However, the real sea surface is typically rough, which invalidates the calm sea surface assumption. Hence, the traditional "dephase and sum" algorithms might produce poor-quality results in rough sea conditions. We propose an adaptive over/under data combination method, which adaptively estimates the amplitude spectrum of the ghost operator from the over/under data, and then over/under data combinations are implemented using the estimated ghost operators. A synthetic single shot gather is used to verify the performance of the proposed method in rough sea surface conditions and a real triple over/under dataset demonstrates the method performance.展开更多

Thanks to the tre...Hepatitis C virus (HCV) infects approximately 200 million people worldwide. Interferon-based therapies have dominated over the past two decades. However, the overall response rates remain suboptimal. Thanks to the tremendous effort from both academia and industry, two serine protease inhibitors telaprevir and boceprevir for treating chronic hepatitis C have finally reached the clinic. Although these compounds are only approved for combination use with interferon and ribavirin in genotype 1 HCV infected chronic patients, the management of HCV patients however is now evolving incredibly. Here, we overviewed a series of landmark studies, regarding the clinical development of telaprevir and boceprevir. We discussed the mechanism-of-action of telaprevir/boceprevir and their potential application in HCV-positive liver transplantation patients. We further emphasized some emerging concerns with perspective of further development in this field.展开更多

Thus computer evidence plays a key part in criminal cases. Traditional computer evidence searches require that the computer specialists know what is stored in the given computer. Binary-based information flow tracking which concerns the changes of control flow is an effective way to analyze the behavior of a program. The existing systems ignore the modifications of the data flow, which may be also a malicious behavior. Thus the function recognition is introduced to improve the information flow tracking. Function recognition is a helpful technique recognizing the function body from the software binary to analyze the binary code. And that no false positive and no false negative in our experiments strongly proves that our approach is effective.展开更多

This pivot...Shiga toxin B-subunit (STxB) from Shigella dysenteriae targets in vivo antigen to cancer cells, dendritic cells (DC) and B cells, which preferentially express the globotriaosylceramide (Gb3) receptor. This pivotal role has encouraged scientists to investigate fusing STxB with other clinical antigens. Due to the challenges of obtaining a functional soluble form of the recombinant STxB, such as formation of inclusion bodies during protein expression, scientists tend to combine STxB with vaccine candidates rather than using their genetically fused forms. In this work, we fused HPV16 E7 as a vaccine candidate to the recombinantly-produced STxB. To minimize the formation of inclusion bodies, we investigated a number of conditions during the expression procedure. Then various strategies were used in order to obtain high yield of soluble recombinant protein from E. coli which included the use of different host strains, reduction of cultivation temperature, as well as using different concentrations of IPTG and different additives (Glycin, Triton X-100, ZnC12). Our study demonstrated the importance of optimizing incubation parameters for recombinant protein expression in E. coli; also showed that the secretion production can be achieved over the course of a few hours when using additives such as glycine and Triton X-100. Interestingly, it was shown that when the culture mediums were supplemented by additives, there was an inverse ratio between time of induction (TOI) and the level of secreted protein at lower temperatures. This study determines the optimal conditions for high yield soluble E7-STxB expression and subsequently facilitates reaching a functionally soluble form of STxB-based vaccines, which can be considered as a potent vaccine candidate for cervical cancer.展开更多

This study explores the various components of agricultural production in China from t...The changes in utilization of agricultural land have gradually grown into one of the major factors impacting grain output in China. This study explores the various components of agricultural production in China from the land utilization perspective, involving changes in grain production per unit area, multi-cropping index, and adjustment of agricultural structure. Compared with the record values, different research methodologies are used to analyze the po- tential of above three components. The results indicate that grain production potential of 65.68×109kg was unexploited in 2006, in which 45.8×109kg came from the restructuring in agriculture. So we can infer that the reduction of grain production in China could be primarily attributed to agricultural restructuring in recent years. So the productive poten- tial can be fully restored by increasing agricultural investment, or recovering agricultural structure in favorable condi- tions. So we can say that China’s current condition of food security is good.展开更多

The findings reveal that the adoption level of CAS is positively associated with organizational characteristics, environmental uncertainty, and organizational performance, and the usage of CAS has a statistically significant mediating effect on the relationship between environmental uncertainty and organizational performance. There is little information on whether human urine (ALW) can be used as a nutrient source in crop cultivation. A study was conducted to explore the potential of human urine in cultivation of radish (Raphanus sativus L.). The ALW was provided to radish in a pot trial. Comparison was with combinations of using synthetic fertilizers. Human urine contained N (0.45%), P (0.18%), K (0.16%), Ca (4.25 me Ll), Mg (5.15 me L"t) and Na (0.36%). The highest available nutrients N, P and K contents in soil at harvest, and the more number of leaves, tallest, root length, root yield and root diameter were from the in 3:1 ALW--three parts of ALW (human urine and one part of water used pot). Water treatment applied in two splits compared to the recommended fertilizer rate (75:37.5:37.5 kg hal of N, P and K) and absolute control (no fertilizer and no ALW added).展开更多
Objective To explore the impact of combination use of prostaglandin analogue and cholinergic agonists on main matrix metalloproteinases(MMPs)synthesized by albino rabbit ciliary muscle.Methods Normal adult albino rabb...Objective To explore the impact of combination use of prostaglandin analogue and cholinergic agonists on main matrix metalloproteinases(MMPs)synthesized by albino rabbit ciliary muscle.Methods Normal adult albino rabbits were divided into the control group,2%pilocarpine group,0.004%travoprost group and travoprost plus pilocarpine group.Two rabbits in the control group were executed after treated with normal saline for one day.Two rabbits were separately executed on the 7th,14th and 24th day of the treatment in each drug treated group.In each subgroup ciliary muscle band of 4 eyes was taken and made into homogenate.The MMPs activities of 10 subgroups were assayed by zymography.Bands’intensity which represents the activity of MMPs was measured by the UltraViolet Illumination system.Results A bright band of MMP-1/2 was showed on each lane at the position corresponding to the molecular weight of 62 kD in the ciliary smooth muscles electrophoresis.When ion Zn and Ca was displaced by MMPs inhibitor EDTA,this bright band disappeared.Compared with the control group,MMP1/2 activity increased by 4.0%,4.1%and 14.0%after 7,14 and 24 days of pilocarpine treatment.Corresponding data was23.2%,61.7%and 111.5%in the travoprost group and 49.3%,68.0%and 88.4%in the travoprost plus pilocarpine group.Conclusions Pilocarpine has little effect on activity of MMP1/2.Travoprost can increase activity of MMP1/2 gradually.Activity of MMP1/2 is rapidly increased by pilocarpine combined with travoprost,but shows small change with the prolonged treatment.展开更多

Eight synthetic food colorants namely Erythrosine (E 127), Tartrazine (E 102), Ponceau 4R (E 124), Sunset Yellow FCF (E 110), Brilliant Blue FCF (E133), Fast Green FCF (E143), Carmoisine (E122) and Indigo Carmine (E132) and their combination are used in sweets namely Ladu, Jilebi and Halwa in Calicut and suburban areas of Kerala, in India. The genotoxicity of the colorants alone and in combinations at different concentrations were evaluated by Cytokinesis Block Micronucleus (CBMN) Assay. It was observed that all the above colorants and their combinations could cause genotoxicity to human lymphocytes even at the permissible concentration of 100 ppm as per PFA (Prevention of Food Adulteration) Act of India. The toxicity varied from dye to dye and was proportional to their concentration. Combination of colors showed more toxicity than the individual components. Toxicity could be reduced drastically by reducing the concentration of the dyes at least 50% below the permissible limit. Permitted synthetic food colorants even at the permissible limit should be used with caution. This study demonstrated the need for redefining the permissible limit of the food colorants based on Admissible Daily Intake (ADI) as being practiced in developed countries.展开更多

Regarding to the problem of automatically retrieving the impossible differential characteristics of block ciphers, with the use of particular intermediate difference state expression, UID gets the same or better results compared with other present cryptanalysis results. ARIA is a Korean block cipher expecting that there are no impossible differentials on four or rmre rounds. Based on a property of the Diffusion layer (DL) of ARIA, a specific selection is used before conflict searching to optimize. UID is applied to ARIA, and 6 721 impossible differential chains are found. The length of those chains is four rounds, the same as eisting results, but more varied in form Moreover, ARIA is a Substitution-Penmtation Network (SPN), not a Feistel structure or generalized Feistel structure as UID was applied to before.展开更多

In the experiment when obtaining sexual hybrids of the Washington naval orange the above mentioned components were used and hybrid seedlings were obtained, which are distinguished according to their phenotypic hereditary features. In this study, eight DNA methyltransferase genes were identified in grape genome to analyze the selective pressure, gene expression and codon usage bias. The results showed grape DNA methyltransferase MET subfamily underwent relatively strong purifying selection during evolution, while chromomethylase CMT subfamily underwent positive selection during evolution. Under different abiotic(heat, drought or cold) stresses, the expression level of many grape DNA methyltransferase genes changed significantly. The expression level of these genes might be related with cis-regulatory elements of their promoters. The results of codon usage bias analysis showed that synonymous codon bias existed in grape DNA methyltransferase gene family, which might be affected by mutation pressure. These results laid a solid foundation for in-depth study of DNA methyltransferases in grape.展开更多
Purpose: studying and analyzing the application effect of three dimensional (3D) laparoscopy m surgical operation. Method: We select 126 patients who were diagnosed celiac disease in our hospital between May 2015...Purpose: studying and analyzing the application effect of three dimensional (3D) laparoscopy m surgical operation. Method: We select 126 patients who were diagnosed celiac disease in our hospital between May 2015 and April 2016 as our research subjects. All of these patients have indications for laparoscopic surgery, and we divide them into two groups randomly (observation and control group). While the observation group is treated by 3D laparoscopic operation system, and the control group is treated by 2D laparoscopic system. During the treatment ,we observe the operation time, intra-operative bleeding and hospitalization time between the two different methods. Result: During the operation, the operation time of observation is (135.5±23.84) minutes and intra-operative bleeding time is (130.2±20. 11) milliliters, which both them are significantly lower than control group (163.8±25.22)min, (146.3±27.42)ml. This difference is statistically significant (P 〈0.05). On the other hand, there is no obvious difference between observation and conlrol about indwelling catheter time, postoperative hospitalization time and postoperative exhaust time. For the observation, the datum were (2.3±0.31) d, (8.1±1. 32) d, (3.2±0.58) d and they were no statistical significance. Conclusion: Compared with traditional laparoscopic surgery, the image of 3D laparoscopic surgery is more clear and stereoscopic. What's more, operators can have a good command of it easily to shorten operation time, which avoid surgery vascular damage and reduce bleeding amounts to some extent. It is a good assistant for clinical use.展开更多

Permitted synthetic food colorants even at the permissible limit should be used with caution. This study demonstrated the need for redefining the permissible limit of the food colorants based on Admissible Daily Intake (ADI) as being practiced in developed countries.

文摘Unified Irrpossible Differential (UID) cryptanalysis is a systeimtic method for finding impossible differentials for block ciphers. Regarding to the problem of automatically retrieving the impossible differential characteristics of block ciphers, with the use of particular intermediate difference state expression, UID gets the same or better results compared with other present cryptanalysis results. ARIA is a Korean block cipher expecting that there are no impossible differentials on four or rmre rounds. Based on a property of the Diffusion layer (DL) of ARIA, a specific selection is used before conflict searching to optimize. UID is applied to ARIA, and 6 721 impossible differential chains are found. The length of those chains is four rounds, the same as eisting results, but more varied in form Moreover, ARIA is a Substitution-Penmtation Network (SPN), not a Feistel structure or generalized Feistel structure as UID was applied to before.
文摘For a successful selection of citrus plants when mating with cultural forms through the method of distant hybridization it is necessary to choose a promising father component such as: a) a complex hybrid of inchangensis "Caucasus" obtained using hybrid citrange of American origin _ C. Kinokuni X C.ichanglemon, which gives an eatable lemon with a chemical composition similar to the normal lemon fruit and without any damage it can resist frost at -16 ℃ temperature and b) spontaneous mutations of trifoliata: #1 and #2 which are distinguished among trifoliata species. Their fruits don't contain or contain a small amount of the substances that deteriorate the taste: naringin, porcine and so on. They are characterized by high index of frost resistance. In the experiment when obtaining sexual hybrids of the Washington naval orange the above mentioned components were used and hybrid seedlings were obtained, which are distinguished according to their phenotypic hereditary features. Selected seedlings represent the best initial material for a successful future work.

文摘DNA methylation is an important epigenetic regulation mechanism, which is catalyzed by DNA methyltransferases. In this study, eight DNA methyltransferase genes were identified in grape genome to analyze the selective pressure, gene expression and codon usage bias. The results showed grape DNA methyltransferase MET subfamily underwent relatively strong purifying selection during evolution, while chromomethylase CMT subfamily underwent positive selection during evolution. Under different abiotic(heat, drought or cold) stresses, the expression level of many grape DNA methyltransferase genes changed significantly. The expression level of these genes might be related with cis-regulatory elements of their promoters. The results of codon usage bias analysis showed that synonymous codon bias existed in grape DNA methyltransferase gene family, which might be affected by mutation pressure. These results laid a solid foundation for in-depth study of DNA methyltransferases in grape.
文摘Purpose: studying and analyzing the application effect of three dimensional (3D) laparoscopy m surgical operation. Method: We select 126 patients who were diagnosed celiac disease in our hospital between May 2015 and April 2016 as our research subjects. All of these patients have indications for laparoscopic surgery, and we divide them into two groups randomly (observation and control group). While the observation group is treated by 3D laparoscopic operation system, and the control group is treated by 2D laparoscopic system. During the treatment ,we observe the operation time, intra-operative bleeding and hospitalization time between the two different methods. Result: During the operation, the operation time of observation is (135.5±23.84) minutes and intra-operative bleeding time is (130.2±20. 11) milliliters, which both them are significantly lower than control group (163.8±25.22)min, (146.3±27.42)ml. This difference is statistically significant (P 〈0.05). On the other hand, there is no obvious difference between observation and conlrol about indwelling catheter time, postoperative hospitalization time and postoperative exhaust time. For the observation, the datum were (2.3±0.31) d, (8.1±1. 32) d, (3.2±0.58) d and they were no statistical significance. Conclusion: Compared with traditional laparoscopic surgery, the image of 3D laparoscopic surgery is more clear and stereoscopic. What's more, operators can have a good command of it easily to shorten operation time, which avoid surgery vascular damage and reduce bleeding amounts to some extent. It is a good assistant for clinical use.
