By exploring the impact of teaching materials development practices on teachers’ information-based teaching innovation behavior, this paper analyzes the strategies to enhance teachers’ information-based teaching innovation ability from multiple perspectives, including providing policy and resource support, building teacher communities for teaching materials development, and conducting training on teaching materials development. The implementation of these strategies contributes to the stimulation of foreign language teachers’ agency in teaching materials development, the improvement of their information-based teaching ability, as well as the innovation on teaching contents and approaches, thus improving the teaching quality and students’ learning achievements.展开更多
