为了保证浆体管道输运中故障停泵后带浆再启动安全运行,开发了基于智能识别的带浆再启动切换控制系统。给出了基于智能识别的切换控制器结构与实现。采用基于支持向量机的混合多分类识别方法,实现带浆停泵再启动输送的状态的识别与诊断... 为了保证浆体管道输运中故障停泵后带浆再启动安全运行,开发了基于智能识别的带浆再启动切换控制系统。给出了基于智能识别的切换控制器结构与实现。采用基于支持向量机的混合多分类识别方法,实现带浆停泵再启动输送的状态的识别与诊断。选择四种不同的控制模块及其组合获得启动调节增量值,同时采用自动变增量与变步长的控制算法,得到阶梯式输出控制量。通过在复杂地形矿浆管道输送工艺试验平台上,反复进行模拟长距离浆体管道带浆停泵后再启动试验。验证了基于智能识别的切换控制技术,能及时准确识别出运行过程中的各种状态。实现了可靠准确的带浆停泵再启动自动控制。 展开更多

A five-site comprehensive mathematical model was developed to simulate the steady-state behavior of industrial slurry polymerization of ethylene in multistage continuous stirred tank reactors. More specifically, the effects of various operating conditions (i.e., inflow rates of catalyst, hydrogen and comonomer) on the molecular structure and properties of polyethylene (i.e.,Mw,Mn, polydispersity index (IPD), melt index, density, etc.) are fully assessed. It is shown that the proposed comprehensive model is capable of simulating the steady-state operation of an industrial slurry stirred tank reactor series. It is demonstrated that changing the catalyst flow rate, changes simultaneously the mean residence-time in both reactors, which plays a significant role on the establishment of polyethylene architecture properties such as molecular mass and IPD. The melt index and density of polyethylene are mainly controlled by hydrogen and comonomer concentration, respectively. 展开更多

The effects of particle size, impeller clearance and impeller speed are assessed to show how condition variations influence power consumption in the water-solid slurry suspension in an agitated tank. The energy efficiency of slurry height variation, impeller type and diameter, and solid movement speed has been investigated with six soil series stirred in a soil-water slurry. Coarser sand particles are observed to significantly increase power consumption, while finer particles, for instance clay, decrease the stirring power requirement. The 3-blade HR100 SUPERMIX? impeller manufactured by SATAKE generally performs more efficiently than a conventional4-pitched blade turbine. The impeller's geometric design, including diameter and number of blades influences the impeller's energy efficiency, and HR100 impellers with greater diameters remarkably reduce power consumption. The tests demonstrated that the power required to provide off-bottom solid suspension and solid dispersion can be reduced dramatically by increasing the slurry height rather than by accelerating the impeller, if this option is possible. 展开更多
