通过固定标准地分季节采样,采用稀释平板分离,借助分子生物学方法研究了撑×绿杂交竹叶片附生细菌和内生细菌数量及种类的季节性动态变化、群落组成及叶部细菌和微环境的关系。在此基础上,将以上4个指标从病叶和健康叶上着重进行了... 通过固定标准地分季节采样,采用稀释平板分离,借助分子生物学方法研究了撑×绿杂交竹叶片附生细菌和内生细菌数量及种类的季节性动态变化、群落组成及叶部细菌和微环境的关系。在此基础上,将以上4个指标从病叶和健康叶上着重进行了对比分析,发现杂交竹病叶附生和内生细菌数量的年平均值都大于健康叶;夏、秋两季细菌的类群最多,其中以Bacillus cereus和Lysinibacillus fusiformis的分离频率较高;无论是健康叶还是病叶,其附生和内生细菌的物种丰富度随季节变化较大,而且季节变化对内生细菌物种的丰富度影响显著;叶片生理指标表明健康叶附生细菌的数量随p H值的升高而增加,健康叶内生细菌和病叶附生细菌的数量与蛋白质质量分数相关性显著。 展开更多

Structural health monitoring(SHM)in-service is very important for wind turbine system.Because the central wavelength of a fiber Bragg grating(FBG)sensor changes linearly with strain or temperature,FBG-based sensors are easily applied to structural tests.Therefore,the monitoring of wind turbine blades by FBG sensors is proposed.The method is experimentally proved to be feasible.Five FBG sensors were set along the blade length in order to measure distributed strain.However,environmental or measurement noise may cover the structural signals.Dual-tree complex wavelet transform(DT-CWT)is suggested to wipe off the noise.The experimental studies indicate that the tested strain fluctuate distinctly as one of the blades is broken.The rotation period is about 1 s at the given working condition.However,the period is about 0.3 s if all the wind blades are in good conditions.Therefore,strain monitoring by FBG sensors could predict damage of a wind turbine blade system.Moreover,the studies indicate that monitoring of one blade is adequate to diagnose the status of a wind generator. 展开更多

Leaf discs of five cultivars of sugarcane exhibiting different degree of susceptibility to leaf scald were used to measure β-1,3 glucanase activity before and after experimental infection with Xanthomonas albilineans. Leaf discs were permeabilized with iso-propanol to facilitate the uptake of the enzyme substrate by intact tissues and to improve the enzyme assay. Bacterial infection significantly enhances β-1,3 glucanase activity of sensitive cultivars whereas significantly decreased that of the resistant one. Low concentrations of salicylate increase the hydrolase activity whereas jasmonic acid do not act as an elicitor of the enzyme and β-1,3 glucanase, such as laminarin, significantly inhibits the production of β-1,3 glucanase. Thus, the enzyme must be considered as a sensitivity factor induced by the pathogen. 展开更多

林木良种基地建成后经过经营所保留的密度普遍不高,在马尾松、柏木、火炬松、青岗等不同树龄树种中进行套种多用途的杨桐(Cleyera japonica)试验。研究表明,在成熟的针叶树林木良种基地下套种杨桐,以土层深厚的黄红壤、6~15 m×6~1... 林木良种基地建成后经过经营所保留的密度普遍不高,在马尾松、柏木、火炬松、青岗等不同树龄树种中进行套种多用途的杨桐(Cleyera japonica)试验。研究表明,在成熟的针叶树林木良种基地下套种杨桐,以土层深厚的黄红壤、6~15 m×6~15 m的保留密度,上层郁闭度为0.5~0.8,套种1.7~2.5 m×2.0~3.0 m杨桐容器苗,定植10年之后冠幅最大,健康叶指数高达96%,可利用产量最高。上层保留密度过大,或是土层相对贫瘠的林地无论同时定植还是后期套种,健康叶指数下降,杨桐生长和产品质量均受不同程度的影响。 展开更多
