Then according to the determined importance weight, an intelligent fusion system based on fuzzy integral theory was given, which can solve FEI-DEO and DEI-DEO fusion problems and realize the decision fusion. Maintaining temporal consistency of real-time data is important for cyber-physical systems.Most of the previous studies focus on uniprocessor systems.In this paper,the problem of temporal consistency maintenance on mu...Maintaining temporal consistency of real-time data is important for cyber-physical systems.Most of the previous studies focus on uniprocessor systems.In this paper,the problem of temporal consistency maintenance on multiprocessor platforms with instance skipping was formulated based on the(m,k)-constrained model.A partitioned scheduling method SC-AD was proposed to solve the problem.SC-AD uses a derived sufficient schedulability condition to calculate the initial value of m for each sensor transaction.It then partitions the transactions among the processors in a balanced way.To further reduce the average relative invalid time of real-time data,SC-AD judiciously increases the values of m for transactions assigned to each processor.Experiment results show that SC-AD outperforms the baseline methods in terms of the average relative invalid time and the average valid ratio under different system workloads.展开更多

To solve low precision and poor stability of the extended Kalman filter (EKF) in the vehicle integrated positioning system owing to acceleration, deceleration and turning (hereinafter referred to as maneuvering) ,...To solve low precision and poor stability of the extended Kalman filter (EKF) in the vehicle integrated positioning system owing to acceleration, deceleration and turning (hereinafter referred to as maneuvering) , the paper presents an adaptive filter algorithm that combines interacting multiple model (IMM) and non linear Kalman filter. The algorithm describes the motion mode of vehicle by using three state spacemode]s. At first, the parallel filter of each model is realized by using multiple nonlinear filters. Then the weight integration of filtering result is carried out by using the model matching likelihood function so as to get the system positioning information. The method has advantages of nonlinear system filter and overcomes disadvantages of single model of filtering algorithm that has poor effects on positioning the maneuvering target. At last, the paper uses IMM and EKF methods to simulate the global positioning system (OPS)/inertial navigation system (INS)/dead reckoning (DR) integrated positioning system, respectively. The results indicate that the IMM algorithm is obviously superior to EKF filter used in the integrated positioning system at present. Moreover, it can greatly enhance the stability and positioning precision of integrated positioning system.展开更多
The upper Huanghe(Yellow) River basin is situated in the northeast of the Qinghai Xizang(Tibet)Plateau of China. The melt water from the snow cover is main water supply for the rivers in the region during springtime a...The upper Huanghe(Yellow) River basin is situated in the northeast of the Qinghai Xizang(Tibet)Plateau of China. The melt water from the snow cover is main water supply for the rivers in the region during springtime and other arid regions of the northwestern China, and the hydrological conditions of the rivers are directly controlled by the snowmelt water in spring. So snowmelt runoff forecast has importance for hydropower, flood prevention and water resources utilization. The application of remote sensing and Geographic Information System (GIS) techniques in snow cover monitoring and snowmelt runoff calculation in the upper Huanghe River basin are introduced amply in this paper. The key parameter-snow cover area can be computed by satellite images from multi platform, multi temporal and multi spectral. A cluster of snow cover data can be yielded by means of the classification filter method. Meanwhile GIS will provide relevant information for obtaining the parameters and also for zoning. According to the typical samples extracting snow covered mountainous region, the snowmelt runoff calculation models in the upper Huanghe River basin are presented and they are mentioned in detail also. The runoff snowmelt models based on the snow cover data from NOAA images and observation data of runoff, precipitation and air temperature have been satisfactorily used for predicting the inflow to the Longyangxia Reservoir , which is located at lower end of snow cover region and is one of the largest reservoirs on the upper Huanghe River, during late March to early June. The result shows that remote sensing techniques combined with the ground meteorological and hydrological observation is of great potential in snowmelt runoff forecasting for a large river basin. With the development of remote sensing technique and the progress of the interpretation method, the forecast accuracy of snowmelt runoff will be improved in the near future. Large scale extent and few stations are two objective reality situations in China, so they should be considered in simulation and forecast. Apart from dividing, the derivation of snow cover area from satellite images would decide the results of calculating runoff. Field investigation for selection of the learning samples of different snow patterns is basis for the classification.展开更多

Accountant professional ethics, accounting information system (AIS) quality, audit committee effectiveness, and audit firm quality are assumed to be the antecedents of financial reporting reliability. The listed companies in the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) are samples of the research. A mail survey procedure via the questionnaire was used for data collection from chief accountant officer. The overall results indicate that accountant professional ethics, AIS quality, audit committee effectiveness, and audit firm quality have a positive significant effect on financial reporting reliability. The results reveal that firms should develop accountant professional ethics, AIS quality, audit committee effectiveness, and audit firm quality in order to build reliable financial reporting. Overall, the results of this research contribute to chief accounting officers, accounting practitioners, and firms to emphasize development and support the generation of financial reporting reliability for financial reporting users.展开更多

First, we corrected each expert of acupoint location system error itself,to obtain a rational quantification for each expert of acupuncture and moxibustion acupoint location consistent support degree, to obtain pointwise variable precision fusion results, to put every expert's acupuncture acupoint location fusion error enhanced to pointwise variable precision. Then, we more effectively used the measured characteristics of different acupuncture expert's acupoint location, to improve the measurement information utilization efficiency and acupuncture acupoint location precision and accuracy.CONCLUSION: Based on using the consistency matrix pointwise fusion method on the acupuncture experts' acupoint location values, each expert's acupoint location information could be calculated, and the most precise and accurate values of each expert's acupoint location could be obtained.展开更多
