The current impedance spectroscopy measurement techniques face difficulties in diagnosing solar cell faults due to issues such as cost,complexity,and accuracy.Therefore,a novel system was developed for precise broadba...The current impedance spectroscopy measurement techniques face difficulties in diagnosing solar cell faults due to issues such as cost,complexity,and accuracy.Therefore,a novel system was developed for precise broadband impedance spectrum measurement of solar cells,which was composed of an oscilloscope,a signal generator,and a sampling resistor.The results demonstrate concurrent accurate measurement of the impedance spectrum(50 Hz-0.1 MHz)and direct current voltametric characteristics.Comparative analysis with Keithley 2450 data yields a global relative error of approximately 6.70%,affirming the accuracy.Among excitation signals(sine,square,triangle,pulse waves),sine wave input yields the most accurate data,with a root mean square error of approximately 13.3016 and a global relative error of approximately 4.25%compared to theoretical data.Elevating reference resistance expands the half circle in the impedance spectrum.Proximity of reference resistance to that of the solar cell enhances the accuracy by mitigating line resistance influence.Measurement error is lower in high-frequency regions due to a higher signal-to-noise ratio.展开更多
Principles of color space generation for multizone optical registration systems are presented;conformity between different color spaces is defined;algo- rithms of the multizone image registrator signal processing and ...Principles of color space generation for multizone optical registration systems are presented;conformity between different color spaces is defined;algo- rithms of the multizone image registrator signal processing and a generalized algo- rithm for analysis are given.Procedures are discussed for plotting the color spaces that are used in the analysis of the Earth and other planets.It is shown that estimates made in such spaces are interrelated and that spectral reflections of objects under study should be available in order to compare—in terms of color discrimination- several automatic recorders with different spectral sensitivities.Examples are given to illustrate color spaces having such properties.Circuits of chromaticity filters are also presented.展开更多
The output characteristics of nonlinear optical fiber-loop mirror are analyzed in detail when the pump pulses with the same wavelength are input in the both directions for recovering the clock component of the signal ...The output characteristics of nonlinear optical fiber-loop mirror are analyzed in detail when the pump pulses with the same wavelength are input in the both directions for recovering the clock component of the signal spectrum.It is found that the double output pulses are produced in the transmission port of the nonlinear optical fiber-loop mirror.The output pulse peaks are located in time domain at the rising and falling edges of the pump pulses.It is demonstrated that the rising and falling edges of the pump pulse can be directly extracted by this method.Through numerical simulation,the effects of therelative delay of pump pulses and the dispersion of fiber on the characteristics of output pulses are studied.By spectrum analysis,it is found that the spectrum of output pulse sequence includes the clock components of the pump pulse sequence,and a new idea is provided for all-optical clock extraction.展开更多
