Physical activity(PA)epidemiology first emerged as a new field of study around the 1950s with publication of seminal investigations on London civil servants1 and has continued to evolve as a scientific discipline to present time.This subdiscipline of epidemiology studies the frequencies,distributions,and dynamics of PA and its impact on human health,morbidity,and mortality.Research over the past 75 years has demonstrated numerous health benefits of PA.Based on these research findings,the World Health Organization recommends adults aged 18-64 years engage in at least 150-300 min of moderate-intensity aerobic PA per week,or at least 75-150 min of vigorous-intensity aerobic PA per week,or a combination of both intensities. 展开更多

Objective This study analyzed how the 10 Global Conferences on Health Promotion have played a significant role in shaping and promoting a worldwide consensus and actions on health promotion,effectively addressing diverse health challenges that evolved over different periods.Methods The textual analysis method was used in this study and text encoding was conducted to systematically examine the declarations and reports presented by the 10 Global Conferences on Health Promotion held during 1986-2021.We summarized the themes and key achievements,and key vocabulary in the conference declarations was extracted and analyzed to construct the global health promotion consensus and actions.Results The fundamental principles of the conferences are to foster consensus and initiate actions in the realm of health promotion on a global scale.The primary purpose and goal are to promote health from regional to global.Significantly,our findings highlight a transition in the primary actors driving health promotion.It underscores a shift in health promotion from being driven primarily by organizations like the World Health Organization,governments,and international bodies,to a more inclusive approach involving non-governmental organizations and the general public.This development implies that health promotion has evolved into a collective global endeavor,demanding the proactive involvement of various stakeholders,and forging new alliances in public health.Meanwhile,the coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)pandemic has further shaped the landscape of health promotion,underscoring the need for intensified focus on areas including disease prevention,health education,and the integration of digital health technologies,and emphasizing the importance of a multidimensional,responsive approach in public health initiatives.Conclusions Sustained collaboration and innovative strategies are pivotal to advancing health promotion globally.Countries,together with public and private entities,should intensify cooperation.Multisectoral collaboration among partners such as healthcare,education,social security,and the industry is vital for health promotion and achieving global health goals. 展开更多

The promotion of energy efficiency(EE)helps address energy constraints and promote environmental sustainability.This study comprehensively explores the spatiotemporal variations,influencing factors,and configuration promotion paths of EE in 284 Chinese cities during 2003‒2019 using the global super-efficiency minimum distance to strong efficient frontier(G-S-MinDS),exploratory spatial data analysis(ESDA),multiscale geographically weighted regression(MGWR),and fuzzy set qualitative comparative analysis(fsQCA)methods.The findings are:①China’s cities have an annual average EE of 0.658 with a growth rate of 0.53%,showing considerable promotion potential.②Industrial structure optimization,population agglomeration,economic development,and increased green coverage contribute positively,while government intervention and openness hinder China’s urban EE.③Four configurational promotion paths for enhancing China’s urban EE are identified,where among those paths population density is a core condition,while government intervention is not.This study provides valuable insights into substantially improving urban EE,emphasizing the need for targeted policies to address energy and environmental crises in China. 展开更多

Focusing on“from inside out”means understanding that the driving force behind a successful service promotion campaign lies in a deep connection with the internal team,turning it into the engine that propels a positive brand perception.The University of Panama faces challenges in the effective implementation of strategies involving its internal staff,impacting the coherence and strength of its promotional messages.The research aimed to determine internal marketing strategies as an engine for service promotion at the Central Campus and CRUSAM.The applied study was descriptive,non-experimental field research,and cross-sectional.The sample consisted of 80 individuals using a quota sampling method to measure and quantify the expression of a construct or variable that is not directly observable.A selfadministered questionnaire was used to collect information,measuring variables in their various dimensions.Content validity of the questionnaire was ensured through the evaluation of three experts,and the reliability of the Likert-type instrument was assessed using Cronbach’s α coefficient,which was found to be very high(0.918).The results led to the conclusion that establishing internal marketing strategies is necessary for the transformation and innovation process in the university through service promotion. 展开更多

In recent years,more and more directors of culture and tourism have taken part in the promotion of local cultural tourism by cross-dressing,talent shows,and pushing their limits on self-media platforms.This study investigates short videos of Lingnan culture promoted by directors general and deputy directors general of the Culture,Radio,Television,Tourism,and Sports Bureau of counties and cities in Guangdong Province on social media by the method of multimodal critical discourse analysis.The analysis of 33 videos shows that Lingnan culture is a domineering and confident culture,historical culture,graceful and elegant culture,and vibrant and active culture.Domineering and confident culture is embedded in the utterances and behaviors of the directors general or deputy directors general in the video.Historical culture is realized through the conversation with historical figures through time travel.Graceful and elegant culture is constructed in the depiction of sceneries and the depiction of characters’manners.Vibrant and active culture is represented in the depiction of the characters’actional process and analytical process. 展开更多

This study explores the significance,current research landscape,and conceptualization of sports safety promotion.Safety in sports is fundamental to youth physical activities,and an excessive focus on or neglect of safety is unwarranted.Globally,numerous countries have extensively researched sports safety promotion and implemented diverse strategies.Drawing from KABP(Knowledge,Attitude,Behavior,Practice)theory and 4M(Man,Machine,Medium,Management)management,this paper presents a conceptual framework for sports safety promotion.It integrates these theories to devise a comprehensive accident prevention model within a sports safety promotion system.The framework prioritizes enhancing students’safety literacy and underscores the practical application of safety knowledge and skills in simulated sports settings following structured safety education.It aims to enhance students’competency and proficiency in averting sports-related injuries. 展开更多

近年来,数字金融在农村市场发展迅猛,有望成为推动县域产业结构升级的新动能,为推动我国县域产业结构升级提供了新的思路。本文以网商银行进入农村市场作为一项准自然实验,利用2013—2020年的县域数据构建多期双重差分模型,实证分析数... 近年来,数字金融在农村市场发展迅猛,有望成为推动县域产业结构升级的新动能,为推动我国县域产业结构升级提供了新的思路。本文以网商银行进入农村市场作为一项准自然实验,利用2013—2020年的县域数据构建多期双重差分模型,实证分析数字金融对县域产业结构升级的影响。研究发现:(1)数字金融显著促进了县域产业结构升级;(2)数字金融通过发挥数字技术优势,引导资金更多地流向第三产业来促进县域产业结构升级;数字金融通过促进消费结构升级来促进县域产业结构升级;(3)数字金融对南方县、非贫困县、传统信贷投入高的县产业结构升级的促进效果更大。上述研究结论为数字金融时代促进县域产业结构升级、推进乡村振兴战略的实现提供了重要的经验证据和政策启示。 展开更多

目的在广西某水泥企业工作场所开展健康促进需求调查,为企业开展工作场所健康促进干预提供数据支持。方法采用整群抽样的方法,于2023年对广西某水泥企业326名员工开展问卷调查,内容包括基本情况、职业卫生情况、职业卫生知识和健康知识... 目的在广西某水泥企业工作场所开展健康促进需求调查,为企业开展工作场所健康促进干预提供数据支持。方法采用整群抽样的方法,于2023年对广西某水泥企业326名员工开展问卷调查,内容包括基本情况、职业卫生情况、职业卫生知识和健康知识知晓情况、一般健康状况和吸烟情况、职业卫生服务和健康知识需求。结果该水泥企业员工劳动合同签订率、工伤保险参保率、职业健康体检率均为100.00%。员工对现有劳动条件满意度为93.87%。员工职业卫生知识总体知晓率(71.09%)高于健康知识总体知晓率(52.07%)。男性员工的职业病概念、职业病可以预防、毒物进入人体途径、艾滋病传播途径4方面知识知晓率均高于女性。<30岁组人群职业病概念知晓率最高;年龄越小的员工,其毒物进入人体途径的知晓率越高。教育程度越高的员工,其职业病概念、职业病可以预防、毒物进入人体途径、健康概念、慢性非传染性疾病预防措施和艾滋病传播途径6方面的知晓率越高。管理人员健康概念、慢性非传染性疾病预防措施知晓率高于生产工人。员工对各项职业卫生服务的需求所占百分比均大于90.00%;员工对健康知识方面需求比例最高的是慢性非传染性疾病防治(73.31%),对职业卫生知识方面需求比例最高的是职业病危害因素的种类及其对人体的危害(87.12%)。结论该水泥企业员工的职业卫生知识和健康知识知晓率较低,对职业卫生服务、健康知识以及职业卫生知识均有一定需求。企业可结合员工需求,制定并实施有针对性的干预措施,切实改善作业环境,提升职业人群健康素养,以促进企业健康发展,保护劳动者健康。 展开更多

农村中小学生居家体育锻炼行为与促进研究

目的:了解农村中小学生居家体育锻炼行为现况,为促进农村青少年居家体育锻炼效果与养成良好运动卫生习惯提供参考。方法:采用方便抽样的方法,选取江苏省农村中小学生1448名,利用问卷星进行居家体育锻炼行为现况问卷调查。结果:体育锻炼... 目的:了解农村中小学生居家体育锻炼行为现况,为促进农村青少年居家体育锻炼效果与养成良好运动卫生习惯提供参考。方法:采用方便抽样的方法,选取江苏省农村中小学生1448名,利用问卷星进行居家体育锻炼行为现况问卷调查。结果:体育锻炼现状上,有30.11%的老师布置家庭体育作业、28.76%的学生认真完成家庭体育作业、96.98%的屏幕时间≥2h、15.86%的每周体育锻炼≥3次、9.21%的每次锻炼时间≥60min、41.67%的运动强度达中等以上,不同学段学生居家体育锻炼情况差异均有统计学意义(P值均<0.05);体育锻炼程序与卫生上,有36.83%的运动前热身、14.38%的运动中监测心率、40.73%的运动后放松、85.08%的饭后不立即运动、82.66%的运动中注意补水、71.24%的运动后不立即坐卧休息、77.02%的注意运动后保暖;体育锻炼动机上,有65.93%的为了增强体质、39.05%的喜欢运动、38.64%的瘦身塑形、45.23%的缓解压力、49.53%的增强抵抗力、20.09%的学校要求、11.09%的家长要求,不同学段学生居家体育锻炼动机差异均有统计学意义(P值均<0.05)。结论:农村中小学生居家体育锻炼行为与卫生状况堪忧,需特别关注对其进行体育锻炼兴趣培养与健康教育工作,促进学生养成科学居家体育锻炼的卫生习惯。 展开更多

青少年体育健康促进政策是提升青少年体质健康、实现健康中国、体育强国等国家战略目标的重要保障。该研究运用文献资料法和逻辑分析法,对美国、加拿大、日本等3个国家青少年体育健康促进政策的演进历程和实践样态进行梳理,分析了我国... 青少年体育健康促进政策是提升青少年体质健康、实现健康中国、体育强国等国家战略目标的重要保障。该研究运用文献资料法和逻辑分析法,对美国、加拿大、日本等3个国家青少年体育健康促进政策的演进历程和实践样态进行梳理,分析了我国青少年体育健康促进政策的现实困境,以期为提高新发展阶段我国青少年体育健康促进政策效益提供经验启示。研究表明:国外青少年体育健康促进政策经历从初步概念化到逐步规范化、再到稳步坚实化三个阶段,呈现出政府主导、多方合作、目标精准、体系完备和重视公平等特点。针对现阶段我国青少年体育健康促进政策制定与执行的衔接性、协同性、精准性和公平性等问题,未来青少年体育健康促进政策制定需坚持以问题为导向,重视青少年体育健康促进政策设计的全面性;以需求为指引,加强青少年体育健康促进政策内容的精准性;以实践为依托,关注青少年体育健康促进政策反馈的及时性;以协同为手段,丰富青少年体育健康促进政策执行的多元性。 展开更多
