新时代高校内控信息系统建设研究

随着信息技术的快速发展和高校内部控制要求的提升,高校内控信息系统的建设成为保障高校财务管理和风险控制的关键。本论文以新时代高校内控信息系统建设为研究对象,通过综合分析高校内控信息系统的定义、特点和功能,探讨了高校内控信息系统建设的必要性和重要性。在此基础上,从需求分析、系统设计、实施与运行等方面,提出了高校内控信息系统建设的关键要点和策略,并对当前高校内控信息系统建设存在的问题和挑战进行了分析。最后,提出了进一步加强高校内控信息系统建设的建议,以期为高校内控信息系统的规范化和有效运行提供参考。

基于新型训练模式的信息系统体系建设初探

新世纪新阶段,我军建设由机械化向信息化迈进,军事训练也在发生着深刻地变化。基于信息系统的体系作战能力建设,对军事训练提出了新的要求。传统训练的方法路子已经不能适应新质战斗力的生成规律,在军事训练的全过程必须根据信息化作战的要求,按照单元合成、要素集成、体系融合的新型训练模式展开训练。基于新型训练模式的信息系统体系建设就是要以新型训练模式需求为牵引构建信息系统体系,以推进基于信息系统的信息训练模式的发展,提升基于信息系统的体系作战能力。

Survey on Key Technology Development and Application in Trusted Computing

Trusted computing,which can effectively increase the credibility of information system,has made great achievements and is in continuous development. For country who is going to strengthen network construction like China,it is an important fundamental supporting technology worth researching. China is in the international forefront in the field of trusted computing. This paper gives comprehensive introductions to the new development and application of key technologies in trusted computing,such as various trusted platform modules(TPM、TCM、TPCM),TCG Software Stack(TSS),trusted cloud server and Trusted Execution Environment(TEE). We illustrate the progressing and application extension of these technologies and also point out some key problems worth studying in the future.

SPATIAL GRADIENT ANALYSIS OF URBAN GREEN SPACES COMBINED WITH LANDSCAPE METRICS IN JINAN CITY OF CHINA

Urban green spaces have been arisen growing concern responded to the social and environmental costs of urban sprawl. A wide range of planning and policies has been and/or will be designed to protect urban green spaces and optimize their spatial pattern. A better design or planning of urban green space can make a major contribution to quality of environment and urban life, and furthermore can decide whether we can have a sustainable development in the urban area. Information about the status quo of urban green spaces can help planners design more effectively. However, how to quantify and capture such information will be the essential question we face. In this paper, to quantify the urban green space, a new method comprising gradient analysis, landscape metrics and GIS was developed through a case of Jinan City. The results demonstrate: 1) the gradient analysis is a valid and reliable instrument to quantify the urban green space spatial pattern precisely; 2) using moving window, explicit landscape metrics were spatially realized. Compared with quantifying metrics in the entire landscape, it would be better to link pattern with process and establish an important basis for analyzing the ecological and socioeconomic functions of green spaces.

Constructing Geo-information Sharing Architecture

Along with the development of Internet, geo-information sharing and Open GIS are of increasing importance for GIS application fields. Southwestern China consists of several provinces or districts, they are Sichuan, Guizhou, Yunnan, Chongqing, etc. The economic and information cooperation among them are of significance. The pilot platform for resource and environment geo-information sharing for the southwestern China based on Web services, OGC(Open GIS Consortium) WFS(Web feature service) is constructed. Via this pilot platform, a loose information sharing mode can be implemented to improve their cooperation level.

Technical research on control of caisson construction for the middle tower foundation of Taizhou Bridge

The real-time informational monitoring system is adopted in the construction of middle tower foundation of Taizhou Bridge for the first time. The geometric state of the caisson, the stress of upstream and downstream anchorage cables, underwater topography, the drag forces of the caisson cutting edge and frictional resistances of the sidewall and etc. are monitored in real time. According to the synthesized data analysis and decision-making system, the spatial states of the caisson are adjusted in time to locate and embed the deep water caisson precisely. The offset error of the caisson is less than 30 cm and the vertical error is 1/363 at the final stage. The control technology for construction of large caisson under deep water is concluded and would be helpful for the construction of bridge foundation in the future.

Integrated Geo-information System for the Development of Low Carbon Eco-city in China Urban Context

Nowadays, cities are the main living environment of human beings. Rapid urbanization is associated with a variety of issues： population explosion, urban heat island effect, greenhouse gases emissions, energy crisis, climate change and so on. To deal with the challenges from the huge energy consumption and GHGs （greenhouse gases） emission, more and more attention has been paid to low carbon eco-city in China. In this research, the whole process is linked by low carbon eco-city development. High-resolution thermal IR （infrared） satellite remote-sensing is introduced to land use and urban heat island monitoring to meet the requirement of higher accuracy. GIS （geo-information science） technology provides a framework for collecting, processing, managing, analyzing and sharing spatial and temporal data. It has been used in spatial and temporal database management and analysis in low carbon eco-city study. The integrated geo-information system proposed in this research, which will be introduced to various government agencies in China, could enrich the concepts and means for the construction of low carbon eco^city.

Research on the Construction of Intelligence Community Integrated Information Service platform

With the constructions of ＂intelligence city＂, intelligent life quietly came to the people. As the ＂cell＂ of the city, the construction of intelligence community arises. Resident service system and e-government application system have been used in the traditional information community, but these systems are independent of each other, lack of interconnectedness, which results in the phenomenon of information isolated island. Intelligence community integrated information service platform can integrate information service resources and provide residents with efficient and convenient life. From the meaning, operation mode, we can design the cooperative, open and extensible system architecture.

A Situation Analysis of Combined Two Chinese Enterprises Income Tax Systems in One
