为提升低温环境下矿渣基地聚物砂浆性能,通过掺加硅灰、偏高岭土实现对矿渣基地聚物砂浆的复合改性,并通过正交试验研究硅灰、偏高岭土、减水剂的掺量以及水玻璃与氢氧化钠溶液质量比对硅灰-偏高岭土-矿渣基地聚物砂浆(SMSGM)力学性能... 为提升低温环境下矿渣基地聚物砂浆性能,通过掺加硅灰、偏高岭土实现对矿渣基地聚物砂浆的复合改性,并通过正交试验研究硅灰、偏高岭土、减水剂的掺量以及水玻璃与氢氧化钠溶液质量比对硅灰-偏高岭土-矿渣基地聚物砂浆(SMSGM)力学性能和工作性能的影响,并确定最佳配合比。在此基础上作对比验证试验,探究低(负)温对SMSGM力学性能的影响,并分析了低(负)温养护下地聚物砂浆的微观形貌、红外吸收性质、孔隙结构。结果表明:SMSGM的流动性及强度受水玻璃与氢氧化钠溶液质量比影响最大;正交试验中,硅灰掺量为10%、偏高岭土掺量为20%、减水剂掺量为0.8%、水玻璃与氢氧化钠溶液质量比为0.5是最优配合比,3 d抗压强度可达30.1 MPa;温度降低至-10℃后,SMSGM表面存在大量未参与反应的原材料,水化产物未充分胶结,孔隙量增大,毛细孔数目增多,宏观表现为强度降低,但水化反应释放的大量热可支持SMSGM早期强度的形成,验证了其在寒冷条件下使用的可行性,以期为寒区基础设施快速修复的应用提供理论依据和指导。 展开更多

偏高岭土地聚物对红黏土力学性能的影响

本研究以偏高岭土和粉煤灰为原料,以不同模数(0.75、1.00、1.25、1.50)和碱浓度(质量分数)(40%、44%、48%)的钾水玻璃为碱激发剂,微珠、蛭石和珍珠岩为细骨料来制备地聚物砂浆试件。主要通过测试地聚物砂浆试件常温及1000℃高温作用后... 本研究以偏高岭土和粉煤灰为原料,以不同模数(0.75、1.00、1.25、1.50)和碱浓度(质量分数)(40%、44%、48%)的钾水玻璃为碱激发剂,微珠、蛭石和珍珠岩为细骨料来制备地聚物砂浆试件。主要通过测试地聚物砂浆试件常温及1000℃高温作用后的抗压强度,探明碱激发剂模数和浓度对砂浆试件力学性能的影响,并利用XRD、SEM手段对地聚物的物相组成及微观形貌进行表征。结果表明:当碱浓度不变时,除40%碱浓度外,其余试件的抗压强度随模数的增大先升高后略微降低或者基本不变。当模数不变时,除模数为0.75的试件外,其余试件的抗压强度随碱浓度的增大先升高后降低。当模数为1.00且碱浓度为44%时,试件的抗压强度最高,历经1000℃高温后地聚物砂浆试件相对残余强度仍能维持42%及以上,该温度下水化产物为白榴石(KAlSi 2O 6)和钾霞石(KAlSiO 4),地聚物在常温下有大量絮状的水化产物生成且微观结构较为致密。 展开更多

地聚物混凝土是一种在混凝土技术发展中备受关注的高性能绿色胶凝材料,但受限于生产原料的多变性,其各项力学性能指标尚未明晰。本研究以偏高岭土为主要原料,以氢氧化钠和水玻璃作为碱激发剂,制备了多组不同水胶比的偏高岭土基地聚物(M... 地聚物混凝土是一种在混凝土技术发展中备受关注的高性能绿色胶凝材料,但受限于生产原料的多变性,其各项力学性能指标尚未明晰。本研究以偏高岭土为主要原料,以氢氧化钠和水玻璃作为碱激发剂,制备了多组不同水胶比的偏高岭土基地聚物(MKG)混凝土并测试了其强度,并讨论了其标准立方体抗压强度与轴心抗压强度、劈裂抗拉强度、弹性模量之间的关系。结果表明:1)MKG混凝土标准立方体抗压强度要低于普通硅酸盐水泥(OPC)混凝土,并随水胶比增加呈急剧线性下降趋势,可建立关系式为f_(cu)=-143.63W/C+112.23;2)MKG混凝土的劈裂抗拉强度与标准抗压强度之比随标准强度等级提升而线性下降,且低于OPC混凝土和粉煤灰基地聚物(FAG)混凝土;3)MKG混凝土的轴心抗压强度与标准抗压强度之比随标准强度等级提升而线性下降,且低于OPC混凝土;4)MKG混凝土的弹性模量与抗压强度之比随强度等级提升而下降,且低于OPC混凝土和FAG混凝土。 展开更多

The effect of hot compression on the grain boundary segregation and precipitation behavior of M6C carbide in theNi-20Cr-18W-1Mo superalloy was investigated by thermomechanical simulator, scanning electronic microscope (SEM) and X-raydiffraction (XRD). Results indicate that the amount of M6C carbides obviously increases in the experimental alloy after hotcompression. Composition analyses reveal that secondary M6C carbides at grain boundaries are highly enriched in tungsten.Meanwhile, the secondary carbide size of compressive samples is 3?5 μm in 10% deformation degree, while the carbide size ofundeformed specimens is less than 1 μm under aging treatment at 900 and 1000 ℃. According to the thermodynamic calculationresults, the Gibbs free energy of γ-matrix and carbides decreases with increase of the compression temperature, and the W-rich M6Ccarbide is more stable than Cr-rich M23C6. Compared with the experimental results, it is found that compressive stress accelerates theW segregation rate in grain boundary region, and further rises the rapid growth of W-rich M6C as compared with the undeformedone. 展开更多

It was found that the third harmonic susceptibility of polyaniline strongly depends on the delocalization of the electrons. The refractive indices n ( λ =589 nm) of PANI-HCl and PANI-H 3PO 4 are calculated by use of three common methods (the Lorentz-Lorentz theoretical model, the Gladstone-Dale group contribution and the Vogel group correlation) based on group contributions to molar refraction. The calculated n values are varied from 1.31 to 1.42 for PANI-HCl and 1.36 to 1.45 for PANI-H 3PO 4. 展开更多

These films showed excellent polarizing ability. In addition, a neutral gray polarizing film was prepared by mixing synthesized dichromatic dyes with other dyes. Novel pH-responsive membranes were prepared by blending pH-responsive amphiphilic copolymers with polyethersulfone(PES) via a nonsolvent-induced phase separation(NIPS) technique. The amphiphilic copolymers bearing Pluronic F127 and poly(methacrylic acid)(PMAA) segments, abbreviated as PMAA n–F127–PMAA n,were synthesized by free radical polymerization. The physical and chemical properties of the blend membranes were evaluated by scanning electron microscopy(SEM), Fourier transform infrared(FTIR) spectrum, water contact angle, Zeta potential and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS). The enrichment of hydrophilic PMAA segments on the membrane surfaces was attributed to surface segregation during the membrane preparation process. The blend membranes had signi ficant p H-responsive properties due to the conformational changes of surface-segregated PMAA segments under different pH values of feed solutions. Fluxes of the blend membranes were larger at low p H values of feed solutions than that at high pH values. The pH-responsive ability of the membranes was enhanced with the increase of the degree of PMAA near-surface coverage. 展开更多

Ferroelectric polymers are the mainstay of advanced flexible electronic devices.How to tailor the ferroelectric polymer films for various applications via simple processing approaches is challenging.Here we demonstrate the tuning of ferroelectric responses can be achieved in polymer blends of poly(vinylidene fluoride-trifluoroethylene)(P(VDF-TrFE))and polymethyl methacrylate(PMMA)prepared via a simple two-step process.The proposed two-step process endows the polymer blends with a random distribution of P(VDF-TrFE)crystalline phase,hence decoupling the coherent ferroelectric domain interactions between continuous ordered crystalline phases that ubiquitously existed in common P(VDF-TrFE)film.The incorporation of the miscible non-crystalline PMMA chains with low-polarity results in reversal dipoles and a transition from ferroelectric to antiferroelectric-like behavior,overcoming the trade-off between the polarization and depolarization fields.In particular,resultant excellent mechanical and electrical properties of the polymer blend films give rise to remarkably improved breakdown strength and energy storage performance,surpassing P(VDF-TrFE)and commercial biaxial-oriented polypropylene films.This work provides a simple and effective strategy to tailor the ferroelectric response of polymeric materials with great potential for flexible electrical energy storage applications. 展开更多

Iron difluoride(FeF_(2))is considered a highcapacity cathode material for lithium-ion batteries.However,its specific capacity and stability are limited by the poor electrochemical kinetics of conversion reactions.Herein,the conversion reaction is confined in a localized nanosized space by encapsulating FeF_(2) nanoparticles in polymer gelatin.The FeF_(2) nanocrystal-coated polyvinylidene fluoride-based layer(defined as Fe F_(2) @100%G-40%P)was synthesized by glucoseassisted in-situ gelatinization to construct an artificial cathode solid electrolyte interphase via a solvothermal process.Thanks to the improved kinetics of the localized conversion reaction,the obtained FeF_(2) @100%G-40%P electrodes show good cyclic stability(313mAhg^(-1) after 150 cycles at 100 mAg^(-1) ,corresponding to a retention of 80%)and a high rate performance(186.6 mAhg^(-1) at 500 mAg^(-1)). 展开更多

The enthalpy and conformational volume changes in the photolyses of carboxy-hemoglobin (HbCO) of human, bovine, pig, horse and rabbit are investigated by photoacoustic calorimetry. Considering the time scales of the exciting laser pulse and the receiving ultrasound transducers (PVDF films and PZT ceramics), as well as the reaction lifetimes in the photolysis processes of HbCO, the measured results are related to the geminate recombination and tertiary relaxation in photolyses of HbCO. Moreover, the quantum yields of the five mammals are also measured by laser pump-probe technique. The results show that the dynamic parameters, such as enthalpy and conformational volume changes, differ between the processes of the geminate recombination and tertiary relaxation.
