Methods Multi-center ...Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of electro acupuncture at QIǖXǖ(丘墟GB40) for treating migraine and provide clinical study for Acupoints Dictionary of People's Republic of China. Methods Multi-center (3 First-Class hospitals) study was adopted, and the involved 3 hospitals did clinical observation according to the requirements of the project. The methods are as follows. All cases were randomized into treatment group and control group according to their sequence. QIǖXǖ(丘墟GB40) was selected in treatment group, while Tiānshū (天枢 ST25) was selected in control group. Both groups were performed electro acupuncture, and syndromes indexes of migraine and 5-HT were observed before and after treatment. All data were analyzed by statistic software SPSS11.5. Results There was significant difference of VAS margin between two groups in each center and the combined center (u= -3. 362, P=0. 001 ). There was significant difference of therapeutic effect of 4-week treatment between two groups in each clinical center and the combined center. The therapeutic effect of 3-month treatment between two groups in No. 1 and No. 3 hospitals, showed significant difference, the treatment group was better; while that of No. 2 hospital had no obvious difference. The therapeutic effect of 6-month treatment between two groups in each center and the combined center had significant difference, the treatment group was better. Conclusion The therapy of electro acupuncture at QIǖXǖ(丘墟GB40) is effective for migraine.展开更多
Limestone(CaCO3),which could promote sulfur fixation,was added to coal gangue during roasting in a circulating fluidized bed(CFB)boiler.CaO and CaSO_(4) were the main Ca-bearing minerals while metakaolinite was the ma...Limestone(CaCO3),which could promote sulfur fixation,was added to coal gangue during roasting in a circulating fluidized bed(CFB)boiler.CaO and CaSO_(4) were the main Ca-bearing minerals while metakaolinite was the major Al-bearing mineral in CFB slag.The effect of CaSO_(4) and CaO on the separation of alumina and silica from metakaolinite by reduction roasting−alkaline leaching process was studied.Results showed that metakaolinite was completely converted into hercynite and silica solid solutions(i.e.,quartz and cristobalite solid solutions)by reduction roasting with hematite.More than 95%of silica in the reduced specimen was removed by alkaline leaching.The addition of CaSO_(4) and CaO remarkably decreased the separation efficiency of alumina and silica in metakaolinite,which could be attributed to the formation of Si-bearing minerals:(1)Fayalite and anorthite were formed during the reduction roasting process;(2)Fayalite was stable while anorthite was converted into sodalite and wollastonite during the alkaline leaching process.This study demonstrates that sulfur in coal gangue should be fixed by treating the exhaust gas instead of controlling the combustion process of CFB to achieve the comprehensive recovery of silica and alumina from the CFB slag.展开更多
Since it is often difficult to build differential algebraic equations (DAEs) for chemical processes, a new data-based modeling approach is proposed using ARX (AutoRegressive with eXogenous inputs) combined with neural...Since it is often difficult to build differential algebraic equations (DAEs) for chemical processes, a new data-based modeling approach is proposed using ARX (AutoRegressive with eXogenous inputs) combined with neural network under partial least squares framework (ARX-NNPLS), in which less specific knowledge of the process is required but the input and output data. To represent the dynamic and nonlinear behavior of the process, the ARX combined with neural network is used in the partial least squares (PLS) inner model between input and output latent variables. In the proposed dynamic optimization strategy based on the ARX-NNPLS model, neither parameterization nor iterative solving process for DAEs is needed as the ARX-NNPLS model gives a proper representation for the dynamic behavior of the process, and the computing time is greatly reduced compared to conventional control vector parameterization method. To demonstrate the ARX-NNPLS model based optimization strategy, the polyethylene grade transition in gas phase fluidized-bed reactor is taken into account. The optimization results show that the final optimal trajectory of quality index determined by the new approach moves faster to the target values and the computing time is much less.展开更多

To increase the machine accuracy by improving the stiffness of bearings,a preload was applied to bearings.A variable preload technology was necessary to perform machining processes in both low and high speed regions.A...To increase the machine accuracy by improving the stiffness of bearings,a preload was applied to bearings.A variable preload technology was necessary to perform machining processes in both low and high speed regions.An automatic variable preload device was fabricated using an eccentric mass.By installing the fabricated device on a spindle,the effect of the automatic variable preload device on the performance of the spindle was analyzed.In the results of the vibration measurement of the spindle,the vibration is increased by 20%-37% according to measurement points at the maximum rotation speed of 5 000 r/min.And,in the results of the noise measurement of the spindle,the spindle rotation speed is increased by about 1.9% and 1.5% at the front and side of the spindle,respectively.Based on the results of this analysis,an improved method that reduces such effects on the performance of the spindle is proposed.展开更多

Methods:Thirty-six patients with post-stroke spastic hemiplegia were randomly divided into a t...Objective:To observe the clinical effect of contralateral needling plus rehabilitation for post-stroke spastic hemiplegia. Methods:Thirty-six patients with post-stroke spastic hemiplegia were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group, 18 cases in each group. The two groups were all given rehabilitation training. The contralateral needling was adopted in the treatment group on the acupoints group of brain-refreshing and orifice-opening needling method. The routine acupuncture was applied in the control group on the same acupoints. Respectively before and after the treatment, the modified Ashworth scale (MAS) and clinical spasticity index (CSI) were used to assess the therapeutic effects. Results:The total effective rate was 94.4% in the treatment group and 67.7% in the control group, with a statistical difference in comparison of the two groups (P<0.05). In comparison of MAS and CSI scores after the treatment between the treatment group and control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion:The contralateral needling plus rehabilitation training is an effective method for the treatment of post-stroke spastic hemiplegia.展开更多
