The purpose of this paper is to research and practice experience at home and abroad, based on the literature method, interdisciplinary study, induction, etc on the current situation of the third sector to participate in community service, in order to understand and grasp the third sector in the form of participation in community endowment service as well as the advantages and disadvantages.
