保险发展、金融协同和经济增长——基于省级面板数据的研究

本文采用1996-2008年我国省级区域动态面板数据,构造考虑金融子产业作用的柯布-道格拉斯生产函数,利用动态面板广义矩估计方法,实证考察保险发展和经济增长的非线性关系,研究保险和银行、证券之间的交互效应对区域经济发展的作用,在此基础上对我国金融产业联动的政策效果进行评估。研究结果显示,我国目前的保险业在经济中等和较差地区对经济的促进作用较为显著;非寿险则在经济水平较高地区具有显著性;保险和银行业间存在显著的替代关系,保险和证券业间交互关系不显著,金融产业关联有待改善。

基本养老保险待遇计发办法改革的收入再分配效应

本文利用年金、贴现现值及其相关模型,以广东省的GZ市和SG市为例,定量分析改革前后养老保险待遇计发办法的收入再分配效应,得出新计发办法虽然能在一定程度上激励人们增加缴费金额、延长缴费时间,但同时也削弱了制度对代内再分配的互助共济功能的结论,提出在执行新计发办法过程中要注意发挥制度对初次分配中马太效应的修正功能,防止出现代际再分配的不平等现象。

基于FMECA的某自动步枪发射机构可靠性分析

目的分析某自动步枪发射机构的可靠性。方法用故障模式、影响及危害性分析(FMECA)的方法对自动武器发射机构进行危害度分析,通过参考GJB 450A和GJB 1391制定危害程度的评判参考标准,列举出故障,并对故障的危害程度进行评分,找出危害影响最严重的故障优先进行可靠性分析。再通过三维建模软件和动力学分析软件对发射机构进行动力学仿真,将动力学仿真得到的结果导入有限元仿真软件,通过力学分析得到零部件的最大应力,运用应力–强度干涉理论求出可靠度。最后给出严重故障的可靠度分析。结果在FMECA分析综合评分后,得出某自动步枪发射机构最严重的故障模式是超越保险异常击发。通过ADAMS仿真进行受力分析,发射机构中受力最大的零件为单发阻铁和击锤,使用应力–强度干涉理论进行可靠度计算,计算得到单发阻铁的基础可靠性为99.952%,击锤的基础可靠性为99.955%,发射机构的基础可靠度为99.907%。结论发射机构的基础可靠度非常高,因此影响发射机构可靠度的因素主要是机构运动不可靠。在自动武器非正常操作时,将导致零部件位置异常,从而出现任务不可靠。可以通过改进零部件的方法防止故障发生,提高发射机构的任务可靠度。

Transcatheter aortic valve replacement and stroke： a comprehensive review

Transcatheter aortic valve implantation （TAVR） has emerged as an alternative, rapidly evolving treatment option for patients with se- vere aortic stenosis and high surgical risk. Stroke is a devastating complication being confined mainly in the periprocedural and 30-day pe- riod following TAVR, with a lower and relatively constant frequency thereafter. Early stroke is mainly due to debris embolization during the procedure, whereas later events are associated with patient specific factors. Despite the fact that the rate of clinical stroke has been constantly decreasing compared to initial TAVR experience, modern neuro-imaging with MRI suggests that new ischemic lesions post-TAVR are almost universal. The impact of the latter is largely unknown. However, they seem to correlate with a reduction in neurocognitive function. Because TAVR is set to expand its indication to lower surgical-risk patients, stroke prophylaxis during and after TAVR becomes of paramount importance. Based on clinical and pathophysiological evidence, three lines of research are actively employed towards this direction： improvement in valve and delivery system technology with an aim to reduce manipulations and contact with the calcified aortic arch and native valve, antithrombotic therapy, and embolic protection devices. Careful patient selection, design of the procedure, and tailored antithrombotic strategies respecting the bleeding risks of this fragile population constitute the main defense against stroke following TAVR.

Material selection of polymeric composite automotive bumper beam using analytical hierarchy process

Selection of materials,as an area of design research,has been under considerable interest over the years.Materials selection is one of the most important activities in the product development process.Inappropriate decision of materials can cause the product to be reproduced or remanufactured.To avoid this circumstance,one of the useful tools that can be employed in determining the most appropriate material is analytical hierarchy process(AHP).To illustrate the application of AHP,six different types of composite materials were considered.The most appropriate one for suitability of use in manufacturing automotive bumper beam was determined by considering eight main selection factors and 12 sub-factors.The AHP analysis reveals that the glass fibre epoxy is the most appropriate material because it has the highest value(25.7%,mass fraction) compared with other materials.The final material is obtained by performing six different scenarios of the sensitivity analysis.It is proved that glass fibre epoxy is the most optimum decision.

Long-term care policy simulation of disabled elderly

With the accelerating process of population aging in our country, the physical function of the elderly will decline, the possibility of suffering from acute and chronic diseases will increase, and the occurrence of disability will become more common and normal. The potential demand for elderly care is rapidly increasing. With the growth, the care of the disabled elderly has become increasingly acute. At the same time, due to the intensification of family miniaturization and population migration, the traditional family-based long-term care has been difficult to sustain. How to incorporate long-term care into our social security system as soon as possible has become the focus of the whole society. The thesis through the combination of public policy simulation methods and the research data, the long-term care insurance system implemented at the beginning of 2018 in Shanghai is a policy blueprint. It uses statistical software SPSS, MATLAB, etc. to achieve data collation, analysis and prediction, and at the same time integrates the pilot of the long-term care insurance system. The implementation of policies in cities such as Qingdao and Nantong has been simulated. Finally, on the basis of simulation results, suggestions have been made for the future development of China＇s long-term care insurance system.

China is the only one country in the world with more than one hundred million people who aged over 60. Improving the Equity and Sustainability of the Social Protection System

The segmentation of the social protection system in China renders the system not only inequitable but inefficient.Those employed in the public sector,particularly civil servants,are＂overprotected＂,while workers in the non-public sector,especially farmers and rural migrant workers,are＂under-protected＂.The segmented pension system impedes labor mobility while increasing administrative costs.Policies aimed at developing the new rural cooperative medical system and new rural old-age insurance scheme,as well as policies aimed at encouraging migrant workers to participate in urban social insurance programs,help improve the equity of social protection.Howere,competition between different local governments to win the ＂welfae crown＂ and the heavy brden placed on local finance caused by welface overspending has been hurting the sustainability of social protection programs.The following measures are suggested to address these problems;First,cease using social insurance coverage as an indicator of work performance for government officials;second,enhance the responsibility of the central government in social expenditure while increasing public transfers to less-developed regions in order to improve social assistance and merit goods provision;third,integrate or reorganized various sgements into one entity under each insurance program,with the purpose of eventually eliminating the segmentation problem in China＇s social protection system.

The ethical perspective of pooling resources across various groups of people with different levels of income and different health risks associated with age, genetics, and lifestyle, may raise the issue of individual autonomy versus social solidarity. Governmental, social, private, and community-based healthcare coverage have been used in different countries with varying details in the sources of funding, pooling of contributions, and the purchase of the covered healthcare services; these models have had varying levels of success depending on not only the availability of funds, but also on the political commitment of the state and the social solidarity and cultural attitude of the population towards universal healthcare. Therefore, universal healthcare requires not only a certain level of economic development, but also a strong sense of solidarity among the people as well as a political commitment in their government. I argue that the statement regarding the right to health, well-being, and medical care needs to be rethought, and instead universal access to essential healthcare should be regarded as a basic human right.

Bronchogenic Carcinoma in a Scleroderma Patient with Multiple Metastases： One Case Report

IntroductionThe association between pulmonary interstitial fibrosis and the development of bronchogenic carcinoma in a patient with scleroderma has been reported rarely. It is hypothesized that intense epithelial proliferation that is accompanied by the .brotic process increases the occurrence of carcinomatous changes. We report the case of a pa-tient who presented with 3-year history of Raynaud＇s phenomenon, gradual tightening of the skin which was ignored by the patient and her family members, and a 2-week history of severe respiratory dis-tress with left shoulder and upper back pain followed by the develop-ment of paraparesis. After a series of examinations, the patient was diagnosed with scleroderma and simultaneously with bronchogenic carcinoma and multiple distant metastases.
