儿科优质护理服务中应用信息化管理的效果观察

目的:探讨儿科优质护理服务中应用信息化管理的效果。方法:随机选取于医院儿科就诊的120例患儿作为研究对象,对照组患儿给予优质护理服务,观察组患儿于优质护理服务中应用信息化管理,各60例。评价两组患儿治疗依从性和哭闹发生情况,记录儿科护理服务质量及患儿就诊等候时间,调查两组患儿对医院护理服务的满意度。结果:观察组患儿治疗依从性评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患儿哭闹发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组护士护理技巧、服务态度、护理失误、护理基础知识得分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患儿平均等候时间为明显短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患儿对医院儿科护理服务的满意度评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:信息化管理应用于儿科优质护理服务中的效果肯定,有助于提升医院儿科护理服务质量,缩短患儿就诊等候时间,减少儿科患儿哭闹的发生,提高患儿治疗依从性,改善护患关系,提高患儿对护理服务的满意度。
