Dilated dysfunction involving multiple visceral organs has been reported in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE). Chronic intestinal pseudoobstruction (CIPO) resulting from intestinal smooth muscle dam...Dilated dysfunction involving multiple visceral organs has been reported in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE). Chronic intestinal pseudoobstruction (CIPO) resulting from intestinal smooth muscle damage has presented in conjunction with ureterohydronephrosis and, more rarely, biliary dilatation (megacholedochus). While the molecular pathogenesis is largely unknown, observed histopathologic features include widespread myositis, myocyte necrosis in the intestinal muscularis propria with subsequent atrophy and fibrosis, preserved myenteric innervations and little vasculitis. High dose immunosuppression usually results in resolution of symptoms with recovery of smooth muscle function, indicative of an autoimmune etiology. We report a patient with SLE who presented with intestinal pseudo-obstruction, ureterohydronephrosis and megacholedochus, and present images that illustrate megaviscera simultaneously involving all 3 visceral organs. Since the co-manifestation of all 3 is unusual and has been reported only once previously, we have termed this rare clinical syndrome generalized megaviscera of lupus (GML). Although the SLE disease-activity parameters responded to aggressive immunomodulative therapy in our patient, clinical evidence of peristaltic dysfunction persisted in all involved viscera. This is a variation from the favorable outcomes reported previously in SLE patients with GML and we attribute this poor clinical outcome to disease severity and, most importantly, delayed clinical presentation. Since inflammation followed by atrophy and fibrosis are key aspects in the pathogenesis and natural history of GML, the poor response in our patient who presented late in the clinical course may be the result of 'burnt out' inflammation with irreversible end-stage fibrosis. Thus, early recognition and timely initiation of treatment may be the key to recover visceral peristaltic function in patients with GML.展开更多

The echo of the material level is non-stationary and contains many singularities.The echo contains false echoes and noise,which affects the detection of the material level signals,resulting in low accuracy of material...The echo of the material level is non-stationary and contains many singularities.The echo contains false echoes and noise,which affects the detection of the material level signals,resulting in low accuracy of material level measurement.A new method for detecting and correcting the material level signal is proposed,which is based on the generalized S-transform and singular value decomposition(GST-SVD).In this project,the change of material level is regarded as the low speed moving target.First,the generalized S-transform is performed on the echo signals.During the transformation process,the variation trend of window of the generalized S-transform is adjusted according to the frequency distribution characteristics of the material level echo signal,achieving the purpose of detecting the signal.Secondly,the SVD is used to reconstruct the time-frequency coefficient matrix.At last,the reconstructed time-frequency matrix performs an inverse transform.The experimental results show that the method can accurately detect the material level echo signal,and it can reserve the detailed characteristics of the signal while suppressing the noise,and reduce the false echo interference.Compared with other methods,the material level measurement error does not exceed 4.01%,and the material level measurement accuracy can reach 0.40%F.S.展开更多

Assuming that space vacuum is an infinite continuum, the propulsion principle utilizes the pressure field derived from the geometrical structure of space, by applying both continuum mechanics and general relativity to space. The propulsive force is a pressure thrust that arises from the interaction of space-time around the spaceship external environment and the spaceship itself; the spaceship is propelled by the pressure used against the space-time structure. As is well known in cosmology, the expansion rule of the universe is governed by the Friedman's equations and the Robertson-Walker metric. The channel and pseudonym resources are both essenti...This paper proposes a cross-layer design to enhance the location privacy under a coordinated medium access control(MAC) protocol for the Internet of Vehicles(Io V). The channel and pseudonym resources are both essential for transmission efficiency and privacy preservation in the Io V. Nevertheless, the MAC protocol and pseudonym scheme are usually studied separately, in which a new MAC layer semantic linking attack could be carried out by analyzing the vehicles' transmission patterns even if they change pseudonyms simultaneously. This paper presents a hierarchical architecture named as the software defined Internet of Vehicles(SDIV). Facilitated by the architecture, a MAC layer aware pseudonym(MAP) scheme is proposed to resist the new attack. In the MAP, RSU clouds coordinate vehicles to change their transmission slots and pseudonyms simultaneously in the mix-zones by measuring the privacy level quantitatively. Security analysis and extensive simulations are conducted to show that the scheme provides reliable safety message broadcasting, improves the location privacy and network throughput in the Io V.展开更多

Assuming that space is an infmite continuum, the pressure field derived from the geometrical structure of space is newly obtained by applying both continuum mechanics and General Relativity to space. A fundamental concept of space-time is described that focuses on theoretically innate properties of space including strain and curvature. In this paper, we extend the model-calibration method to obtain estimators of the finite population mean by using complete auxiliary information from stratified sampling survey data. We show that the resulting estimators effectively use auxiliary information at the estimation stage and possess a number of attractive features such as asymptotically design-unbiased irrespective of the working model and approximately model-unbiased under the model. When a linear working-model is used, the resulting estimators reduce to the usual calibration estimator(or GREG).展开更多

It is showed that the normalized proposed test follows asymptotically x2-distribution and the Wilks phenomenon under the null hypothesis, and its asymptotic power achieves the optimal rate of the convergence for the nonparametric hypotheses testing.
