mL of inoculum in order to achieve highest xylanase production which was 1,711.87 U/mL and 1,579.60 U/mL for oil palm frond and banana petiole respectively. It was suggested that oil palm frond showed higher xylanase production compared to banana petiole. 展开更多

In this paper, we propose the decode-and-forward(DF) based bidirectional wireless information and power transfer(BWIPT) in two-hop relay systems, where the bidirectional relay can decode and forward information from the user to the access point(AP), and assist the wireless power transfer from the AP to the user. To maximize the information rate from the user to the AP, we derive the closed form expression of the optimal power splitting(PS) factor, and the time allocation scheme to obtain the optimal time switching(TS) factor. Simulation results show that for both PS and TS protocols, the proposed DF based bidirectional relay systems can improve the information rate as compared with the amplify-and-forward(AF) based bidirectional relay systems. 展开更多

Meanwhile, orthogonal experiment was conducted to get the optimal culture medium and cultivation condition. [ Resultl The optimal gene in the pigment of monascus pigment was 200 g/L of rice, 30 g/L of sweet potato powder, 10 g/L of glucose, 15 g/L of monosodium glutamate, 0.1% of zinc sulfate, and 0.1% of magnesium sulfate. The optimal culture condition was 30 ℃ and initial pH was 6.0. Fermentation time was 72 h, but when 24-L fermentation pot was used, culture time can last to 84 h.
