本文提出充分考虑各虚电路连接与拥塞发生处网络节点的信元所耗费的网络资源的不同而有选择地丢弃信元的算法 ,并描述了该算法的特性。基于该算法 ,会有更高的网络资源利用率和网络性能 ,而网络资源利用率的提高又可改善CLR和时延等指标。

Thus the vibratory characteristics of the gyroscope is simulated with the finite element method of coupled field. The optimum exciting frequency and the factors which influence the gyroscope sensitivity are determined. Aim To Put forward an improve algorithm for real-time connection admission control (CAC) decision. Methods converted equations of Cell loss ratio (CLR) upper bound were derived based on typical approaches to reduce computing load. Moreover, the effects of usage parameter control (UPC) policing and bandwidth allocation functions were combined to deduce improver equations. computing load and admission region of the new algorithm were analyzed, while numerical examples and comparisons with classical non-parametic method were also included. Results Computing burden was reduced. More accurate estimation of CLR was obtained. The admission region of new algorithm was larger than typical non-parametric approach and was variable according to the burst length.Conclusion The calculation burden of new algorithm for CLR estimation is lighter than classical non-parametric approach. In addition to that, just as many information as what we can get in connection setup process are used for CAC decision. So it is not only a practicable but also an effective method that can be used in real-time processing. 展开更多

A brain-computer interface(BCI)-based electric wheelchair control system was developed, which enables the users to move the wheelchair forward or backward, and turn left or right without any pre-learning. This control system makes use of the amplitude enhancement of alpha-wave blocking in electroencephalogram(EEG) when eyes close for more than 1 s to constitute a BCI for the switch control of wheelchair movements. The system was formed by BCI control panel, data acquisition, signal processing unit and interface control circuit. Eight volunteers participated in the wheelchair control experiments according to the preset routes. The experimental results show that the mean success control rate of all the subjects was 81.3%, with the highest reaching 93.7%. When one subject's triggering time was 2.8 s, i.e., the flashing time of each cycle light was 2.8 s, the average information transfer rate was 8.10 bit/min, with the highest reaching 12.54 bit/min. 展开更多

By analyzing the structures of circuits,a novel approach for signal probability estimation of very large-scale integration(VLSI)based on the improved weighted averaging algorithm(IWAA)is proposed.Considering the failure probability of the gate,first,the first reconvergent fan-ins corresponding to the reconvergent fan-outs were identified to locate the important signal correlation nodes based on the principle of homologous signal convergence.Secondly,the reconvergent fan-in nodes of the multiple reconverging structure in the circuit were identified by the sensitization path to determine the interference sources to the signal probability calculation.Then,the weighted signal probability was calculated by combining the weighted average approach to correct the signal probability.Finally,the reconvergent fan-out was quantified by the mixed-calculation strategy of signal probability to reduce the impact of multiple reconvergent fan-outs on the accuracy.Simulation results on ISCAS85 benchmarks circuits show that the proposed method has approximate linear time-space consumption with the increase in the number of the gate,and its accuracy is 4.2%higher than that of the IWAA. 展开更多
