目的:研究吸收促进剂对大鼠胰岛素溶液(insulin solution,INS-SOL)口腔给药的吸收促进作用。方法:以血糖水平为指标,考察在各种吸收促进剂的影响下INS-SOL经正常大鼠口腔给药后的降血糖作用,以皮下注射为对照,计算不同条件下INS... 目的:研究吸收促进剂对大鼠胰岛素溶液(insulin solution,INS-SOL)口腔给药的吸收促进作用。方法:以血糖水平为指标,考察在各种吸收促进剂的影响下INS-SOL经正常大鼠口腔给药后的降血糖作用,以皮下注射为对照,计算不同条件下INS-SOL的药理生物利用度(pharmacological bioavailability,PA)。结果:不加吸收促进剂的条件下,10U·kg^-1的INS-SOL经口腔给药后的生物利用较低(PA=6.9%)。十二烷基硫酸钠(5%,PA=14.5%),苄泽78(5%,PA=20.6%),脱氧胆酸钠(5%,PA=6.5%)和卵磷酯(10%,PA=13.8%)均显著地增加INS-SOL的降血糖作用。苄泽78(5%)可使INS-SOL(5U·kg^-1)的PA最高达到33%。结论:在适当的吸收促进剂的作用下INS-SOL经口腔给药后具有显著的降血糖效果。 展开更多

The recovery of phosphorus in eutrophic water bodies adsorption in sawdust can be promoted by Fe(III) oxide-hydroxides is important to ensure water and food security, phosphorus biofllms. The main objective of this study was to analyze the influence of iron addition in sawdust on phosphorus adsorption. The microcosm experiment was performed with water and sediment samples from a eutrophic reservoir located in Barra Bonita/SP. Three control flasks (without bags) and 18 others as treatments (with two bags filled with sawdust, with or without previous Fe(II) addition) were assembled. The addition of iron did not promote greater phosphorus adsorption, the sawdust without previous iron addition had a total phosphorus concentration of 49μg·P·g^-1, while the sawdust with previous iron addition had 14.4μg.p.g^-1. The use of sawdust for the remediation of eutrophic water bodies is interesting, especially considering the low-cost and possibility of reuse as fertilizer in agriculture. 展开更多

Influence of Low Temperature Dyeing Accelerant on Acrylic Fiber Dyed with Cationic Dyes

The dyeing behavior of cationic dyes to acrylic fiber with self-made low temperature dyeing accelerant was investigated in this study. Compared with conventional dyeing, the acrylic yarn was dyed with Cationic Turquoise Blue X-GB at 85℃ in the presence of accelerant and absence of accelerant, respectively. The influence of low temperature dyeing aceelerant on the dyeing mechanism of acrylic fiber dyed with cationic dye was analyzed through kinetics and thermodynamics study. The results show that adding dyeing accelerant ran heighten the equilibrium dye-uptake, dyeing rate constants, diffusion coefficients, and shorten half-dyeing time for acrylic fiber dyed with cationic dyes. Furthermore, the partition coefficient, the standard affinity, and the dye saturation value also increased in the dyeing at 85℃. 展开更多

The aim of this present study is to investigate the effect of Zanthoxylum bungeanum oil (essential oil from Z. bungeanum Maxim.) on cytotoxicity and the transdermal permeation of 5-fluorouracil and indomethacin. The cy- totoxicity of Z. bungeanum oil on dermal fibroblasts and epidermal keratinocytes was studied using an MTT (3-(4,5-dimethylthiazol-2-yl)-2,5-diphenyltetrazolium bromide) assay. The rat skin was employed to determine the percutaneous penetration enhancement effect of Z. bungeanum oil on hydrophilic and lipophilic model drugs, i.e., 5-fluorouracil and indomethacin. The secondary structure changes of the rat stratum comeum (SC) were determined using attenuated total reflectance-Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (ATR-FTIR), and saturated solubilities and SC/vehicle partition coefficients of two model drugs with and without Z. bungeanum oil were also measured to un- derstand its related mechanisms of action. It was found that the half maximal inhibitory concentration (ICs0) values of Z. bungeanum oil were significantly lower in HaCaT and CCC-ESF-1 cell lines compared to the well-established and standard penetration enhancer Azone. The Z. bungeanum oil at various concentrations effectively facilitated the percutaneous penetration of two model drugs across the rat skin. In addition, the mechanisms of permeation en- hancement by Z. bungeanum oil could be explained with saturated solubility, SC/vehicle partition coefficient, and secondary structure changes of SC. 展开更多
