针对已有领域本体构建算法的不足,提出了一种基于图的面向知识与信息管理的领域本体自动构建算法,包括概念抽取和关系提取。将领域文本文档映射为文档概念图,采用基于图上随机游走的词汇加权算法从全局和局部两方面衡量词汇的重要性,利... 针对已有领域本体构建算法的不足,提出了一种基于图的面向知识与信息管理的领域本体自动构建算法,包括概念抽取和关系提取。将领域文本文档映射为文档概念图,采用基于图上随机游走的词汇加权算法从全局和局部两方面衡量词汇的重要性,利用图顶点聚类算法对词汇进行分类以产生候选概念。提出了基于约束条件下频繁信息子图挖掘的概念间任意关系提取算法,并引入信息函数对子图的信息量进行评价,得到的领域概念和概念间的关系通过本体评价进行评估后,采用OWL-DL描述为领域本体。通过实验验证了本算法的有效性。 展开更多

The mathematical model and logical relationship for coordinate transformation were also provided. They were adopted in ECDIS developing, which was based on the researeh of the Vxworks real-time operating system. Nay or Nyay 3: Epistemic Utility of Shadow of Ignorance that Obscures Mental Images and Associated States

Survival of organisms requires response to sense inputs and feedback. An intuitive picture or mental image of reality from sense experience is apparently structured from orthogonal and independent sense inputs in association with past memories. Such images are not necessarily visual but may have such qualities. Play of mind with information in mental images processed by molecular actors is guided with rules of reality to assure non-contradictory outcome of actions for successful behaviors (Rogers and Jain 1993). Such functions have evolved to find food before becoming food, and fight or flight when in doubt. Shadows of ignorance that obscure mental images and associated states also have epistemic utility. Their success depends on learning from trials and errors to compensate for incomplete information and uncertainties with consideration of what could go wrong. Outcomes are also influenced by games played on mind by illusions, mistakes, surprises, ignorance. Loss of time, energy, and opportunity associated with ignored or misinterpreted information threaten survival. Equivocation, cynicism, wild goose chase, and vicious circle of sterile ideas encourage contradictory or inconsistent interpretations that compromise outcomes. Throughout the human history, ignorance of horsemen of apocalypse has unleashed havocs, perpetuated wars, epidemics, wrongful medical treatments, and economic disasters. What used to be crisis of ignorance has now become crisis of unintended consequences of inventions and other forms of knowledge. Ignorance of experts and head of states as horsemen of darkness brings misery to countless innocents. In Nay formalism, knowledge (gyan) is what knows with certainty (either as true or false). Identifying uncertainties introduces doubt (syad) in what one knows. For finding ones way around lack of relevant evidence (agyan), wisdom lies in recognition of ignorance and identifies problem to seek solution. Note that these states for propositions are not necessarily related by binary negations. 展开更多

In this paper the algorithm of simplifying triangle surface using edge contraction, which can ensure the real-time display of objects in seabed enviromnent, was put forward. The optimum contraction point was determined by the Lagrange matrix, so that the algorithm ensures that the contraction point locates on the original model, meanwhile meets the demands of least deviation. This algorithm can improve the plotting speed, and preserve the boundary character by using the fewer triangles to simulate objects. 展开更多

To attain a highly a... Image registration is the overlaying of two images of the same scene taken at different times or by different sensors. It is one of the essential steps in information processing in remote sensing. To attain a highly accurate, reliable and low computation cost in image registration a suitable and similarity metric and reduction in search data and search space is required. In this paper, the author shows that if the right bin size is chosen, mutual information can be more robust than correlation in the registration of multi-temporal images. The author also compares the sensitivity of mutual information and correlation to Gaussian and multiplicative speckle noise. The author investigates automatic subimage selection as a reduction in search data strategy. The author proposes a measure, called alienability, which shows the ability ofa subimage to provide reliable registration. Alternate subimage selection methods such as using gradient, entropy and variance are also investigated. The author furthermore looks into a search space strategy using a gradient approach to maximize mutual information and show our first results. 展开更多

Based on research on information organization and visualization mechanism of multimedia electronic map, this paper proposes an organization method about spatial information and multimedia information of multimedia electronic map: seamless spatial data were organized and managed by stratified expansion R-tree and Quad-tree hierarchy; and multimedia information data were organized and managed by hypermedia model based on an electronic map. Considering electronic map features, the paper also proposes a method for spatial date organization, which integrates Digital Landscape Model and Digital Cartographic Model, and a hybrid model between vector and raster spatial data. Then, the paper studies information visualization mechanism of multimedia electronic map. Finally, the paper certifies the results via a case of multimedia electronic map authoring tools software—Atlas2005. 展开更多

We present dynamic mode decomposition (DMD) for studying the hairpin vortices generated by hemisphere protuberance measured by two-dimensional (2D) time-resolved (TR) particle image velocimetry (PIV) in a water channel. The hairpins dynamic information is extracted by identifying their dominant frequencies and associated spatial structures. For this quasi-periodic data system, the resulting main Dynamic modes illustrate the different spatial structures associated with the wake vortex region and the near-wall region. By comparisons with proper orthogonal decomposition (POD), it can be concluded that the dynamic mode concentrates on a certain frequency component more effectively than the mode determined by POD. During the analysis, DMD has proven itself a robust and reliable algorithm to extract spatial-temporal coherent structures. 展开更多
