Due to the growth of the tumor and the main reason is that apoptosis is inhibited, therefore, it can induce apoptosis in lung cancer cells that is an important measure for the treatment of lung cancer, which is one of the effective means to reduce lung cancer mortality. In this paper, A549 human lung adenocarcinoma cell line, for example, has the use of chemical genetics of these emerging technological platforms, research pravastatin on apoptosis in human lung adenocarcinoma A549 intervention, while providing a theoretical basis for the development of new lung cancer therapy.展开更多

In this review, we summarize the current understanding of the environmental mech...Accurately quantifying waterfowl migration patterns is pertinent to monitor ecosystem health and control bird-borne infectious diseases. In this review, we summarize the current understanding of the environmental mechanisms that drive waterfowl migration and then investigate the effect of intra- and inter-annual change in food supply and temperature(e.g., climate change) on their migration patterns. Recent advances in remote sensing and animal tracking techniques make it possible to monitor these environmental factors over a wide range of scales and record bird movements in detail. The synergy of these techniques will facilitate substantial progress in our understanding of the environmental drivers of bird migration. We identify prospects for future studies to test existing hypotheses and develop models integrating up-todate knowledge, high-resolution remote sensing data and high-accuracy bird tracking data. This will allow us to predict when waterfowl will be where, in response to shortand long-term global environmental change.展开更多

The constraints are handled by a fitness function whic...This paper proposes a global topology optimization algorithm based on subset simulation for the singular optimum problem subject to stress constraints of trusses. The constraints are handled by a fitness function which reflects their degree of violation. The rational and global topology results are guaranteed by the judgment of the samples’ rationality and the Metropolis-Hasting algorithm. Three examples show that the established method can quickly reduce the searching region to the feasible region and converge to the global optimum precisely enough for the singular optimum problem.展开更多
